This apartment was excellent. Very clean, comfortable clean beds, great kitchen which was well stocked, washing up liquid, cloths etc, even a cafetière. Bathroom was well stocked with soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. There was a little noise from people walking around in the flat above but not much. We were here as a family and it was great with kids, no noise from pub underneath which I had thought might be a problem. The only issue was the bathroom door was squeaky so a bit annoying if someone needs to use the bathroom in the night. We parked on the street for free as it was the weekend. We didn’t catch public transport from here but there is a bus stop outside, and train station near by. It seemed like a really nice neighbourhood with coffee shops and bars and food shops along the main street. There is no living room, but that didn’t matter as we were out and about in London. The apartment is really easy and straight forward to access. We had excellent communication from the owners. Overall a very good place to stay.

The apartment was really clean, with confy beds, a well equipped kitchen. In the neighborhood you can find alot of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes. Also the Overground, Kensal Rise Train stations is like 2 minutes away, bus station 1 minute away and Underground, station like 5 minutes away. The check-in was really easy, got all the info on email and in-app mess.

Not really a didn't like situation, just the fact that maybe not used to London aparments, so what I find a bit unconfortable was that the apartment was a little cramped, compared to other locations around the world wich we used.

We stayed in a group of 6 adults and 4 children in two apartments for 4 nights. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Despite the small rooms, we all fit in. We fixed the creaking bathroom door ourselves. The availability of shops and services (English breakfast, beer) was excellent. Self check-in without any problems. The kitchen had basic utensils, coffee, tea, salt and a small gift. The equipment was intuitively designed. We will definitely recommend it and hopefully we will come back again sometime.

Location was really good, close to the overground station and 20 minutes bus ride to Notting Hill. The host answered all our enquiries in less than an hour. The apartment was small but all the beds were comfy and big enough. The apartment was clean and not noisy It was good to have shampoo, body and hand wash in the apartment, nice detail. There were lots of supplies for the kitchen: dishes, cuttlery, pans...and also to clean and dispose the garbage. Same for the bathroom

The living room/kitchen space was a little bit small to fit the five of us. Bathroom was a little bit small, if you're a big person can be tricky to move inside it. Towels were too small to dry an adult size body. If you travel with a small kid with a push chair be aware that the upper floors apartment don't have a lift and the stairs are tight and carpeted and can be a little bit dangerous to go up and down them. In fact, I almost trip off the stairs twice.

Great location. Close to Central London with nearby bus and tube station. Lots of dining options. We stayed on an apartment on floor 1, one above the shop. Two large rooms with lots of beds, enough to accommodate 6+ people. Apartment was neat clean, and management was nice to allow us to leave our bags even before the usual check-in time 3pm. Overall very comfortable stay. Only thing that we thought could be bit problematic for some was single bathroom, it worked out just fine for us though.

Single bathroom, no cloth dryer.

The flat was in a excellent locations - shops, pub and Overground station within walking distance. Felt very safe. The flat was clean and a good size for the number of people we had (7 people), and provided basic but adequate amenities.

Whilst the flat is restricted by it's size, the lack of a decent common room was a shame and the shower was tiny. Also, the bunk beds are a little flimsy, especially for larger people on the top bunk.

The flat is very complete, very clran, comfortable beds, good transport links, a supermarket opposite, it has all the details to make your stay easier and the staff solved all our questions immediately. Very good!!!

The door from the living room to the terrace could not be locked, that's the only thing, although we didn't complain because the door from the living room to the rest of the house had a key.

The apartment was spotless! Everything there we needed. The beds were so comfy, there was tea and coffee...all the comforts that mean so much. Definitely going again!!

I felt the need for a little sofa, a bit of comfort watching the tv. Maybe get an extendable table to allow room for a small sofa? Only an idea.

Small space for your staff (no hangers for jackets, just one closet without shelves). Though it is a very tiny studio, I am sure a bit more of a storage space would be able to add.

Clean, cozy and included extras such as cofee, tea, sugar, body soap and shampoo, iron, a litle present... A supermarket, lots of restaurants, a pharmacy and bus stops were close to the appartment.

The closest subway station takes a 10 min walk but it was nice. Warning: be careful with the black cat living behind the Kensal Green station 😅.
