The staff are excellent and the room was beautifully furnished with lots of attention to detail. The bed was comfy and the room lovely and warm on a cold day. Excellent decor throughout the pub and the accommodation. Great bathroom and shower. Bathrobe was provided.

I wasn't keen on the breakfast. It's a very high quality, chef prepared meal but that wasn't what I want for breakfast. I prefer to have plenty of fruit and yoghurts, perhaps some eggs or occasionally some bakery products. There were no cereals or fresh fruits and no offer of toast. As I say, the food was exceptionally well prepared but I couldn't find anything I fancied on the menu, which seemed better suited to brunch than a morning healthy eating option. I do love the Kings Arms though. It's a lovely pub. It just didn't suit my taste for breakfast (particularly as I am permanently dieting). The lighting was a little dark for getting ready!

The locality to the airport yet without planes over head every few minutes was brilliant. The food in the restaurant of an evening was nothing short of fantastic - very opulent in presentation and the tastes were stunning. The price in the restaurant was pleasantly surprising given the presentation and menu on offer - we were very impressed. The breakfast was lovely also, great food and great service throughout our stay. The brass bath in the room and the large bathroom was stunning and really impressive given the wonderful price we paid - If ever we fly from Heathrow again, we will be staying at the king's arms without a doubt.

Very handy for an overnight stay on the way to Heathrow Terminal 5. Lovely restaurant, good food, comfy room.

The green light on the ceiling (smoke alarm/wifi/I don’t know what) is incredibly bright and could not be covered up. In our room, the glass panels between the room and the bathroom are obviously there because otherwise the room would have no natural light but I didn’t like that I couldn’t put the bathroom light on at night without illuminating the whole room.

This is a really nice place to stay - right in the middle of Egham, beautifully done inside and serving excellent food (which is a rarity in Egham, sadly). Lots of nice touches in the room we stayed in to add character.

Neither the room nor the food were cheap. We stayed in a beautifully converted suite of rooms in the attic, but the ceilings were low (you also had to go up some stairs inside the room to reach them). There wasn't much overhead light, and there was some noise in the bedroom from the road outside.

Perfect in every way. Delightful staff, funky decor, stunning room (bed was one of the most comfy I’ve ever had), everything was catered for. Little pantry with fresh milk, superb coffee machine. Dinner B and B deal was incredible value for a Saturday night in summer. We used it as a base to go horse racing at Ascot and walked to Egham train station within 5 mins

The room was hot but even then they provided a fan which was a great help.

Only 15 minutes to Heathrow Airport. They let me store my luggage for 3 days whilst in transit, saving £30 at Heathrow storage fees The bedding was super comfortable. The earplugs and pillow spray provided made for a restful night. The resturaunt serves high quality reasonably priced food. So, happily had dinner, breakfast and lunch there! All staff were very courteous and went out of there way to be helpful Egham is close to Windsor, well worth a visit

Unfortunately the bathroom had not been properly cleaned which may have been due to my rushed check-in 3 hours before schedule. Otherwise the room and bedding were spotless

The staff were fabulous and the room was absolutely amazing. There was a huge copper tub in the bedroom. In addition a large bathroom with a shower. The bed was comfortable, the room was large and everything about our stay was perfect. We stayed here the night before going back to the US. A perfect location near the airport. The decor in the room and restaurant was so wonderful. A little funky but yet charming!! We ate in the restaurant and found the food was delicious but it was the staff that really made it feel special. What a great experience we had! Such a great way to end our vacation. I highly recommend both the accommodations and the restaurant.

Lovely quirky room with great decor and copper bath.

Carpet was stained. The espresso machine was leaking water and the tap in the bath didn't do the job so the water drained as you were sat in it. We mentioned these issues qhen we checked out and were told they already knew about them? Such a shame as these a simple fixes. We loved this place and it should be 5 star but I'd say ignoring the maintenance issues makes is a 4.

Room was really great, bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Evening meal was superb too although the the sea bass were a tad on the small side. Breakfast was fab too and because I didn’t want much to eat much (my day involved testing / eating food) so the chef did a special breakfast for me.

Noisy council road resurfacing works outside all night (not the Kings Arms fault I hasten to add) but some advance notice and/or a small discount would’ve been nice. They did supply ear plugs though!

A nice mix of traditional and modern. A nice long breakfast session so didn't feel rushed to get up early.

Restaurant was not very warm so breakfast cooled quite quickly. Teapot held enough water for 3 cups of tea but only one teabag, so very weak tea. Butter for toast rock hard so maybe take out at the start of service? Also, waitress complaining in the kitchen about people coming down late for breakfast (not me) very loudly so please be aware you can be heard in the restaurant.
