Room was lovely, the owner was great and really accommodating, the bed was comfy, just a very nice stay! We stayed for a concert in Wembley and it was a short distance from the tube.

Only thing would be the location, obviously not the owners fault but me and my friend were two young girls and a few men whilst walking back to the tube station made us feel quite uncomfortable.

Excellent location. 20 minutes from King’s Cross on the tube. Nearest tube was 10 minute walk. Very clean, exceptional host. Very helpful and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.

The host was the nicest thing about the property. He was very welcoming and helpful! He gave tips on transportation, too.

The neighborhood is quite sketchy, it didn’t feel safe at times. The stares of the people outside the hotel made me feel so uncomfortable. Also, the hotel can get hot—even with a fan provided.

Nice and clean. Good size room for what we needed. Tea and coffee in room. Comfortable bed.

The room was very hot. Window didn't stay open Couldn't sit comfortably on toilet. (I'm of large size)but my teenager also struggled.

It was a last minute booking as I was let down by last property

No A/c but that’s not a biggie. Area was rough but there was no trouble whatsoever . Shower was a bit ropey but that also was not overlay bad.

The hotel was really modern inside, everything looked nice and clean. The staff was friendly and polite, he responded quickly when we asked for more towels and we felt very safe inside the hotel.

The only downside was the location, on the road outside there were numerous people and we were approached and made uncomfortable several times so we ended up travelling by Uber for most of our stay and getting it straight from the door. I wouldn’t recommend walking around at night alone, especially if you’re a woman.

Hotel was easy to find, owner was nice and quickly explained everything upon arrival. Everything was as on photos, room was really clean and bed was comfortable. Extra pillows were provided as asked. Hotel has good metro connection to the city centre. It only takes about 10 minutes by foot to the metro station and then another 30 minutes by metro to the city centre (depending where you want to go).

Tv in the room was bit small so we didn't really use it, but that's not a big deal considering we were so tired in the evenings from all the walking around the city. Besides that, if you are a woman, neighbourhood can be little bit uncomfortable because there are mostly men outside in the evening hours. During the night or the early hours you can hear some noise from the street (cars, people arguing, etc.) so if you are a light sleeper this can be a problem. Again, for us this was no big deal beacuse we were so tired and didn't wake much during the night.

The owners were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well looked after. Good value, tolite roll, soap and towels, tea and cofee and a fridge are included. I gave a good review because of the room.

The location is horrific and rundown The locals not a friendly bunch and we had druggies and drunks out front which I watched out of the window out of curiouscity, constantly police zooming outside and agreesuve arguments amongst the locals. You are safe in your room, so if that kind of thing is entertaining to you you'll like the location. I didn't give a 10 because of the location, which isn't the owners fault, but it stopped it from being tip marks as the location is important.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner who was lovely, very helpful and kind. Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The room you could not fault it in any way. It was very clean and had everything you needed from endless amount of plugs, a tv, table and chair, big comfy bed with very comfy bedding and pillows, up to date shower room with big towels provided, lots of lightening very bright, more than one mirror, a fridge, plenty of refreshments and supplies needed. Room was also very cosy as heating was on, also had the options of 2 windows for some air. We didn’t hear a sound at night from other guest or outside it was in a perfect location with a couple of food places close by, hotel very close to Wembley stadium which is what we needed it for, it was honestly a pleasure to stay here. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

It was cheap and cheerful. Well located for the free weekend on street parking and food/drinks takeaways. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. Little fridge, office desk, kettle, and tea/coffee. Clean the bathroom with the shower and good pressure hot water. Very warm, had the biggest radiator I've seen in my life. I felt comfortable. It will have traffic outside and therefore some noise in the evening and in the morning but nothing to the point we couldn't sleep however if you are very sensitive to noise this might be a problem. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Thank you.

Personally enjoyed everything, but for those out there that, like all the modern and posh decors, this place is cheap and practical, nothing more. It's not an Instagramable place. Also, if you have mobility issues, this might be something you need to discuss with the hotel prior to booking as we had a lot of stairs and narrow hall to go through, not sure if there are rooms on the ground floor.
