Martin is absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make sure both me and my dog were comfortable and looked after. A dog lover himself, without me asking, I was signposted to all the best spots to take my dog - and there are lots! A truly dog (and people) friendly stay. Martin went out of his way to accompdate my allergies and I loved having my yummy breakfasts facing the lush, plant plush courtyard. Also, has excellent taste in music! Couldn't recommend more highly.

Breakfast was excellent lovely cooked breakfast cereal toast yogurts fruit good choice Our host was really nice and very friendly. It was quiet, bed really soft and comfortable tea and biscuits in room.

At first we were disappointed with how small the room was but we did manage. Just hung some clothes up in wardrobe but no drawers to put underwear in or shelves to put anything on. We had to leave things in our suitcases. But we managed for 3 nights like that with no problems our host more than made up for no storage space with his friendly manner, he really cared if you were comfortable. We would recommend and will be staying again. Thank you.

Great value for money, host was really helpful catering for dietary requirements in the mornings with breakfast, although i didnt have any the continental breakfast selection was good, bed was very comfortable, room clean, shower was very good, host upgraded me to double room free of charge, all in all a very comfortable stay whilst travelling to the area on a training course.

Was abit noisy on my last night, a few other tradesman staying and people talking outside my room they may aswell have been sitting on my bed talking however when it came to sleep all was quiet.

Martin was an excellent host very attentive to our needs. His breakfast was to a high standard with the sausages being particularly nice. The room was cosy and comfortable and extremely good value for money. Good car parking space.

Breakfast was timed a little too early (06.30 - 7.45) but on this occasion sited us because we had a lot to do. However for those on more of a holiday stay might have been different.

It's a small and intimate place with a charming diplomatic host, who cares about his business and his guests. It's the opposite of a faceless big "business hotel".

You will be able to hear the water heater, but at this price point, that is really a feature - it means there is plenty of hot water for your bath. Again, you could avoid this if you pick a soulless business hotel at double the price.

Owner was brilliant and accommodating he makes sure all guests that are mailing business get breakfast early enough so they can start work on time. Room is clean and biscuits on the tea tray replenished daily. Will use again if working in the area. Nice touch was Owner remembered my breakfast preference after quick chat on check in so breakfast was cooked and brought to my table after seeing me sit down without even having to order great job all round.

It was clean & tidy, Everything needed, Such as a clean and comfortable Bed,tele,toilet, Wash basin and a very nice shower, tea,coffee,kettle to have a nice hot cuppa..Martin the host Makes You feel Welcome, And offered a nice breakfast..Generally and very pleasant Stay..

Martin for very welcoming and pointed me in the right direction for good food. He was very personable and the breakfast was fantastic!

only think I can say would be the fact the window had non closable vents which made the room very cold as the heating was not on.

I bound immediately with Martin who was always very friendly and welcoming. He gave me lots of tips on restaurants, taxis and how to spend my free time in London. Thank you Martin!

The coffee espresso was missing.

The gentlemen was very friendly and helpful even made me a bacon butty to take to work as I am up and put to site early so it was a nice surprise to receive. would highly recommend staying here tried for work this week but a good thing for them there were fuller booked but will deffo stay again when in this area for works.
