I arrived at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ealing just after 6pm on Thursday 19th June; my room wasn't available... hotel was full so housekeeping were still preparing rooms. Receptionist Shahin apologised and gave me a card for a complimentary drink in the bar downstairs... went downstairs with my luggage and ordered a gin & slimline tonic with ice... also reserved a table in the Restaurant for 7:30pm... went back up to Reception and my Room #108 was available - received 2 key cards and went up to my room. Very large room, comfortable double bed, lots of storage, great Samsung TV, fridge, large bathroom with sink, toilet, bath & shower and HVAC (air conditioning) was perfect - kept my room very cool throughout day and night. I had breakfast every morning, dinner & drinks on Thursday 19th and afternoon lunch & drinks on Friday 20th and Monday 23rd. Meals were delicious and Customer Service First Class. Some names of the Staff who served me - Ana, Umang, Pedro, Britton and Sadie... there were many more staff who looked after me very well. I used Angel Cars for my trips back from Wembley Stadium, to Kensington High Street on Saturday, Twickenham on Sunday and trip back to Euston Train Station on Tuesday 24th.

Nothing could have been done better. I was surprised the Restaurant Bar doesn't have any Cocktails on the Drinks Menu. There were lots of other drinks available which I like Gin, Slimline Tonics, Diet Cokes, J20 - different flavours, Still Water, Teas, Coffees and Flavoured Ciders.

Wonderful Stay at Crowne Plaza! We stayed for three nights at the Crowne Plaza and had an excellent experience from start to finish. All the staff were fantastic, especially Sujata and Dev — they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. After we checked out, we were kindly allowed to relax in the lounge for three hours, which made a big difference. Dev took great care of us in the dining room during that time — truly outstanding service! I would definitely visit again and highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza London Ealing. The first thing I noticed is the hospitality of the crew; they really know how to treat their clients. Thanks to them and the beauty of London, we spent an exceptional holiday with my family. The bedroom was clean and spacious for us, and also the bed was really comfortable. The staff was ready for any minimal request and ready to help us. I do not remember the names of the lovely staff but they were brilliant from reception to the restaurant staff. We will surely come back and recommend the hotel to our acquaintances for their holidays in London. The hotel is 2 minutes from Hanger Lane underground station. The breakfast was abundant and delicious and the staff taking care of us during the breakfast is so lovely, gentle, intentional and ready to help; my mum was so touched.

Nothing to say about the hotel and the staff; the underground station is 3 minutes from the hotel but 25-30 minutes from London center, so it has to be kept in mind.

I highly recommend this hotel, it has a great connection to the city center (Hanger Lane tube station of Central line). We spent 4 nights there and had absolutely no problems. The work of the wonderful Ms Shahin from the reception deserves special mention, she helped us a lot on the day of the check-in. Initially, we had booked 2 rooms on two different floors and only thanks to her help and empathy we got our rooms on the same floor. And the room she gave us, with a double bed, exceeded our wildest expectations - a huge suite in which we felt great and it was thanks to Ms Shahin that we had such a wonderful stay! We send our warmest regards to her! The hotel served very good English-style breakfasts with a large selection of hot dishes: savoury and sweet (pancakes) and even ham, yellow cheese, salami, chorizo, tomatoes, cucumbers. Very good coffee from the coffee machine and various sweet croissants, fruits, yogurts, cereals, milk, etc. There were even gluten free toasts and bagels. The dining room is very well run by two friendly gentlemen and thanks to them everything was tidy, clean and a pleasure to come down for breakfast! If I visit London again, I'd love to stay there.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Food was fresh & tasty. Had a lovely breakfast every morning & dinner one night, all were delicious. Room was clean , spacious & comfy. Serviced every day to high standards. All staff friendly & helpful. Location perfect for Wembley stadium as well as Central London. Ashbourne pub just across the road if you need a cheaper drink /cocktails/change of scenery, recommended.

Car parking so expensive especially for disabled who have no choice but to use a car. would have liked the bar to be open a little later , was refused a drink on return from the stadium.

It was close to Wembley where we were attending a concert. It was a lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The bed was also really comfy. We slept well. Breakfast was also good value and the staff worked hard.

Our room was a little tired. There were splashes of a drink on our curtains, and the edges of the carpet were frayed. It could so with some TLC. Also did not like having to cross via a subway to cross the road, at night.

The staff from reception and bar were very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and clean and the beds were very comfortable, lovely room.

The dining room was so hectic, there was no organization with the flow of the food, the toaster was situated in the most awquard place where no-one could get past when people were making toast. People were waiting ages for buffet food, there was never enough put out, I asked a waiter for ham and then had to ask again. There didn't seem to be enough staff on. Also there was only 1 coffee machine for the whole dining room, which left people in long queue for hot drinks

This hotel perfectly delivers on its promises: Somewhat far from the citycenter yes, but reasonable price, 1 minute walk to the tube station, the tube takes you to the citycenter in 45 minutes. I specifically requested twin beds, the staff confirmed in advance and I got twin beds (whereas other hotels were striggling with confirming twin beds in advance - this was my main reason to choose Crowne Plaza Hotel). The room was perfect for a few nights stay, yes, somewhat old furniture, but again, reasonable price and everything was working, the shower was nice, breakfast was more than sufficient, and the two guys at the bar in the evenings were fantastic: Super friendly, super helpful! Great job guys and thanks for everything!

I can not say anything specifically that I did not like. Again, the hotel is not perfect, but perfectly delivered on its promises.

They are way above my expectations. More than helpull staff, actually the kind of willing to help. They offered us a breakfast even for the arrival day and when we had to leave early they offered to make some take away with the breakfast. Not something very fancy but still, the intention was much appreciated! They have a restaurant that prooved to be extremely helpfull after a long day in the city. It is close to an underground station, so everything si easy.

The only thing that one can complain is the distance from the center, but this is compensated by the underground station that is next to the hotel and of course, by the price for the services (way better than in the center). Anyhow, it should be mentioned that you need about 30 min to get to the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The room was fully equipped, it’s got a kettle, iron box and an iron board, TV and it was also with AC which was amazing with this weather. Room was really spacious. Toilet is clean, well maintained and got shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash and finally body lotion. Receptionist Anastesia was amazing, she was lovely, approachable and professional. The stay was definitely worth the money, and I highly recommend it 🩷
