The room is fairly dated style wise but has all the basic amenities you could need. It has three single beds in it, so it was nice to have my own bed and not share with one of my children. The shower was very powerful and got hot pretty quickly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The location was great for Wembley Stadium, Arena, and the designer shopping outlet they are less than 10 minutes' walk. The tube is very close, too, and very easy to get back into central London. If you're looking to spend your money on shopping or activities rather than the hotel, then this is ideal.

The lifts are very strange. One works but kept taking us to the wrong floor, and the other one's display panel didn't work but took us where we needed to be. Not really something I didn't like but quirky and made us laugh.

The room was clean, big and had quite a few extra facilities in than we have had in other hotel rooms we have stayed in while in London. The bathroom was a nice size and actually had a bath! I found the shower to be excellent, more like a power shower than the usual shower one can find in a hotel bathroom. The hotel room was warm enough seeing that it was very cold outside.

Unfortunately we arrived in the dark and quite late. It therefore took us a while to get our bearings and actually find the hotel. The member of staff I booked in with was not very clear when giving me the room number. The room number on the Guest Key Card Holder was not actually the room we had been allocated - hence why the door card key did not work. I had to leave my friend on the 5th floor while I went and checked. Only to find that we were on floor 2 and not 5! We eventually got to our allocated room, three floors down. The lifts were at times slow and also seemed to have a mind of their own.

Great location. Staff were informative and friendly. Check-in was prompt, trouble-free, and early! Room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was busy, however no noise disturbance at all. I am a very light sleeper, and slept all night, undisturbed. , On request, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in a safe room after check-out, while we went and explored London for a few hours before catching our train home. Great price and great value

The shower was a little fiddly and the decor could do woth updating. However, this did not impact the quality of my stay.

Perfect for a short walk to Wembley Stadium but I knew this before booking and why I specifically picked this hotel as I've stayed before when going to an event at Wembley Arena many many years ago.

The toilet seat was loose but after reporting to reception this was sorted very quickly. We were woken 2 or 3 times during the night/early hours by what sounded like a dustcart emptying bins, seemingly outside our window. Remembering this hotel from way back, I think it's looking a bit tired now and although the room doors are digitally connected to key cards, it could probably do with being brought more up-to-date furniture-wise. These things wouldn't deter me from staying again if I was going to the Stadium or Arena in the future though.

They were brilliant at accommodating the fact that I am celiac, so when I checked in someone talked me through what would be available for breakfast the following day, and the following morning I managed to get a nice filling breakfast with no repercussions that would make me ill, highly recommend!

The bed needed to be firmer, although a handy location to Wembley Stadium as it was for when I went to see Taylor Swift N1 prices were 3 times the normal rate although they gave a free breakfast within that price as it was overpriced, still paid more than I wanted to

Nice spacious clean rooms, great air conditioning unit. Location to the arena and shops was fantastic. The receptionist was just lovely. We arrived 2 hours early and asked if we could just use the toilet, she said your room is ready if you would like to check in early. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and very welcoming.

One of the mattresses on just one bed was rather thin for a larger person. So it made it feel very hard. It didn’t ruin my stay but just thought i should mention it.

The rooms were really big! We had a triple and double, and the triple was huge, especially for the price it was amazing! Also the windows being almost sound proof was really nice, as we were getting up early and a little worried for sound but didn't hear a thing. The beds themselves were surprisingly comfy, one was a little creaky but not enough to be an issue. The tea station was nice and full, with both white and brown sugar! Overall the rooms were really nice, felt like a much more expensive hotel room than we had paid for!

We found personally the pillows were super thin, and only one per bed. There was a spare pillow but couldn't share that between three people but we knew the place was booked out and didn't want to bother for more. Was just a minor thing. We also found the staff a little judgy in our opinion, I don't know if they have ever experienced an event like the one we went to being a very nerdy geeky event, but there was a lot of side eyes, laughing and comments to everyone leaving when we were leaving. The TV we had slight issue with, again we knew the place was busy and the TV wasn't a huge breaking point, but it was set to Spanish and we couldn't change it and the Internet and YouTube options were disabled so for our viewing habits it wasn't worth having on. Again just a small thing.

An ideal place in an ideal location. The (double) room was a nice size, very comfortable and a very nice shower after a day out in London! A good radiator if it's cold and good air conditioning if it's hot! Also the full English breakfast was nice too with friendly staff. Ideal walking distance for the tube, shops, the stadium and the OVO arena. It's not the first time i have stayed at this hotel and it will not be the last. I'm going again soon!

I can't think of anything i didn't like. This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Well done to all that work here. Keep up the good, friendly work!

So close to Wembley and with parking - exceptional value, couldn't have stayed in a better location for the concert we went to.

The room I knew would be basic for the price which was fine, but the bath looked dirty, there was only one cup and towel for 2 people, a coat of paint would have done the trick and some new mastic around the bath, plus the beds looked like they had been purchased in 1950 or from a 2nd hand shop but turned out to be relatively comfortable (not for more than 1 night as the mattress was so thin) and the linen that we had was clean (not sure what the duvets and pillows looked like within).

Good room / bathroom with plenty of space for 2 people. Room / bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. Plenty of sockets for phones / laptops etc.

Tv on wall was TINY ! - never ever ever ever enough tea / milk / sugar. But thats EVERY hotel Ive ever stayed in. By the time we checked in and had a cuppa no more milk for later / morning. We bought pack of cappuccino sachets from nearby store £2 for 8 ! no milk required. Im sure hotels could look into something like this.
