The location is great for a gig at the Emirates Stadium. The bus goes from just up the road to the Station and its a relatively short walk from there. This hotel is a budget hostel style hotel and whilst the decor wasn't up to much (leaky patches and could have done with a paint, couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the shower was more of a trickle) but it was warm and comfortable and very safe for three women travelling up for a gig. We didn't pay for ensuite, but ended up with an ensuite which was a fabulous bonus. Nice to have your own loo. The owner gave the key, showed us how to use the key code for the front door. Honestly, if you are on a really tight budget and just need somewhere to bed down for the night to save messing about getting a late train, this is perfect. The cleaner was a very nice lady too!

At the budget we paid, (£30 each for a room with three beds) we cannot complain at all!

It isn't central but I've been staying there when I'm in London for several years now, because it's cheap, it has a human presence at reception, and it's accessible for Tottenham and the Lea Valley. It has a great garden at the back.

I didn't understand why the kitchen door was always pinned open, in the very cold weather - the cat has a flap so it isn't that. I was concerned that the front door doesn't fully close and many residents don't pull it shut despite a notice asking them to do so. Maybe it should be pointed out at checkin?

The manager was absolutely fab. Friendly, knowledgable and allowed us to park into the next afternoon after checkout. The studio room was basic and in need of a little tlc. But it was clean with lovely fresh bedding. A small kitchenette with kettle, full size fridge , microwave and oven . Excellent position near Stamford Hill station. Free parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again

Just a little TLC .Lick of paint in the bathroom and kitchen. Maybe a bedside lamp? But these were minor issues and we would stay again

The location is perfect with 24 hour buses A massive sainsbury's 5 minutes away

I was well looked after so can't be negative about good service

The facilities within the room was great, I was able to cook for myself without any issues. Shower was lovely. Location perfect. Staff wonderful. If it wasn't for the cleaning and double bed I may have given a 10 rating.

Double bed was unbearably comfortable, needs changing ASAP. Attention to detail required interms of cleaning, no excuse for public in sink, toilet. No excuse not to wipe sides down, staines on the bedside table from spilt drinks. Apologies, I'm just being honest...

We stayed only for one night, and it was perfectly fine for that. Nothing grand, but the room was pleasant, clean enough, the bathroom was normal, there was a kitchen nearby and a bigger one downstairs. There was a sink in the room, enough power outlets, and a clean wardrobe. Tea and coffee basics in the room, iron in a small common room. Great backyard with some benches and chairs for a morning cuppa. We even got to make friends with a local cat, who was extremely friendly. Bus stop maybe 2 minutes of walking away. Based on this one night, it's not a loud neighbourhood.

Not a huge dislike, just a note: The steps of the staircase are on the narrower side (like in many other houses in England), but with a bit of care it wasn't much of a bother. Might have been troublesome with a really large luggage. The bed was slightly narrow for two people.

Jeff welcomed us on arrival and showed us to our rooms. The hotel is excellent for people who are going to nearby matches and attractions and just need a place to sleep and then go out and about again. There is a nice garden to relax in if you need a bit of fresh air. The shower was excellent and had plenty hot water, the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were clean enough and very quiet as we were at the back of the hotel, and the bed was comfortable. Location is perfect for access to bus stops and the nearby Stamford Hill train station.

The wi-fi could have been better however I didn't book the room to be on the internet all day!

Hi, the accomodation fitted our request, we needed just to sleep there And didn't expect more. What was great was the Staff who helped us to orient in the object And Once we realised we forgot something in the room after releasing IT, they were willing to mail it to us, wht I really appreciate. Children would miss their games.

The waste Waters system could have worked better, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain. And the mattresses could be more comfortable. But we Are not Very demanding And for that price we would still recommend it And would return here back again..

I have stayed here three times, each for multiple nights. It is comfortable, informal yet for me has the aura of living as a house guest. Jeff the manager is welcoming and friendly. The large, lawned garden surrounded by tall trees provides fresh air, seating, tables and a bbq. This is not for someone looking for a 5 star fully serviced hotel. But why spend hundreds of pounds?? If you want simplicity, splendid transport facilities and excellent value for money (c. £65pn) I can highly recommend you stay here.

Not much really. A comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities and a tv in the room. What more do you want?

It was a great place to stay .buses into London are very easy to negotiate.they are every couple of minutes .people very friendly and helpful. The venue was warm clean and inviting ... Will use it again ....no need to pay central London prices when this little gem is much better ..5 miles out of central London . No time limit for getting in at night as you get a code for entry ...take some milk and extra tea bags ..I like a lot of tea in the morning ...no breakfast but a kitchen is available if you want to cook anything ...we ate out .very cheap too ...
