Host was fantastic.. very easy to get hold of and polite. Access was easy and straightforward.. host sent a video to explain how to get into the property which was great. Property itself was fantastic .. everything we needed for our stay was avalible, having access to a washing machine was invaluable after 2 days in the center of London! The tube was a short 10min drive .. we parked in the shopping center in Walthamstow and was a 5 min walk to the tube from there. Aldi and small morrisons 5 min walk up the road so we could grab bits we needed easily. Kids loved the apartment and we all slept great! Rooms were a great size - plenty of room to get organised and play between our city adventures!

Nothing at all - everything was perfect!

This was an absolutely brilliant place for us to stay to attend an event at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and also to visit the tourist attractions in London. The location is super close to Lea Bridge train station, which is only a few minutes ride to Stratford or Liverpool St for shopping and tourism, or Northumberland Park for the stadium. The host was super helpful in getting us into the property via a phone call, and we were able to park in the secure car park behind the apartment block. The apartment itself is really spacious, with large bedrooms and a huge open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The bathroom was well-appointed and had plenty of space, and everything throughout the flat was very clean, tidy and comfortable. I will definitely remember this place for any future visits.

The only minor criticism I can make is that another pillow for each person would have really helped. It was quite warm at night so possibly a fan might help, but we were able to open the windows to get cool air flowing through and it was surprisingly quiet.

I liked the location, the flat, and the facilities. The rooms are comfortable, as well as the kitchen and living room. The flat is just a few blocks from the Lea Bridge train station which easily connects you to Stratford and then the Elizabeth Line or the DLR. Also, it's pretty close to local stores and a big ALDI supermarket. If you have a bit of time, you can use the 55 bus that takes you to Oxford Street.

My only complaint is that the pillows and mattresses are less comfy than I expected. The pillows are a bit hard, and as a business and leisure traveler, what I value most is the comfort of the bed and pillows because they make you rest.

It is a big appartment, in quiet zone, with stores close to the location (the larger being ALDI and a few smaller ones) and restaurants. From the location there is the bus 56 that takes you all the way to the centre - St. Paul's Cathedral.

Location is great! Large appartement, lots of space. Bright and clean. Bathroom with bath. Near busstop and trains. Superb!

Uncomfortble matras and pillow.

Even before arrival, we were informed that our 2-bedroom apartment had been upgraded to a 3-bedroom house. This was super lovely, as the house was very spacious, and nobody had to sleep on the living room couch as originally planned by us. The host was easily reachable and explained in detail how we could get our keys and get inside the house. The house had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the house was always warm. The bathroom only has a waterfall-like shower, which can be an issue for some people, toiletries were provided, as well as towels and a hair dryer. Iron and ironing board also provided. Access to the 1st floor is by stairs. There's a bus station less than 2 minutes away and a train station a 5-minute walk away which made it possible to reach the city center in less than an hour. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets (some open until quite late), places to get breakfast, and a few restaurants. The area seemed very calm and quiet. We'd stay here again.

The house needs a bit of maintenance work. We noticed broken mirrors, broken closet doors, and the doors to the patio didn't properly lock, which made it feel a bit unsafe. The shower barrier to stop the water from getting out seemed like it could break at any time. Cleanliness could be better, as we noticed a lot of dust on top of closets and shower head, for example, but the rest was spotless.

Host was very helpful, the apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy and was in a very convenient location. The private parking was also a bonus.

The WiFi was not that great, it did keep cutting out but the host did help try to fix. The apartment was really hot, I think during summer months would be good if a fan could be supplied.

The apartment is about a 6-7mins walk from Lea Bridge which was great. There is a nearby Aldi store so we were able to save money on food. The apartment had everything we needed. Complete with kitchen utensils, and basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, and pepper. The apartment is also huge so it felt more like home than a hotel.

Perhaps more pillows since there was only one small pillow per person and bigger towels. Add a bathmat or anti-slip mat in the bathroom since my sister fell hard on the floor and got bruises. I'm glad she's okay and didn't get hurt badly. Maybe it was because the floor wasn't properly cleaned.

The apartment had good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The lift was great.

We asked for towels as there were only 2 but we were three guests. These arrived the following morning long with tea towels. There were no coat hangers even though I asked for these and only a 3/4 used toilet roll. We asked for both but they didn't arrive. We had to get our own toilet rolls.

we really liked this property. had free parking, easy location to drive to every where. beds were comfortable, enough towels, tea bags, kitchen provided with cutlery etc we would come back again. thank you
