I would like to thank Morgan for her excellent customer service. She helped me with the wifi on my phone, brought me up a hairdryer, gave me my breakfast on the go when I enquired about it. She was very patient. Breakfast was a very moist tasty fruit muffin, a fruit heath bar, a juicy sweet orange, & orange juice, with a take away cup& lid for coffee provided. TV worked, bed single, just me but very comfortable. I slept well. For a pub on a Sunday night it was very quiet & peaceful. Lovely local coffee shop down the road if needed.

The shower door was a bit loose off the hinges. The radiator was on a timer so couldn't turn it on when needed. Morgan tried to help but couldn't work it out either.

Location, the staff were all amazing went above and beyond. Morgan is absolutely amazing and offered to drop my friends and I to our event and pick us back up again so that we were safe to drink alcohol. The rooms were standard, breakfast was delicious, and the chef went above and beyond to our comforts. I will definitely be returning yearly as the polo event is yearly. If ever in Cranleigh, stay here and the pub locals were a right laugh.

The shower in my room didn't work correctly, and there was no hanging space for my clothes, just a few hooks on the wall and on the back of the door. They have WiFi, but be prepared for very poor reception. None of my friends or I had reception.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Full coffee/tea making facilities in the room. .Excellent value for money by local standards. This is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel.

Restaurant was closed so no cooked breakfast, but they kindly gave us a packed breakfast to have in our room. You couldn't switch off or dim the blue ceiling mounted safety light, which could interrupt sleep.

Excellent value for money and very clean rooms. Large beer garden that closes at 10 to ensure guest have a good nights sleep. The staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful. On my arrival Morgan the young lady working behind the bar made me feel welcome and treated me as a valued customer although this was my first stay at the White Hart.

The Wi-Fi was very poor but given the very reasonable cost of the room this is a minor inconvenience.

The location is within walking distance of the friend I was visiting and therefore it was perfect for my needs. Cranleigh for those who don't know it, is the kind of small village in the south of England in which you expect to see Agatha Christie's Miss Marple or Hercule Poirot as you turn into each street.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The staff remembered me from my last stay. Even the chef remembered how I like my breakfast. Staff very friendly and welcoming. No problems with my last check in, member of staff communication 10/10

The shower space is very small. But its an old building they did well for space they are working with

Room let me check in in advance of time as I was heading to a wedding. Easy to do and easy to access. All the facilities you would want for a one night stay and a very comfy bed.

For my use it was perfect so I can't think of anything I would change. Showing a price on booking for breakfast might have made me add this..

Lovely room with modern ensuite. Good value for money and friendly staff. Being able to check in 2-hours early was a real bonus.

TV was very small but sufficient for a single-night stay. Noise from the pub (on a Saturday night) due to our window being open was as expected but only lasted until ‘kick-out’ time.

Its location . We were visiting family nearby for a special birthday.

Nothing . Previous reviews had said noisey but would have expected that being over a pub . And the member staff told us on arrival there was music till midnight. Didn’t bother us we would have joined in if we hadn’t been out already anyway! !
