The bed and the pillows were the most comfortable I had slept on in a long time, including my own bed at home. Firm bed and thick, solid pillows. Finally, a host who doesn't think a half-inch bag full of warm Jell-O is a good pillow! Room was small compared to "small" rooms for rent in America, but comparable to other stays in Britain. Enough for a short stay. Private bathroom always appreciated. Would stay again. Glad to support a local with their endeavor.

There is no entrance to the property from the street; you have to walk around to the back of the building, through the alley with trash and loud neighbors, to find the door. This is not mentioned in the listing and is not made clear until check-in directions are sent, so it was confusing to arrive early and find no entrance. The shower was hard to tune for temperature and finicky to keep it between cold and scalding; it's doable, so be patient.

Easy to access and a great location for the train station, and a big Tesco just around the corner. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for the purpose of our stay.

The shower was a little difficult to use. The temperature was very temperamental. Still useable and did the job but was very hot and couldn’t really be changed.

The bed was very comfortable, had a peaceful sleep, no disturbance. The location was easy to find, public transport walking distance away. clear instructions from staff. I felt that it was safe, as the code to enter was different, from front door. The room was clean and bathroom. The price was great deal including breakfast.

The rooms are very clean and nice, the lady sent me all the details about how to get in the room very quickly and answered all my questions. She also spoke very nicely with me over the phone, and I will likely return to this accommodation.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell outside the room I’m not sure what it was but it came from down the set of stairs besides that it would perfect <3

The room was nice, small and cozy. Lit brightly. There were treats and coffee left for the guests. I believe there is storage under the bed but I didn't use it.

The apartment was at the back of an alley and there were dumpsters and rats outside. It smelt a bit too but that smell doesn't come into the house as the host make sure to keep the rooms smelling nice.

Thie room.was clean n.tidy you feel.home. as the temperature has dropped outside the room was kept warm prior to my arrival.

Fresh bedding towel was provided including tea n coffee and a fully fitted ensuite bathroom.

Very nice end comfortabile,the bed very big end i rest like in my mother arms. Tv, cofee .. close to the train station end comercila center. Good location

Room is cozy, tidy and very clean. Bed very confortable. Room very secure with code to enter in it. Enough for few days. Place located close to shops ans other utilities. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend!

Difficulty to find the place (which is behind the shops and the hairdresser helped us) + long instruction (that didn’t bother us but just to let you know) to open the doors but if you like enigma and want to be in the skin of sherlock Holmes, here’s your opportunity ;). It’s just missing some useful furnitures like maybe a little desk close to the window, hangers, towel holder. Breakfast was very cheap, we didn’t touch or try anything. A pack of cookies was there already open. Also, don’t forget to leave the key in the little box for the main door because there’s just ONE key for everyone staying.

As the name says quiet and cosy ! Had a lovely experience overall and would love to book again whenever I visit London.

Spring mattress might need replacement in few days.
