No complaints - the staff was really nice, the rooms were cosy, warm and clean, breakfast good. I see a lot of people complaining about breakfast, but I don't necessarily understand why. London is a city with A LOT of good food and breakfast at Shoreditch Inn, while basic, provides enough nourishment for a couple of hours when it's time to have a bao bun, an English pie, fish & chips..you name it.

No complaints - but a suggestion: I don't think towels need to be changed every day. I know a lot of people appreciate that but we could have gone without that.

I stayed in London last weekend and the hotel staff was very welcoming. Our room was cozy and very well decorated. Also the kitchen team took care of my food allergy with great professionalism. We'll be back in the future.

The Shoreditch Inn is located in a nice area, close to nice bars/restaurants/cafes and in front of a tranquil church/park. It is very close to multiple bus stops so moving around in London is very easy (and cheaper than the tube). The room is quite big for London standards, making your stay very comfortable. The staff was also nice and attentive during our stay. I would stay again!

The breakfast is basic and contains mainly processed foods (e.g., sugar yoghurt, croissants), but it fills your belly. The breakfast area is in the basement and it is rather small so it can feel crammed.

The hotel was easy to find and ideally situated a short tube ride away from King's Cross with bus stops also nearby. Although the check-in was at 3, we were able to leave our bags at reception whilst we went out for lunch. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting. Once we had checked in, we were delighted to find an immaculately presented room. The room was equipped with a comfortable double bed, TV, and coffee/tea making facilities. The coffee machine and refrigerated bottled water were a lovely touch. The bathroom was clean, modern, and supplied with complimentary bodywash/shampoo. The shower had great pressure and heated up instantly. Plenty of towels were provided. Even though the room was facing the street, we were surprised at how quiet it was, on a Saturday night too! We slept very well. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. At check-in, we were informed that a continental breakfast was part of the room package. It was an £7 extra each for a cooked breakfast. We opted for the continental. There are 3 options for continental breakfast, including waffles, croissants, and toast with the additions of a drink, boiled egg, cheese, and yoghurt. The breakfast was far more generous than we anticipated it would be and of a good quality. The staff we met in the dining area were also friendly and welcoming. Overall, this place is a fantastic value for money, and we would definitely love to stay again.

Very clean, friendly staff and good location. Many pubs, cafes, and restaurants around. Good bus and underground connections. Good value for money, especially as including a good breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are big for London standards. An issue with the booking (1 family room provided instead of two double rooms booked) was resolved quickly in an acceptable way given that all rooms were full upon arrival. Overal, I am very happy with our stay. I definitely recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and polite! We really liked the location of the hotel as it was near the underground station and the bus stops. We could get to the city centre and back to the hotel very easily even at late night! The room was very clean. They provide bottled water when you arrive and even slippers which is not very common in other facilities! You can also leave your luggage at the reception before checking in or after checking out. That was really helpful for us especially if you have an early morning or late night flight! We would definitely come back on our next London trip!

The property is exceptionally clean and in a good location, close to the bus station. We received free coffee and breakfast. After check-out, luggage can be stored.

At the time of booking I chose the option to pay upon arrival at the hotel, but right after booking, the amount for one night was pre-authorized. The charged amount was not deducted when we arrived at the hotel; instead, they are charging it again, and the initially paid amount is supposed to be refunded only after about two weeks to a month from the booking date. Now we have already returned from the trip, and the paid amount has still not been refunded (it has been exactly 4 weeks since the booking). We now find ourselves in a situation where we have paid a double amount for one night.

A very clean room with comfortable beds and everything you need for an overnight stay. The free continental breakfast included was great, we didn't take up the option to pay for a cooked breakfast but it looked lovely. Excellent value for money.

Nothing not to like! We booked for a trip to the theatre and didn't factor in the distance, was about half hour in the taxi and cost £32. That said to stay closer would have cost a lot more so we didn't really mind at all. Top tip ... if your train is a little late getting you there and there's no time to check in and get back to the theatre in time for curtains up then you can store luggage in Charring Cross station, about a 10 min walk away, cost £15 per case/bag but what a lifesaver!
