A generous unlimited breakfast. I did liked almost every thing. The kindness of the owners, even if you don’t see them often, they check on you , ( msg, mails…). The lodge in all is very clean and tidy thanks to Kennedi… A kind of a family lodge, each one of us has to tidy up after using some utilities.., I do recommend that lodge for anyone coming to the area.

Slamming the door hardly, makes your ears popping as you were in a plane. I guess, others wouldn’t mind if but, the noise bothers me 😏

Easy to find. Parking accessible. Clean linen and towels. Very hot but the fan provided did the job.

Coffee in room was solid in the jar, but coffee downstairs in the kitchen was fine. Kettle in room hadn't been emptied, no shampoo as advertised but this was quickly rectified by the owners who were extremely apologetic and helpful. A strange drain smell in the reception/kitchen and in my room. A little more attention to detail needed to rectify these little things would make a good stay great.

Room was actually nicer than on the photos, with very clean bathroom, which seemed as if it was recently renovated. Very good communication with staff. Possibility to store luggage very much appreciated. Tea and coffee in the room, nice kitchen

I would add more storage space in the room - even a shelf on the wall would make a difference as there wasn’t much place to put things away

Keycode entry system worked well (no one needed to be there to check you in). Communal eating area for breakfast, spacious, clean and modern. Room was comfortable. TV, kettle tea and coffee making .Basic breakfast was fine - juice, butter. milk etc in fridge + bread and croissants. Friendly communications. Clean room. Hot shower.

Minor issue with shower not draining quickly enough, but probably just an issue with that one room. Kettle worked fine but seemed to be one that you turned off and on at wall as far as I could tell which took a bit of working out.

Extremely clean, comfy bed, fresh and soft sheets, great kitchen / dining area, car parking spaces and safe lit car park just a few doors down. Auto lighting on the walkways, great bathroom, coffee facility in room, USB sockets for phone charging. Park and woodland for dog walking just round the corner . Nice easy breakfast , fresh milk in the fridge and a lovely fruit bowl. Loved having a pin code rather than a key/card. Totally soundproof and I slept like a log even being on a flight path and road

Nothing. The TV remote needed new batteries but not a dislike.

Nice little inexpensive stop over place. It is what it is. Somewhere to rest your head for a night. Nice pub down the road or takeaway chinky and pizza next door. Little breakfast cafe if the provided stuff isn't enough for you.

You can't help the human elements. It's a very quiet, safe feeling area but people can be selfish and dim. You will hear everything in the place and because it's not manned nobody is around to say "keep it down please". Maybe a bloody big sign in the dining room would help? I had a really disturbed sleep due to drunk morons coming in at midnight and deciding to converse for an hour at the top of their voices, plus setting off the automated lights every 2 minutes outside. You can't climb one stair without it creaking. That however is not the fault of the owners and was bad luck. It is a very well run clean and tidy safe stop over with plenty nearby.

Great location, breakfast and kitchen facilities brilliant

The bathroom was not very clean. I feel the advert is misleading by saying there is onsite parking - there is only space for 2 cars or you have to park in a nearby free car park where you can only stay for 18 hours!

Nice clean room and adequate breakfast provided.

The road outside has extensive roadworks and if you accidentally drive past the B&B you are unable to turn around due to the road closure and need to follow a detour in order to get back to the location. A heads up would hva been helpful.

The room was entirely adequate for my needs as I was only staying one night with my son before heading to the Army Training Camp nearby, the next day: absolutely spotless room and seriously comfy beds. The shower was powerful and the water was lovely and hot. Breakfast was provided in the communal kitchen area which was better equipped than my kitchen at home!! again, very clean and tidy and a had nice selection of things to eat and drink. (iron and ironing board too should you need one!)

This is not a dislike in any way but more of a suggestion, I wanted to dry and straighten my hair after my shower, but the only mirror was in the bathroom where there was no plug (for obvious reasons) A wall mirror in the room by a plug would have just been perfect....... However, I WILL be booking again and will bring a mirror, just in case :)

The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable breakfast options were good and kitchen was equipped really well and decorated nicely lovely eating area too. Beds were comfy too. The owners were lovely very helpful and very accommodating would definitely reccomend this place and would love to stay again some day.

Just unfortunately the disabled bathroom wasn't big enough to get a wheelchair through and there was no chair for the shower so if the wheelchair user can't stand they can't shower and no hand rail by the toilet. That's the only thing but it's not a complaint just a suggestion to help others in the future
