Very bright, clean modern and spacious apartments. They really are as nice as they look in the photos, perhaps better! Great location for transport, shops, food. The code entry instead of keys is also very convenient. Complimentary tea, milk sachets etc. Two things would really make a difference: 1. A small but very convenient one - provide kitchen towels as good for keeping the place clean. 2. The apartments are big so bigger TVs would be nice but not a showstopper! :)

Not the hosts fault but the metal gate is always left open so compromises security a bit. Beds could be comfier (memory foam mattress toppers maybe?).

The communication with guest service was excellent, prompt and very reliable! 24/7 The place was great and spotless. (.it was a bit hard to find the entrance at first.. ) I was worried about the smart phone key app to open the place but it really worked well. Being an international traveler you definitely need a functioning cell phone and data all the time!

It was a lot of additional emails necessary to finish the pre check in requirements after I just did my booking which was non refundable. You have to submit your ID online, etc and, the first link provided didn't take any of my 3 credit cards to pay for the security deposit. After communicating with guest service via email, they sent me a link with a personalized log in.(asking for a 150£ security deposit through an online platform was not too comfortablefor me in general) . If I had know all that before my booking I probably wouldn't have booked it. However everything worked well at the end and it was a good deal through booking.com

Extremely clean and well equipped apartment, very warm, lashings of hot water, great location for access to the shops, pubs and eateries.

Door codes that I had been given for the main door into the building and the apartment door did not work, the access to the property is at the rear of the high street which is actually a service yard for shops. Lots of heavy goods vehicles using the yard. Noisy, however it was cold outside so I had all the windows and doors shut , so I could not hear the trucks, however this would be an issue in the summer months when the weather is warmer. Mattress on the bed had seen better days to be honest, was just about OK.

I booked for a late check out (albeit late in the evening, because we was enjoying our stay) & the cleaner came walked in when we were in bed. Although I put the lower bolt on the door. Apart from that we had a lovely stay there. And want to rebook it. 😃

The entry arrangements - it needs to be clear you need to go round the back of the high street. Also there was an additional door with a code which we weren't given ie - there were 2 black boxes where you had to put in the code - one at the bottom entrance and one for the apartment itself. When came back later there was a door (with Brixham Court over the top which had been open during the day was now closed and the code didn't work for this. Also the door handle opening was tricky resulting in a phone call to get in.

Ample space within the property, comfortable couch and bed. TV was a good size and bathroom very nice. Didn’t use the kitchen but all amenities that you would need.

To find the “black gate” you need to enter the service yard behind Eggham on Toast. This should of been specified on the email. Couple of minor maintenance issues such as the bedroom curtain rail was loose one end and the laminate worktop bubbling on the joint. None of this however affected my stay and I would stay there again

The room was very comfortable and with a lot of space!! Nice kitchen!! Nice balcony!!

The pillows of the bed was uncomfortable!! The email they send me missed a lot of informations for the room for example the code for the first door to get in the building and the address was not 100% accurate!!! You must put pics or a good description for everything!!

Having to provide phot ID for every member of our party. Surely mine would have been sufficient. The generic messages offering extras and mentioning dishwasher (didn't exist) and an excessive number of check in and check out messages

Apartment was very comfortable and clean - would stay again. Property accessed from the commercial vehicles yard at the back of the shops which was fine. Gate had been left open and access code for door at the top of the stairs did not initially work but I phoned the emergency number who sent me an app which worked perfectly after that. Quiet and peaceful - a good place to stay.

Modern property, top floor apartment, spacious with good facilities. Centrally located, with a good deal of restaurants, shops and public parking nearby.

Directions and instructions provided were a tad confusing, and as we arrived late in the eve it took a while to find apartment block /access. For example, need to update the directions info that ‘Cafe Gusto’ is no longer there and is now ‘Eggham on Toast’. Also please provide postcode for Two Rivers car park,as well as for apartment. Apartment postcode understandably navigates you down to the front of high street (access is from the back). Apartment itself is very nice,but the sofa had a massive water stain, and bath overflow cover was broken as well as lounge window handle. Took pics for protection given the high damage deposit one has to pay upfront.
