All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast made to order was good. Room very spacious and clean. Air-conditioning was a good bonus. Liked where it was just tucked in a corner by the river. Quiet considering where it is. Overall we had a lovely stay. Will be back

Just small things. We had executive king bed was lovely but duvet to small for the bed. Bath was huge but nowhere to put soap ect when in the bath. Need to polish glass in doors in bar/ restaurant area but everything else was clean just a small thing I noticed. As a disabled person I would prefer rail on both sides of stairs but that's just me

The location of the hotel is lovely. A nice walkable neighborhood along the Thames. The parking is a big plus! Our Executive King room 215, was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and a place to put your belongings. Iron, ironing board, plenty of hangers, safe, hairdryer, kettle and hot drinks, a refrigerator- fabulous. The breakfast was cooked to order and had a nice continental buffet.

Nothing major yet... The bed is starting to sag. Needs replacement very soon .The carpet also needs replacement or a deep shampooing. Barefoot is not recommended. The furniture is also looking chipped and worn.

Easy check-in very polite helpful staff. Large double room plenty of space with usual compliments i.e. tea/coffee station, desk, suitcase box, wardrobe The en-suite came with a bath & shower Excellent attached Indian restaurant, good selection of drinks Breakfast was excellent

Room was large but furniture could be better organised for easier access Curtain rails were a tad short so got woken early due to sun light beaming en-suite came with a bath which needed rotating 90 degrees and toilet and basin placed next to each other would have given more room Room was on 3rd floor but the hotel doesn't have a lift

The hotel is located right near the river and walking distance to the town centre. It was a nice and quiet location. The reception staff were friendly. Our executive king room was clean and tidy and looked like it had been fairly recently renovated. The room was nice and spacious for our big suitcases. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked. The bathroom was clean and tidy with good shower pressure. It was a real bonus having breakfast included with the room price. This included a basic continental or cooked breakfast, which was very convenient and tasty.

There could've been a better use of the furniture in the room in terms of size and design to create more space e.g. smaller desk/table for tea & coffee, better placement of cupboard, remove round table. More room space could also be created by removing the standard bathroom door and replacing it with a sliding door. I can't recall seeing a ventilation fan in the bathroom, which would help to remove steam build-up. Even though the bathroom had a lovely big basin, it would've been more practical to have a vanity unit in there with some bench space for toiletries. Also installing a towel rail and hooks on the opposite wall to the shower, for easy access to towels, would've been handy. The hotel doesn't provide face cloths and only standard TV channels were available.

Very good location for Windsor and Thorpe park only a 4 min drive away, town centre five minute walk away which has some lovely restaurants, and good selection of shops, Also properly is a good size does not feel overcrowded , staff were all friendly and polite no issues at all from us. Breakfast was lovely and we were able to choose off menu and it was cooked to order which we prefer nothing was to much trouble at all, we will always use here for our Thorpe park stays/legoland/windsor/ Ideal location

There was no proper coffee machine/ hot drinks machine in the breakfast room, but other than that there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is a great find, well located for my purposes amenities close by such as shops, bus, train, laundromat. The staff are so very accomodating and pleasant. The breakfast room looked well stocked and tidy, although I didn’t eat there sadly I’m sure it was terrific, I was offered a continental breakfast but I had such an early start I didn’t take up the offer. The restaurant looks very nice, again I didn’t take up the offer.

I would have preferred to have had a guest laundry facility on the property, I had to walk at least 20mins to the nearest laundromat in the dark alone, the laundromat was substandard but necessary as I was between trips and needed clean clothes.

Location was fantastic for what we needed. Room and bed were great. Particularly loved the fact there was a bath there, so was able to enjoy a bath. Even though we was close to Heathrow the night was comfortable and fairly quiet Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Was a really nice hotel. Would highly recommend

There wasn't much choice with the menu, it was sadly only Indian food which im not a fan of. There is a pub directly opposite the hotel so not a major issue as such

I used to live in a close by area and knew Staines, this hotel is well located especially for the convenience of the tours I was doing and their pickup point. The rooms were adequately sized the bed in Room 109 was more comfy than 107 but on the whole both were great, I slept very well. It is a quiet area and not a lot of extra noise within the hotel. The breakfast room looked well laid out and although I didn’t eat there due to my timings it certainly looked as if the set up was more than adequate. The staff are absolutely lovely, very obliging and extremely helpful and courteous, they kept one of my bags safely for me until my return which was amazing and I was very grateful. I would absolutely stay here again. The only downside was that there is not a guest laundry but I did find a laundromat a 15min walk away, I felt safeish getting there and back but it would be great if there was a facility closer or on the premesis. On the whole fantastic.

Just needed a laundromat closer.

A very generous breakfast, full English was excellent, great choice omelette or cereals, plenty of toast, croissants, yogurts, choice of tea, coffee, orange juice. The location was great for cycling or walking along The Thames. The room was not the one shown on the description, no sofa or coffee table, but still comfortable with everything one needed. The evening meal served in the Indian Restaurant was very good. All the staff were very polite and friendly.

The plastic shower strip to keep the water from leaking onto the bathroom floor needed replacing, as the water seeped underneath the strip making the floor wet.

Used it as a stop for a weekend break to Thorpe Park, didn’t really explore the town but lovely hotel and restaurant/Indian and the staff were excellent. Including posting lost items to our home very efficiently. Can’t remember the guys name but he ran the restaurant in the evening and reception, was very polite, including running our uber eats delivery to the door - which wasn’t asked of him at all and rather a professionalism of not wanting the uber driver to poke around the hotel.
