I had a nice big room at the back of the hotel. While it meant the view was of houses rather than the green, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect, with Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield on your doorstep. I loved the hotel decor and nice touches like the retro cinema snacks in the lobby.

For a deluxe room, the bathroom was very small and tired. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the lights kept flickering.

We were upgraded to an apartment which was excellent Being offered a free breakfast

Tried to levy an extra service charge at check in and which we declined to pay The breakfast area was extremely cramped with too many tables shoehorned into a small space - we were given a table that attracted major foot traffic near the buffer serving areas and this was not relaxing - the breakfast was very average - the bread wasn’t fresh, the eggs and pastries were not the best at all.

One of the staff members paid attention to my little one and got her 2 teddy bears it was super cute and she loved the hotel and her whole experience. She slept happily with her teddy bears.

A mishap at reception about the room and requesting a bathtub but it was solved.

The Dorsett is a lovely hotel and so well located, particularly for anyone wanting to do some shopping with the huge Westfield Centre a few minutes walk away. The Shepherds Bush Market tube stop is also very close by so very handy to get in to central London. We were visiting London to celebrate my daughter's birthday and were delighted when checking in to be told we had been upgraded to a suite. The friendly staff also gave her a teddy bear as a gift and had decorated our room with balloons. She was made to feel very special and it started our trip off on the perfect note. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with great amenities. We loved our stay at the Dorsett and would highly recommend it to other travellers.

Great location, beautiful lobby area, staff very helpful , bed very comfortable, great shower, mice touch with the free snacks 😀

Could do with a touch more attention to detail., room quite warm despite air con which didn't appear to make much difference and the design of the hotel meant the windows could not be opened. No caffeinated coffee in the room, only decaff. Buying a drink at the bar took an age ! Not enough staff to cope with demand. It's a shame as if it wasn't for the above I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating.

The hotel is very well localized. It is very near to Westfield London Shopping, 2 tube stations and 1 overground station. You will have access to 3 different lines, including Central Line, which lead you to the most common places to visit. Also, the staff is very attentive and helpful and the hotel is new and modern. It is a pleasant place to stay.

The cleaning of the room could be a little better. It happened to see some dirt from the day before after the housekeeping, but I must say that it was not an issue. They joined two single bed and this, in fact, bothered me more, as the separation was uncomfortable. We also have some problem with the safe, and asked for help 3 times, but it was ineffective.

It is a great location and the room itself is very nice. The staff are very nice. I always enjoy staying here and will continue to stay here in the future.

The housekeeping was rather haphazard. Some days I had towels replaced and other not, sometimes they were hung in proper places and other days they were just put in a pile on the sink. Very odd. One day the refrigerator was left slightly open by housekeeping, which wasn't nice when I came back. The carpet and some furniture need attention. Looking worn and should be replaced for such a nice hotel as this.

Overall, the room is comfortable and spacious, and the location is excellent. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance, and it's just a 5-minute walk to both the Westfield Mall and the Metro station.

My room is on the first floor, with the window facing the bus stop, so I’ve had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. Additionally, the safety deposit box in the room isn’t working, and there’s an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain all the time. Other than these few tiny concerns, overall is a very comfortable stay.

I loved the staff they were very attentive and the atmosphere had a really chilled vibe I'm a little gutted I didn't dine but I had to pack so much in 2 days. The decor is is beautiful.

I'm into the detail and with such great everything else I was a little disappointed in the floors and where the floors meet the wall in my room, carpets needed a good hoover and there were multiple big stains. The bathroom had lovely decor but again the floors and meeting the wall were not cleaned well especially in the shower, also one shower head was quite dirty. If this is rectified as its only a small fixable reinforcement in cleaning my stay would of been amazing.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and literally 2mins from the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire and 10mins walk from Either Shepherds Bush and Shepherds Bush Market underground stations and Westfield Mall. We were there for the #kassav concert at the O2 on 24/05/25 so only stayed for one night. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Victoria in particular was amazing and spent time taking us through everything. We were upgraded to their apartments which was just exceptional. We had dinner in their spice gallery restaurant and we were served by Bhargav. H e was attentive and helped us with the menu options. I cannot wait to return and stay longer. Would highly recommend.

My only negative is that my stay wasn't long enough to make the most of the hotel facilities.
