My room was OK.

I receive a discount rate from Booking.com and hope that this lower rate does not translate to the cheapest room in the hotel. This seemed to be the case with this stay, a small room, where the heating did not work, and with the constant noise of a diesel generator outside my window.

From Check, I was met with what I would call an exceptional concierge named Kingsley. He took the call before I booked the hotel and his mannerism was so impressive I just had to book. I mentioned it was my birthday and was met with chocolates and balloons in my room. My wife and I took a dip in the pool which was lovely and warm and we wanted a relaxing break so opted for dinner in the hotel which was also lovely and all the staff were friendly enough. We had drinks in the bar and took some bubbly to the room, The room was fantastic (2009) and exceeded our expectations the facilities in the room were very good (Iron and board, hair dryer & lovely selection of Tea, coffee and hot chocolate). We do like to book hotels and have surprisingly never tried a De Vere.. If they all have a Kingsley we will be visiting more :)

-no soap/shampoo in the changing rooms on our first day so that was a bit disappointing on arrival, maybe someone could fill up half way through the day, as the next morning we swam there was soap. - also the floor in men’s changing rooms were very very wet, so a little staff check and mop wouldn’t be a bad idea Otherwise we were very happy and would love to come back again!

Loved the grounds the hotel is set in and the hotel itself was grand in parts . Buffet meals were reasonably priced , lots of choice and tasty . Breakfast was also good . Located close to Runnymede and only a short drive to many attractions . Plenty of parking . Lovely staff !

Breakfast was very unorganised on one of the mornings due to influx of people the night before , the staff were overrun ! Swimming pool too small for the size of the hotel … could do with 2 pools , one for families and other just for adults . Would have used the pool for the 3 days that I was there but it was always too full to even move/ swim so that put me off using it as much as I would have liked to

Location, facilities such as the gym & swimming pool, food, breakfast & dinner buffets, gardens & woodlands, proximity to Windsor central & castle, welcoming & helpful staff, interiors, plenty of spaces to dine or just sit, free water & ice cubes in one of the lounges. Special mention to the young chap named Jericho at Beaumont restaurant(he was so polite, friendly & professional).

No airconditioning & fridge in the room. Lacking toiletries(just shampoo & body wash). Housekeeping knocking on our bedroom door at 8am! We needed our sleep as we were tired from exploring the area the day before! Unfortunately, I forgot to put the sign on the door.

An amazing Estate House over looking some beautiful grounds .The staff were amazing from the day I booked to the day we left . I mentioned that we were here on our wedding anniversary and the staff helped by offering an upgraded room(very small extra) . The rooms are spacious and provide things you would need for your stay . We booked into the restaurant for the evening(recommended to book) and there was more than enough food . The breakfast was amazing , not just your normal breakfast but everything and more you would have . Drinks prices are reasonable and the cocktails are also reasonable .

The room was great for our needs, despite the fact that the requested extra bed for our elder son was not set up when we arrived. This was sorted out shortly after our arrival and the breakfast was amazing, lots of options and staff were also very friendly. Me and my elder son also used the swimming pool on the morning of our departure and found everything to be clean. It was also good value for our needs.

The extra bed could have been set up for our arrival (since we had requested this at the time of booking). It would have also been good to have a more relaxed evening dinner option, rather than only the full restaurant which wasn't really appropriate for a family.

Incredible value for money. Great facilities, modern and spacious rooms. Excellent location and provided a brilliant base for LEGOLAND/ Windsor or London. Breakfast was great and being greeted with popcorn for the kids was a great touch. Would really recommend the hotel and absolutely stay again.

There are insufficient EV chargers for the size of the hotel. Only one was working and had to ring BP Pulse. No hairdryers in the rooms. Pool facilities were a little tired, no working lockers.

Amenities were excellent especially the pool! Shame it wasn't open a little later than 7m. Room was very clean. Very comfy bed. Grounds were perffect to explore and play. Buffet was excellent value for money with a good variety for adults, childrens food however was dry. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking space avaliable, distancebfrom London and Legoland perfect.

Location of room was not good for a family with young children, we were located right next to the main corridor to green and blue area, on the junction, noise of other guests subsided at around 2:30am. Was unable to use desk in room as the pullout sofa bed for children was right up against the chair/desk.

We liked the location very much as it was convenient to get to Lego land and Windsor. We were amazed about the vast facilities and family friendly feel.

We didn’t like the fact our room and probably whole block didn’t have air con and there was a lock with a cable restriction on the windows . So we could only open it a little. I know this is probably due to safety but it made the room hot at night. The breakfast options were good but the machine for teas and coffees looked like it needed a proper clean as my tea looked murky. Basics foods like fruit , cereals were good. But all other options bland , overcooked but we appreciate catering for large numbers is a challenge.
