Modern updated spaces and an amazing shower

We booked last minute, the staff were very nice, beds were soooo comfortable, the overall vibe of the hotel was great, we felt safe at night. There wasn’t an AC unit but there was a fan and combined with opened windows the temperature was great. Always had hot water. The place is especially good if you are attending any event in Wembly stadium, we got back after the concert we attended in 10mins. You can walk about 20 mins on foot to the hotel or catch the bus number 83 from the bus stop next to the tube station. There is a groceries shop near by and a 24/7 McDonald’s which are very convenient.

I wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like, maybe in hotter weather would be good if ACs were installed.

The owners/staff were super friendly and helpful when we arrived. We were given a shake of the hand upon arrival which was nice as that rarely happens nowadays. They were more than happy to engage in conversations which again was really nice. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. The location was superb as we were attending Wembley Stadium which was only a 15 minute walk and really easy to find. The Hotel was being developed when we were there however our 3 night stay was very peaceful. It will look amazing when completed. Whenever we're back at Wembley Stadium (2025) we will 100% re-book here.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

I’m a solo traveller so here’s a lot of detail: First off I’ve got to be honest, when I arrived I thought I’d been scammed, the property has recently had a huge, extensive upgrade including the exterior and some works are still underway. *Inside* this is a functional 3* hotel with extremely new furnishings. I was able to contact the manager immediately upon arrival (I was early and hadn’t told them) and he was helpful, understanding, and sorted out my room and hotel access etc right there on the phone. Soon after a lady came to check it was all in working order, they’ve got a digital key-pad entry that you set a code for on both the exterior door and the door to your room. This isn’t some clunky keypad it’s very slick and so new the protective coverings were still on. The door to my room also locked manually from the inside. She was really friendly, concerned about me getting to & from the stadium etc (it’s 1/2 hour walk but far superior to being in that line for the tube) - I echo the views from other reviewers that this seems to be a family run business and it feels that way in the best way possible. My room was even pretty quiet, the most noise I heard was from other people moving in the building. This hotel was where I needed it, when I needed it, and slightly more reasonable in price for event night than those on or near Olympic Way.

You might see Google reviews for this property from 6-7 years ago that are very negative, you need to be prepared to disregard them it’s basically a different building now and while it won’t stay shiny and new forever I genuinely don’t think that those apply any more in 2024.

I cannot fault the staff at the MSM Arena Hotel - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Wasn’t the hotels fault with the heat but they provided a larger (powerful!) fan and bottles of water. The location and value for money is great, super clean and seamless check in.

Unfortunately the Road noise was quite disturbing and didn’t have the best sleep (the window was open because of the heat - my partner slept okay but as a light sleeper it was a struggle). Bathroom on the small side but was spotless.

Clean room with ensuite just like the pictures , don't be put off by older pictures Quiet location despite being on a main road . Ample free car parking. Friendly staff who were available at all times Nice location for the price as you are in walking distance from Wembley stadium, the tube , bus stops and shops. Very convenient if coming by the motorway as it was less than 10 minutes drive from it

Needs a better sign outside if coming in the night time as it isn't that easy to find it. Plug socket in the room needs some repair however it was fully functional Tv needs to have access to the free view channels as was only available to watch YouTube. However the above are just minor tweaks

Nice clean and spacious room. Owners was lovely and helpful. Hotel just been renovated and to a very good standard. Rooms had a variety of refreshments (Coke, water, tea and coffee) Owner even offering to take us to any location to save on taxi if needed but was only a short walk from where we needed to be. This hotel is a gem and will definitely return if back in this area ( by Wembley Stadium. Walk about 30 mins)

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at MSM Arena Hotel. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel's proximity to Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena made it very convenient for the concert my friend and I attended on Sunday. The lady who greeted us was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us around and explain how to use the high-tech locks, which were very cool. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Lovely room, clean from what I could see. Only thing is the shower was not deep enough so the water wpukd fill to quickly on the floor and the bathroom was a little small but shower was nice. The tea facilities were excellent! Staff were kind and helpful, bed was comfortable too. Overall liked this place and would book again, I woukd just ask for different for different bathroom otherwise genuinly not a problem:(

Great communications before arriving via telephone and messages. We were able to book a parking space right in front of the hotel for just £10. One night's stay was very reasonably priced. The twin room was great value for money with a kettle, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. The en suite shower room was clean and everything looked new. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were offered bottled water for our journey home. Altogether a very pleasant and hospitable small hotel with friendly staff.
