For a hostel in London this place was good. Every bed had its own light and power sockets - both UK and EU socket types. Plenty of showers and they were cleaned regularly. The beds were decent and the windows set away from the traffic so it was pretty quiet at night. Overall I was quite comfortable

The reception is in the bar next door and that is weird esp at check out time. The bar just has a weird vibe. Also the common room being in the basement makes it a big effort to get to so not much of a socialising point. And there isn't like a kitchen spot if you want to make tea.

The Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming . The accommodation was very secure . I had to get past security at the door of the bar before checking in and collecting a key in order to gain access to locked accommodation wing next door. I arrived before check in time and the staff kindly looked after my luggage , even taking into the back of the bar when I left the building. Great experience all round .. Comfortable beds and quiet room with excellent shower facilities. The bar was ideal , serving beer and liquor off all varieties . The Guinness was smooth and well poured . I liked that I could watch 2 different football matches simultaneously on big screens while also being able to key an eye on Ronnie O Sullivan on the telly in my big comfortable booth.

Plastic Glasses in the bar , sure it’s to be expected in a busy Sports bar .

I loved the customer service provided by Laura, Reece, Ashley they were amazing. But specially Laura, she's very attentive and made my stay even better and was very helpful.

The only issue was during check in, with a young lady with brown hair and glasses. She was very rude to me and didn't explain the 7 day policy period which I didn't fully understand. She answered in a very disrespectful way stating 'Well, that's very simple to understand and I don't understand why you can't' The was unnecessary, really and I would advise you speak to that girl and cool her down a bit.

The beds was near with wall

I really enjoyed staying there, everyone was so friendly and kind I had good roommates. I booked another night there, I would definitely book there again. I stayed in the female 4 bedroom so it was handy

In the female bathroom, the shower was so small I couldn't close the door of the shower i could barely fit inside, I'm a size 12, so if you're curvy good luck😬

Real close to the tube, so didn't have to lug bags around for long. Easy enough to check in and get in to room any time after, continental breakfast was also good (filling). Honestly just a all round good hostel, exactly what me and my partner needed.

Room shared window-wall with a balcony that people would chill and smoke on, nothing ever too rowdy just more the impression they could look into the room (pretty sure it was a tinted window anyway just a mild discomfort). The bathroom needed new silicon around the seals but otherwise just a pretty average room.

The bar was very good at Sheperd's Bush, the location was absolutely spot on and the hostel bunk beds were vey comfy. Great well done. The toilets were clean as was the hostel room. The breakfast was nicely set out aswell.

It wasn't the hostels fault but on the second night one of the hostel guests was very noisy all night. I didn't complain but I am sure some of the other guests did. The rest of the stay was really good and it is just 2 mins walk to the bus and tube.

One of if not the nicest hostel iv ever stayed in. Plug socket, light and curtains around the bed. Bed was very clean and comfortable. The vibes were just spot on. Would definitely stay here again.

The only downside is there was no Aircon in the rooms and the room was HOT even compared to going outside. But there was a big fan running in there so the thought was there unlike some other places iv stayed.

The location was great right in the center of Shepherd's bush, The room was a lot better than I thought as I have never really stayed in a hostel before "it was great". plenty of bed space and the guests were a pleasure to be with.

If I had to be critical the men's toilets were a bit messy but that was when most guests had just got up and gone. That was more the guests doing rather than the hotel staff. There was a cleaner that was doing the toilet as I was leaving.

The location is brilliant - right across from Shepherd's bus underground station and bus station. The property is over a bar which serves food and offers a discount for guests. Our room was very quiet even though it overlooked the busy main street. Adequate facilities and price good for the location.

The curtain in the room didn't quite match up and so let light in a bit too early. The kettle was very unusual and took some getting used to.
