Lovely big spacious rooms, upgraded to free continental breakfast which was such a nice addition. Fantastic location, had a view of Wembley arch from our room. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. Nice way to relax in the hotel bar after a concert at Wembley with a drink and some crisps.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade as very dated. The bedroom curtains and nets didn't close properly, shower had to be turned fully round to boiling hot to then turn it down to temperature which was a nightmare as ended up touching boiling hot water. Did not feel that the room was worth the price we paid, looking on the site for non Wembley event days the prices are so much cheaper and its a shame how over priced they are on event days.

Room was spacious for 1 adult and 2 kids. Beds great, 2 doubles and 2 fold outs. Great location for Wembley. Awesome view. Couldn't fault the staff. Great powerful shower. Great value considering the location. Allowed me to park longer after check out for an event for a very reasonable fee. I would recommend this for Wembley events.

Upon arrival the radiators were on full and the room was roasting. Maintenance came and shut down the rads. AC cooled it down after a bit and was much better. Great prompt staff. Very polite and helpful. TV is the only downside. Tiny TV and interference makes it impossible to watch. No chance of plugging a firestick in due to ifs age. We were out till 1030 anyway so it didnt make for a problem. .

The room is fairly dated style wise but has all the basic amenities you could need. It has three single beds in it, so it was nice to have my own bed and not share with one of my children. The shower was very powerful and got hot pretty quickly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The location was great for Wembley Stadium, Arena, and the designer shopping outlet they are less than 10 minutes' walk. The tube is very close, too, and very easy to get back into central London. If you're looking to spend your money on shopping or activities rather than the hotel, then this is ideal.

The lifts are very strange. One works but kept taking us to the wrong floor, and the other one's display panel didn't work but took us where we needed to be. Not really something I didn't like but quirky and made us laugh.

The room was clean, big and had quite a few extra facilities in than we have had in other hotel rooms we have stayed in while in London. The bathroom was a nice size and actually had a bath! I found the shower to be excellent, more like a power shower than the usual shower one can find in a hotel bathroom. The hotel room was warm enough seeing that it was very cold outside.

Unfortunately we arrived in the dark and quite late. It therefore took us a while to get our bearings and actually find the hotel. The member of staff I booked in with was not very clear when giving me the room number. The room number on the Guest Key Card Holder was not actually the room we had been allocated - hence why the door card key did not work. I had to leave my friend on the 5th floor while I went and checked. Only to find that we were on floor 2 and not 5! We eventually got to our allocated room, three floors down. The lifts were at times slow and also seemed to have a mind of their own.

Room was as expected, bed was great, I slept like a log. Didn't have Breakfast as we were leaving early, but staff didn't ask or offer alternative. But to be honest we didn't need anything. this was the perfect location for our Wembley trip and I would deffo stay again.

Tv didn't work and the beer in the bar was poor, but I'm Scottish and very fussy. However this wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Great location. Staff were informative and friendly. Check-in was prompt, trouble-free, and early! Room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was busy, however no noise disturbance at all. I am a very light sleeper, and slept all night, undisturbed. , On request, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in a safe room after check-out, while we went and explored London for a few hours before catching our train home. Great price and great value

The shower was a little fiddly and the decor could do woth updating. However, this did not impact the quality of my stay.

Perfect for a short walk to Wembley Stadium but I knew this before booking and why I specifically picked this hotel as I've stayed before when going to an event at Wembley Arena many many years ago.

The toilet seat was loose but after reporting to reception this was sorted very quickly. We were woken 2 or 3 times during the night/early hours by what sounded like a dustcart emptying bins, seemingly outside our window. Remembering this hotel from way back, I think it's looking a bit tired now and although the room doors are digitally connected to key cards, it could probably do with being brought more up-to-date furniture-wise. These things wouldn't deter me from staying again if I was going to the Stadium or Arena in the future though.

They were brilliant at accommodating the fact that I am celiac, so when I checked in someone talked me through what would be available for breakfast the following day, and the following morning I managed to get a nice filling breakfast with no repercussions that would make me ill, highly recommend!

The bed needed to be firmer, although a handy location to Wembley Stadium as it was for when I went to see Taylor Swift N1 prices were 3 times the normal rate although they gave a free breakfast within that price as it was overpriced, still paid more than I wanted to

Nice spacious clean rooms, great air conditioning unit. Location to the arena and shops was fantastic. The receptionist was just lovely. We arrived 2 hours early and asked if we could just use the toilet, she said your room is ready if you would like to check in early. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and very welcoming.

One of the mattresses on just one bed was rather thin for a larger person. So it made it feel very hard. It didn’t ruin my stay but just thought i should mention it.

Good room / bathroom with plenty of space for 2 people. Room / bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. Plenty of sockets for phones / laptops etc.

Tv on wall was TINY ! - never ever ever ever enough tea / milk / sugar. But thats EVERY hotel Ive ever stayed in. By the time we checked in and had a cuppa no more milk for later / morning. We bought pack of cappuccino sachets from nearby store £2 for 8 ! no milk required. Im sure hotels could look into something like this.
