The flat was clean and well-appointed. It was a short walk to a lot of shops and attractions in the Shoreditch area. Would definitely stay there again.

There was a glitch in the communications between Booking.com and DC London Rooms because of some third-party arrangement affecting US customers. As a result, I did not get the message with check-in instructions in advance. The rental office happened to be open when I arrived and they quickly helped me sort the problem, but if they had been closed, it could have been very difficult.

Big Apartment, equipped kitchen, city centre

There was no cleaning done. I had to ask for one and they came and cleaned the apartment. Not enough toilet paper. There are some stains on the walls from moisture. They should be fixed. There was no TV working. There is a monitor in the wall, that you can connect to NETFLIX, etc. but you cannot watch live tv, as I enjoy to do.

One of the keys detached from the set .When I grabbed the keys to go out on my way back, I've noticed the key wasn't complete. Unfortunately, that was a weekend, and I couldn't enter the flat .I have to pay for a hotel so it cost me money and lots of stress. They should have an option to get a second set if something like that happen or make sure the key rings are good quality so it doesn't happen.

Great location. Good size flat for the price. Had all the necessary amenities

Bathroom was small but it was still manageable. Shower was small and sink was small. But worked and functioned well. There’s an exit sign light that’s on 24/7 in the unit (we were in the basement flat) that was annoying when it came to sleeping but it wasn’t a big problem

Location and set up is superb. Warm property with all the basics needed for a self-contained trip

The team are obviously working on improvements. The hallways were freshly painted and workman were actively upgrading the units. It still needs a little finishing and few more comfort touches - hairdryer, hand soap but basics are all there

Brilliant location for the office - nice to have space and not just be in hotel room. Warm with radiators on

Would have liked a hob and oven - kitchen was very limited for self catering - duvet could be bigger and more pillows

I just think it's amazing that you can get your own place (incl kitchen, living room, separate bedroom etc) in Central London and it costs less than a 5 star hotel. Would not suit everyone, but if you like you own space and privacy, then this is spot on.

Couple of things: 1. The front door doesn't close fully 2. The stair core needs to be finished 3. Some rooms in the apartment I stayed in would benefit from a coat of paint. And the apartment itself would benefit from a night lamp or two. With this addressed I would give the property maximum / best / top reviews in every aspect.

The location was pretty central. The apartment was equipped with fast internet and kitchen, making it suitable for medium term stays.

The front door of the building doesn’t lock. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Good apartment. Not far from main attractions (15 min to London City, 45 to Tower, 1h to Piccadilly by walk). Good beds. Large living room. Self-check-in/check-out. Shops, clubs near. Bus stopes/tube to every locations.

Cleanness & Facilities.

There is no Breakfast Facilities on this. Room cost is equal to other hotels who provides Breakfast as well. I felt discomfort about the location of the room in the building. Its placed in the underground / Basement. It could be have provided a room any above Ground floor.
