Room was good and spacious, beds were good and in general good clean condition. No breakfast available at the hotel but they do provide you with a 20% discount voucher which you can use at the local Wetherspoons which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Parking was also available and used by us. The local tube station is a 5 minute walk form the hotel which makes it idea to pop down to Wembley Stadium or the tourist sites of London.

There is no air conditioning at the hotel so the rooms can get warm, plus the hotel is on a busy roundabout so you can hear the traffic and sirens from the emergency vehicles as they go by.

Hotel could really do with being upgraded as I has potential to become a 5* if breakfast is served,parking area cleaned up and the rooms freshening up with a lick of paint and upgraded beds bedding and furnishings. However don't let this put you off at all. It's a 3* Hotel in a good location with transport services which are reliable and frequent. The staff are absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much for them. Honestly big 👏 👏 👏 to you guys. You helped make our stay in London pleasant and memorable. All in all if your looking for a place to stay in NW London that's reasonably priced,friendly,clean and good location then Kingsland is a good choice 👍

Perfect location to Kingsbury tube. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Bedroom clean and beds comfortable, we were allocated a large room which was great, with coffee making facilities and fans. Bathroom was clean with a new shower curtain.

Bedrooms were tired and needed a possible upgrade. Carpet coming up, shower needed maintaining, silicone and plugs worn and rusty.

This is my fifth stay here and I must say I am never disappointed. From the cleaners to the receptionist, everyone was so kind, attentive and caring. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The location is also a plus point. You have everything you need right in front of the hotel. They have a parking which was very useful for me. Super safe with cctv cameras. Great service. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely come back.

Bathroom (very small and old sink) Two beds in one room making the room less spacious. There was no dim light for night sleep. Windows locks were very old with some even broken. No fridge in every room Small tea desk with no room for laptop use. Tea Kettle was very dirty in its inner-side staining my finger. Room carpet was also humid/feeling sticky while walking on it.

Location location location, This is a great 1 or 2 night stay due to its location, The rooms are pretty standard but tidy, warm nights in the summer and is on a main road but for an overnight, location and parking are great.

Cooling in the rooms, onsite bar and some kind of breakfast that they used to do.

Could do with some upgrades - bathroom floor had a loose tile, just general decorating was a bit sloppy had paint on underneath of paintings hung on the wall, just looked a bit tired. Room was very hot and windows didnt open much but the provided fans helped

The hotel is a short walk from Kingsbury Tube Station which is great to explore London. 45 min tube ride takes you straight into London Bridge or one stop from Wembley Stadium. We stayed here since it was close to our coach trip pickup point. The hotel staff even allowed us to leave our car in there carpark over the weekend. Excellent service.

Location was great and it’s only a train stop away from Wembley. They offer a coupon for Wetherspoon for breakfast.

Too hot in summer weather with only a small electric fan, we have to open the window and it became noisy at night because it’s beside the busy roundabout.

Hotel is very welcoming . Staff are polite and helpful. Only down side is showers /bathroom need a upgrading a bit and the bedside tables have seen better days . A breakfast would be nice but 20% is given off the wetherspoons breakfast across the road . Location is great for what we need, have stayed a couple of times before and will be back .
