Very responsive, came with the key a few minutes after I called. Location was good and parking was very convenient. Unit was larger than expected.

No dishwasher. Mattress was hard. No hand soap. Overall the place was clean, but the were a couple dirty light switches and kitchen handles that were grimy. Also, baseboards were dusty and dirty. Few minutes per room with this attention to detail I would have given a 10. It would have been nice if they recommended places to eat. There was a place within walking distance we didn’t see until we checked out.

It was a great location and a great stay. The area was quiet. The flat was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the building itself. The staff were great to deal with. Stewart showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had. We travelled by car and had an allocated parking space. The location is very handy for the M3 motorway. overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location, and Blue Sky were good to deal with too.

Having to meet one of the team to get keys was an inconvenience after a very long journey. The terms and conditions stated that that we would need to show passports. We have not had to do that before. In the end, we didn't have to show them. The main bedroom mattress was was quite saggy but the single beds were excellent. Little touches like hand soap would have been good. A few bulbs were out here and there, just a wee bit of house maintenance needed for that.

Good location for our needs (Frimley Park hospital). Access to plenty of food options. Good facilities in the flat. Felt secure. Clean towels and bedding.

Cleaning lacked attention to detail. Bedroom fans were thick with dust. Main bed was well used. Some areas of damage. Quite a noisy area due to the number of surrounding flats, and inconsiderate pub goers, which I understand can't be helped but didn't make for a restful evening.

Toilet in the en-suite needs fixing as it constantly runs and fills making noise. Also main bedroom door latch needs fixing as it is very hard to open and close, in fact at one stage we were "locked in" as it wouldn't open. Small issues that would make this a 10 rather than an 8.5

Ideal location, great apartment, value for money, great host, easy check in / out, allocated parking - will definitely rebook when required.

Paperwork issues with Booking .com, nothing to do with the property or it's owner: can't get VAT receipts from the property owner because booking.com don't pay the owner when the customer pays the booking! So I'm chasing the property owner for a VAT receipt after the stay, that the owner can't provide because they haven't had the money! (I had paid nearly 2 months in advance!) .Can't get a VAT receipt off of Booking.com because it states the receipt is not a VAT receipt, which can't be used to settle credit card bills, and to approach the property owner! Lovely way of significantly wasting customers time while Booking.com earns a pretty penny on the customers money, in interest - not very customer focussed, hence overall score of 9, not 10.

Rooms were a good size, good kitchen and dining room, bedroom was a very good size

Bathroom needs to be updated, the shower leaked around the connections at both ends and the space was very limiting. As it is a one bedroom place even a good walk in shower would be better than a narrow bath with shower above. Unfortunately the kitchen utensils, especially for use in the oven to warm ready meals, were sorely lacking,

Great Location, perfect for my business meetings, a very quiet and secure area, no issues, excellent communication and service, and everything looked new in apartment #10. This was my 2nd stay with Blue Square and I will certainly book again.

Perhaps of the four provided pillows on the bed, other rentals offer a 'selection combination' of hard and softer ones so you can kind of mix n match to suit your need. A suggestion only, this would not stop me from returning again.

The stay was very comfortable and all the facilities which are required in an apartment are available. Washing machine, cooking utensils and hot plate etc

It was written, all the toiletries will be provided but none was available and even after requesting there was no response. Ignoring this overall stay was comfortable.

This apartment saved us when we decided to leave our other terrible apartment, we were so grateful for the helpful staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment, and the location was really good for farnborough airport too. We had an amazing week in the apartment, it really felt like a home away from home. Will be staying here in future and recommending to colleagues.

I was met by a gentleman at the car park who showed me around and answered a few logistics questions. A very nice welcome to put me at ease after a long drive. The place was immaculate. The bed was super comfy. The wifi was good. I didn't do any cooking so can't comment on the kitchen too much but it looked well equipped. The bathroom was good too. The place was warm and comfy. Really glad I stayed in this apartment as it was 5 min drive to work.
