The value was great. A private bathroom and a bed and a 20 minute tube ride from central London so you get what you pay for. There’s a convenience store right next to it.

It was a bit of a dodgy area. There was always drunk people hanging around outside the shop next door which made it uncomfortable to walk past which you have to do to get to the underground station

The room is very basic but clean. For the price, cannot ask for more. The location is excellent; subway nearby, bus routes very close. I love the common self catering kitchen; it is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Many generous breakfast food options are provided as well. No need to eat in expensive restaurants. Many grocery stores nearby. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Wifi was not functioning for a day causing some inconvenience, otherwise wifi was excellent. First time it happened out of several stays at this facility.

I'm from Malaysia. I would say this is the best place to stay and there is easy access to public transport. Just walk less than 1km for train and less than 500m for bus. The accommodation is clean. The staff is helpful. If you need anything, just ask them. The kitchen is shared with all rooms. You can cook, but only from 7 am to 11 am. After 11 am you can still go to the kitchen to make drinks and to reheat your meal. All their staff are helpful. They also provide egg and bread for you to prepare your breakfast.

We travel from Bolton to London Dentaprime clinic with my partner to do both implants surgery for two days and the hotel was very close to the clinic we liked the location and price for the hotel also staff was very understanding about that we needed open kitchen to change ours ice packs for the swollen we had after the surgery, thank you for that

Only we didn't like is little space on the cupboard to leave our staff but this is jut trying to found something we didn't like it in the room, actually room was very comfy even seems to be old and rough

Basic but perfectly satisfactory room at a very reasonable price. Clean, comfortable. There is a simple self-catered breakfast included, which they tend to let you have even if you're late for the official times. It is not so central, but it is just 5 minutes walk from Bow Road underground, which takes you straight into central London. There are some decent looking pubs nearby, and a late-night independent supermarket next door.

My room didn't have a desk, that was the only negative.

Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Room confortable, reasonable size, bathroom a littler smaller than thought but managable, bed sheets didn't fit but nothing to complain about, lighting in room a little too soft but manageable. Location excellant for us going to ABBA and underground for the rest of our activitivies for the weekend. Breakfast minimul but didn't need anything more, toast, cereal, eggs, biscuits and chrisps

Location - The location was very good. 7 minute walk to Bow Road tube. Good food store a few minutes away. 11 minutes from a McDonalds. Bedroom - Average room with double bed and complete private bathroom. Cleaning - Very good Extra - You could use the kitchen for free a few hours a day and also get free food. They also let us check in early 30 minutes early on request. They have a rule if check-out late you need to pay 10£ for hour, we ask beforehand to do a check-out late because of a meeting and they did that for free! Very good service.

The shower pressure was weak. Poor soundproofing for other rooms and the street (I recommend taking earplugs if sensitive).

Beaucoup, beaucoup de nourriture dans la cuisine. Merci beaucoup!!! This is the biggest bonus of this location and I've never seen anything like it!! Eggs, bread, juice, milk, jam, bananas, apples cookies, coffee (instant), tea.... great way to wake up each morning! You cook it yourself, but just outstanding!!

The room smelled a bit like smoke and the man said I could change, but I didn't want to chance it because i liked a lot of the other aspects of the room. So, I stayed, but they should charge people for a better cleaning when they smoke illegally in a room. Some are allergic.

Its a small place that has no fuss so its perfect for when you just need to sleep the night and take a shower. You get alot more privacy than the alternatives at this price too.

The place could definitely be a little cleaner in terms of maintenance, its not that they dont clean the rooms its more that the cleaning that is done happens to be very surface level leaving harder to reach areas looking nasty (lingering almost moldy smell reflects this)

Really pleasant stay with really nice and helpful staff. Good position, with tube station and DLR station close by. National Express stop in front of the hotel, so really comfortable to come and go back to Stansted. They also provide food for DIY breakfast that was really appreciated.

Cleanliness and condition of the room could have been better
