The hotel design is beautiful and the staff are friendly.

They added an optional service charge to the bill which is 5% of your nightly rate for every night of the stay. This wasn't something that I knew of in advance of staying there. If this is required so the staff are compensated fairly then please add it to the total cost of the room in advance. It's an awkward conversation for staff and customers to have this removed and leaves a negative ending to an otherwise lovely stay.

Super modern clean hotel, in a fabulous location. We had the South Suite, which has a roof top terrace, very well appointed with sofas and lighting. The lounge area was very cosy and we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant downstairs had fabulous sushi and wine to take away. Really made for a stay which felt home from home but with an amazing cityscape view. The bed was incredibly comfortable with super large soft bedding.

It was really lovely and amazing for a City hotel. I personally like an indoor pool, and jacuzzi when I stay in hotels, especially if I'm paying to be in a Suite.

We had Plans for the weekend in Shoreditch and the hotel was perfectly placed for that. Very friendly staff ans nice room with amazingly comfy iz

Not a huge fan of "completely discretionary" surcharges that are suddenly added to the bill at the end of the stay.

Great location, lovely room, great bar, great products in the room and good deal on the room price

- I was asked out loud infront of other guests at the checking out process did I want to tip which was off putting to me. This should have been more discreet.

Music was quite loud in the lobby area in the evening, not a particularly relaxing place to grab a quick bite after travelling. Had to pay a £100 per night deposit on check-in. Was refunded within 24 hours after checkout but I was not expecting this, not sure if it was communicated anywhere. Was also charged an £8 a night service charge - not sure why as I didn't use the mini bar or any incidental services. Not a big deal, but again would be good if this was communicated upfront or folded into the basic per night rate

The hotel renovation from the old hotel was really impressive and rooms were clean and modern. Location is 10/10 for locals and tourists alike. The check in was quick and we were given a free vouchers for processo which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and room were nice and clean. Considering the level of people outside the noise was limited into the room so very impressed

The coffee facilities for the price didn't match, there should have been a simple Nespresso machine. Instead it was a cafeteria device, with them milk in plastic picked which were hard to open and the plastic waste isn't good. The coffee given really wasn't good so either don't have or improve for the price per night. Upon check out we were also asked if we wanted to give money for a charge to the staff which when we asked was a rule apparently introduced in July, I stay in hotels each week for work and I have never been asked this before, so please just pay staff more and avoid putting custom the spot.

The hotel interior design is lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails at the rooftop bar were excellent. Air con in the room was much appreciated. The room was well equipped with all we needed. Location was perfect for walking to bars, restaurants and cafes we had planned to visit. We were also able to walk back from a festival we attended and avoid the busy tube.

The hotel took a very sizeable deposit of £200 for 2 nights which was returned to us the day after we checked out. However, I feel that that should be made clear before booking. £100 per night is a large amount of money to be leaving someone's account if they've budgeted for their trip and spending money. It wasn't an issue for us but still felt underhand that we weren't told about this before we checked in.

I recently stayed at One Hundred on a business trip — my second time here — and I can only speak highly of the hotel. From the location to the rooms, amenities, and most importantly, the staff, everything exceeded expectations! Every single day, the team went above and beyond to support me with any requests I had. Special thanks to the Front of House Team - Khaled, Vian, Shane Shea, and many more whose names I sadly didn’t catch — but your support did not go unnoticed. You were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, always helping with a smile on your face. I truly want to thank the front-of-house staff and the entire team for everything you did. I honestly couldn’t have done it without you. You all really made a difference and turned my trip into such a great experience — I was honestly sad to check out. Huge thanks to the front-of-house team and everyone at the hotel for making everything so easy and enjoyable. I seriously couldn’t have done it without you. Looking forward to my next visit!

Can’t fault anything!

Super comfy bed, lots of buses right outside, good cafes and restaurants nearby, good facilities in the room and hotel generally - gym, filtered water available, fast internet. Lobby area and restaurant area were very beautiful.

Didn’t feel like value for money. If it was cheaper it’s fine, but for the price, I expect more. Self check-in didn’t really match the vibe and of the hotel - felt very generic like ordering McDonald’s. We weren’t provided any general information about wifi, check out time, etc. I had to google it. The hallways, while they have been dressed up, still feel tired and smell like a gymnasium. The shower had a shower curtain which, to me, gave it a very cheap feel. Cleanliness could be a bit better, there was something spilled on the wall in our room and every time I used the tea cups they had a weird oily residue in them.
