The staff member on Reception was exceptional in her customer service (We had a problem with noise and she moved us without question or problem!). The building and interiors were modern, clean, sleek and chic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, beautiful bathrooms and decor. Lots of useful kitchenette equipment, all clean and working. Room seemed to be triple glazed as the noisy neighbourhood was barely heard. Overall a great experience...

The aircon didn't work but the fan was sufficient. Don't recommend staying here with colleagues or friends as there isn't very much privacy! Upon check in, check that your room isn't directly above the bar/lobby as the bass from the music is very loud. This doesn't really reflect on the property but I wouldn't recommend the area if you like to chill or saunter about on your own - all shops and takeaways nearby have security as it is a bit of a lively area!

The studio we got was really nice! My partner and I stayed in it for a week and had everything we needed. We got one of the units on the side street and it was quiet and felt quite spacious. The interior of the whole hotel was actually pretty nice and we enjoyed spending time there. The location of the hotel was also pretty good — in the heart of Dalston, next to the two train stations and a bunch of bus stops, convenient shops and pretty good restaurants. The gym was also alright, equipped with a solid amount of dumbbells and kettlebells and a few cardio machines.

The bed and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, although they weren't too bad. The gym, although fairly equipped for a small hotel, was completely closed off in the basement, which was a bit demotivating when it came to completing my workouts.

Easy to get too, two minute walk from Dalston Kingsland station. Good location for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, bus stop right outside. Really nice reception area and bar. Clean and modern room, bed was low but very comfortable. Kitchen area was well equipped and there was a nice seating area with a table. Shower was amazing, large cubicle with plenty of hot water.

Not so much a dislike but good for people to know - shower and toilet areas are separate with opaque glass doors and an open area between so not much privacy. Would suggest a curtain across to give people a private area to dry and dress. Would have liked an option to buy/ eat breakfast in the bar area.

My friends and I were blown away by the hospitality of this place. From the welcome at reception, to the Modern, clean and comfy rooms, this booking could have easily been double the cost. I’ll definitely be using this hotel when I come up to London next. The facilities were great! - Food and drink that can be bought at reception in vending machines and then cooked up in your room, a great idea if you’re busy. - A bar on the rooftop - Modern and comfy rooms with amazing blackout blinds. - The security and staff through the night were super friendly, helped us get in and room cards sorted. Honestly, a great stay without any complaints. Hard to find in London on a budget these days!

Front desk staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were well appointed, place seemed newer and clean. The restaurant / bar was under construction when I stayed, so I didn't get to experience that. The shower was incredibly small. I know that it's a city hotel, and being an American realize I am used to perhaps having more space, but I'm 5ft tall and it felt like a tight fit. Was fine, but simply a warning if you're a taller or larger person! Bed was comfortable and the location is idea. Near many bus lines, train spots, great bars (visit Parasol for wonderful cocktails). Overall would stay again!

Wish the bar / restaurant was open and that the fitness center was easier to locate. Wish the shower was a bit larger. Other than that, was great!

Really nice, modern rooms and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The space downstairs is great for working and the bar has a happy hour 5-7 which is fab for a drink prior to heading out. Great location if you’re going to a gig at Tottenham - easily accessible transport links and there were loads of food options on the high street too!

I originally booked a twin room as I was staying with a sibling, however we were given a double - although this was fine, we would like a little more space in the room, however it wasn’t a major issue as the room was still comfortable.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior of the room, reception area and bar was very modern and cosy. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen and bathroom supplied everything we needed. They checked with me how we want the bed(s) to be arranged before check-in. There were so many plugs in the room! Great location. In front of the bus stop, which goes straight to Shoreditch/Liverpool st.

The bathroom looks really nice but the structure (construction) of the shower room could be improved. A lot of water stays on the bottom and had to dry myself with my feet in the little "pond". Water also flew onto the floor outside the cabinet. So we had to use the towel to remove the water, which will make it impossible to re-use the towel if we were staying more than one night. Shorter instruction messages would have been great - some of the texts sent were very looong!!

I often think that when a hotel is lacking, great staff and service can make up for a lot. However in this case, it had both - great staff (Seline at the reception was so friendly and welcoming) and the hotel was excellent too! The apartment was relaxing and comfortable. Bed mattress was really nice. Shower was good temperature and pressure. TV had chromecast, so we were able to watch netflix or youtube from our phones. The location is brilliant - everything you might need is nearby - convenience stores, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, independent shops, Transport is excellent with two train stations (Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction) nearby and excellent bus services. It's a busy street, but the sound proofing in the room was excellent. Incredible really. I used to live in the area, and it was great to be back. But even if you're in London to see the main tourist sites, it's a good location to use as a base to explore London eg. you can get into London Bridge by bus in 30 mins.

Friendly welcome, quick check in. Close to public transport. Shops and cafes nearby. Stylish, comfortable accommodation, well furnished and equipped. Good wifi. Great night’s sleep.liked the little shop in reception. Nice toiletries, towels etc. Good to have a security guard on the door when I returned in the evening,

The mattress was perhaps a bit soft/old but it had a mattress topper on it and was comfortable. They didn’t have any herbal teas. Restaurant was closed. Area is a bit ‘edgy’ just along the main road. But I am struggling to find negatives !

It was close to the tube station and has lots of different food places nearby which is good!

The door to the bathroom did not fully close, there was about an inch gap where you could fully see into the bathroom which was really odd, especially when staying with friends and wanting that privacy. There was one patch of something on the duvet, we did not know what it was so my friend had to tuck it into the bed so she wouldn’t touch it. The bed was also extremely low to the ground which was a bit strange
