Exactly as it was advertised as. Lovely and quite. Rob the owner is a gentleman and keeps the place nice and clean . One can lock the door of one's room, safeguarding ones belongings which is important when you're working each day. It's close to a range of shops and McDonald's too and the train station so overall I'd highly recommend!

The owner was very helpful, polite and social. The room was comfortable and accessible, and the bathroom was very clean. It wasn't too noisy outside, which was surprising given how close it is to the stadium. It's near a McDonald's and Poundland as well as the stadium and the Bruce station, which made it accessible to the rest of London.

It was a bit on the pricey side, but I understood why because it's a busy area and there was a big event going on so I didn't mind.

The room was clean and well presented.

The key for the room door… Nothing to cry about. You have key less entry on the main door the same for the bedroom would have been great. Also, 5PM check in time is rather late considering check out is 10AM. Although you can pay £20 extra to check in earlier - its does make you feel a little cheated.

It was standard but everything we needed. It was so relaxed there and opposite the conference I was attending

3 mins walk from conference it was very basic but that’s all we needed it was warm and bedding fresh

Difficult to set the shower temperature as quite basic but not a huge issue

The owner of the room is really friendly and very polite. This is my 2nd time using it and I'm new to this type of work. Despite my mistakes, he was very patient and kind. Thank you :))))

Easy to access, good place to stay if going to Tottenham football stadium! Clean and the host was helpful!
