The room was comfortable (minus a bedside table) and there were tea and coffee making facilities which did for my needs quite well. The bathrooms are very clean and work well. The kitchen is well stocked and would suffice for a longer stay than I had. The lock box system was easy based on the good communication.

In room 2 where I stayed, put an extension cord. Only because I would not give up did I manage to get the TV lead to reach the socket. Either that or leave a notice to guests saying 'The TV mount is adjustable'. It took my a while to try moving the TV to make the lead reach the socket. Having said that, it then took a balancing act to get the Sky box to also reach simultaneously. It is the little things.

This isn’t the property owners fault , but the person staying below us was banging doors and talking on the phone at 5am really loudly! There also was no toilet roll in both toilets at one point! But no refills that I could See. The bed was VERY uncomfortable!

This place exceeded my expectations, although I kept them relatively low. The room and overall facilities were better than anticipated. Our room was well-equipped with amenities, including a very large TV, a computer, a filter jug, and coffee supplies. The property also features a shared kitchen and two clean bathrooms.

However, there are some drawbacks that contribute to the affordability of the accommodation. While the location is convenient and close to the city center, The house is a standard UK style, framed house with floorboards. We stayed on the ground floor and could hear the noise of people walking, as the floorboards creaked. Additionally, we were awakened on Sunday morning by conversations outside.

This is my go to accommodation when I am travelling to London, I like it as it has a nice downstairs bedroom and good facilities to make my own meals and has a fridge freezer that I can keep food in. The room is spacious and clean although some of the furniture could have been moved to clean underneath, but apart from that it is a clean property with everything you need when visiting London. Greta street parking and Tube station 300 yrds away which gives great access to the City.

This is my go to accommodation when I visit London as it has all I need, good facilities, clean shower and bedroom, well equipped Kitchen and excellent on street parking.

Nothing much, could do with cleaning under furniture, but apart from that, I'm pretty happy with this property.

Two bathrooms are a big plus, big kitchen and comfy bed. Quiet area with shops nearby.

Somebody snatched our beers from the shared fridge, so I wouldn't recommend leaving your stuff anywhere around the apartment.

Short walk from the DLR. I stayed here to go to the Excel so was very easy to get to. Instructions sent on the morning of my arrival and how to access the property which was very straight forward. Bedroom was very clean and well presented. Even had a large screen TV with Sky and it's own WiFi separate to the other rooms. Showers and kitchen were very keen and the area is reasonably quiet. Highly recommend to anyone travelling alone.

One of the pillows had a dirty black mark on it which was very visible when walking into the room.

Location is near to a train station that's away from crowded shopping roads. A perfect place to have an evenings and nights sleep.

The electrical's wiring could be tugged on to the wall. The large space used by the kettle and amenities tray could be saved by making them either as wall corner shelf or use the already available shelf.

This is a great option for work or travel stays on a budget - the room is a better size and bedding more comfortable than similar places I've stayed in London at this price point. It is a bit out of the way of my work and many tourists areas, but you can't fault them for that - it is where they say it is; and it's right by the Star Lane train station. The house is entirely rented out, so it's a bit like staying in a self-catering house with strangers. It's well kitted out for that purpose - two bathrooms to the four rooms, and every room has a fridge shelf and a cupboard area for groceries etc. Everything is labelled and the two bathrooms were some of the cleanest shared bathrooms I've ever seen. They provide you with towels, toilet paper and a few cleaning materials for the bathroom. In the room, the bed was comfortable, cupboards are spacious if you need to hang clothes, and there was even a computer and flat screen tv, which I didn't use. When we were there the other guests were considerate and clean - I'll stay here again and hope that's always the case. I can see how a noisy or messy person could ruin the experience for you, depending how on hand the owners are.

Room 2 could possibly use a fan in the summer - even with both windows open, it was a bit on the stuffy side. The door needs some TLC - it locks and was safe etc. but is old and lets a lot of light through. The corridor light was left on - I assume as a courtesy to other guests - but bleeds into the room. A very minor issue that wouldn't prevent me from booking again. Room 1 is downstairs and it could be annoying to have people going up and down the staircase or in and out the front door if you're sleeping.

Excellent value for money stay, 5 mins from DLR. 40 minute walk back from London stadium, Great location for that. Located in a quiet residential street.
