A great location as it is really a few steps to the tube station and within twenty minutes you are in the centre of London. Smiling service every day, the possibility of borrowing a hair dryer and cleaning service of my room daily ! A convenient kettle for coffee or tea which was there daily with sachet of milk and sugar. Really good in overall.

Maybe just windows need a bit of update but this is London and Victorian Houses are like that so no disaster. A small fridge would be handy in the room esp.in hot summer days but managable without it. On Saturday evening you were able to hear music from the bar downstairs but after midnight peace and quiet.

We came from Japan with a 0 year old baby. There is no running water in the room, but it is close to the room and there are no problems.The family room was clean and the furniture provided was fine. I was happy the moment I entered the room as it was stylish with high ceilings compared to the rooms in Japan! All staff were very helpful and made me feel safe and secure on my trip to London. Wi-Fi is very good. There is always staff at the front desk to help you.You can also ask at the front desk for an electronic kettle for your baby and they will bring it to your room.

Nothing in particular! If I had to say... I could buy cheap fresh food around the hostel, and my husband, who loves to cook, would be happy if it had a kitchen.

It is more a hostel than a hotel, so I would have liked that made clearer when it was advertised. I paid to upgrade the room when I got there so we could have a private bathroom, otherwise we'd have had to share a bathroom. I should have checked about the bathroom before I booked to be fair, but as Ive never had to check that before for a regular hotel. I wouldn't not recommend the place, I'd just have liked to know it's more a hostel

Green Rooms is a little gem in Wood Green. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated. Very comfortable though. It is across the road from Wood Green underground which is perfect for getting into the centre - it is in zone 3. The on site Japanese restaurant was excellent! The little Cafe next door to the hotel served a lovely selection for breakfasts. The staff were very helpful and our room was attended to - clean towels and a tidy after our first evening! Bonus. :) Very easy to find. Quick, no fuss check in. Excellent staff.

It was very warm on our weekend stay, so we had the window open - a lot of noise periodically throughout the night. Nothing out of the ordinary for a city though.

A really cool hotel, lovely atmosphere, with metro at the doorstep, 20min ride to the centre, good value for money, very comfortable, super helpful staff, very nice restaurant at the hotel, nice places to hang around across the street (ludo's beer double decker, bean&brew cafe, etc.). Nice breakfast options at the coffee break Kimbo at the corner. We got a free room upgrade to an en-suite one. Dogs stay for free! A total gem!

The hotel doesn't have its own parking, though we were offered some discount for overnight parking at the nearby mall, it works out cheaper to park at the Morrison's round the corner (c.£15 for 24h)

This is such a fab, quirky hotel/hostel in North London. Only 7 stops from St Pancras in an old converted council building. If you want perfect Travelodge style hotel then its not for you but i LOVED its cool kooky charm. Yes, some of the windows didn't shut properly and there were light bulbs missing but it was quiet and clean with cool furniture, comfy bed, kettle and its such an amazing price for London that you cant really complain. Nice yarden out the back where i had lovely food from the restaurant. I loved it and will definitely stay again.

Amazing value for accommodation in London. Right over the road from tube station. Lovely cotton sheets and towels. Simple, functional overnight stay at an excellent price. There are no luxury touches but for value for money it’s unbeatable. Feels safe. 24hr check in.

Nothing, 4th stay here and it serves its purpose perfectly. Somewhere to lay your head after a night out/theatre/party when you won’t need/want to spend lots of time in the room. The rooms are very functional which suits me but there’s no soft furnishings or luxury toiletries etc!

Third time staying - good basic, clean, room - lovely wooden floors and a comfy bed. Reliable option for a cheap nights stay in London if you are happy to share a bathroom (which is also kept clean and was very quiet - I felt like I was the only one using it!).

As it was hot when I was staying it might have been good to offer a fan in the room/bottle of water. Rooms aren't air conditioned - I knew this so bought my own mini fan which saved me so I was comfy - but acknowledging the heat is usually best approach when people check-in to save any discomfort.

Fantastic value - I had a room with en-suite shower room - very central location and easy to get around. I recommend Green Rooms - super close to the tube, very friendly, helpful staff and nice, clean rooms. Very much enjoyed my stay.

my windows would not close - not big deal in August but I have told the management so I am assuming these will be fixed by now

I have stayed here before when attending the snooker masters at ally pally. The location is perfect just a 1 min walk from Wood Green station. Surrounded by everything you need from pubs and restaurants to take aways and supermarkets. Ally pally is only a few bus stops away only £1.75 or a long walk up hill.

A Tv in the room would have been nice. Lucky I did have my laptop with me and was using the Wi-fi so I could still watch movies etc. Also if the room was a little bigger to have own toilet, shower and sink.
