all staff were all lovely. facilities were basic but were all you need for a stay in london. the beds were comfortable and the rooms where very clean. Whenever help was needed the reception was there. We also ended up coming in late but it was not a problem at all.

Wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and attentive from beginning to end, with special praise for the lovely lady at reception. Her warmth and courtesy made us feel right at home, and she even explained the easiest way back from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We spent two nights in a studio room that was comfortable and practical. It had everything we needed for a restful break, including a kitchenette so we could prepare meals in the room. The location is excellent if you want to be close to Tottenham, yet it’s still well connected... buses and Uber make it easy to reach the rest of London. The street itself has all the essentials, from supermarkets to restaurants. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service and attention. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!

The only small snag was a few guys hanging around who could bug you when it’s just us girls, but that wouldn’t stop me from booking here again.

My husband said the hotel was not much to look at on the exterior, but the interior once inside was amazing. We were allocated a lovely, clean, spacious room. The staff were all friendly & very helpful. Eating facilities were in close walking distance.

It was dreadful to initially reach the location. We had to call the hotel for guidance. En-suite was a bit tight in places. The hotel could benefit from putting an oblong towel rail in the bathroom and maybe move some of the fixtures around to optimise space. Far too noisy during the night. Parking space in the carpark was tight, but we were grateful all the same.

Nick, on reception, was Friendly and VERY helpful, changing the twin room, which I seemed to have booked to a double, without any hesitation. The room was clean and very well lit. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a large shower. Nick also gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast.

There were a couple of really minor niggles. There was no way to switch on the bathroom light without the main room light being on. There weren't any bedside lighting. Also the mirror above the sink in the bathroom stuck out too far above the sink, it was part of a bathroom cabinet and I hit my head on it a couple of times whilst cleaning my teeth.

The room was clean, lovely shower and bathroom and staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't hear any neighbours and slept well. There was also a little shop right next to the place, which was good for getting croissants and a few breakfast bits.

There could have been a little fridge or a few more things in the room like a hair dryer, etc. Had nowhere to store milk for coffee. Would have also been nice to have a bit of water in the room, too. The location was a bit far out, but once we got the hang of the tube and bus service from wood green, it was easy enough to get in and out.

The rooms were very clean there was three of us but I only wanted one room so was a little tight but super comfy, the staff where delightful and so helpful we dropped our bags off before we could check in so we didn’t have to carry them around all day we went to a concert so got back to check in around midnight but as the front desk is open 24hours there where still people there to check us in and even helped us by getting us some cutlery so we could eat out pot noodles 😅 over all a great experience definitely would stay here again the price considering the location is extremely good and was just the thing we needed !!!!

All staff were fab - Kozeta, Ilias, Nick , Terry , Derek ! Nothing was too much for the staff ! So helpful and patient. Location is great and has very secure parking. Beds were so comfortable ! The room was very well organised. Really well organised in rooms for tea and coffee and kettle. Plenty of plugs to charge devices.

The road outside is very noisy most of the night so wear ear plugs to help ! Maybe supply a shower mat in case of slipping in wet room.

The staff was so kind and helpful, truly above and beyond. The room was exactly what we needed for our one night stay. The bed was so comfy and the kettle was a nice touch. The location was nice, about a 40min walk to the Alexandra palace (we went for a concert) and we found ourselves enjoying a pint or two at the occasional half, a great pub just a few steps away from the hotel. We had such a fantastic weekend and would look forward to stay at the forest house hotel again :)

Mirror obstructing basin making it difficult to wash, no plug for the basin. Ceiling light/fan not working. Only minor things, not any inconvenience & I'm sure if I had mentioned it, the staff would have responded in a positive manner (only staying the one night).

The welcome from the man at reception (sorry I didn't get your name) was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, a lovely size room with high ceilings and comfy beds. Large bathroom. Superb location near shops, bars and restaurants and not far from Wood Green tube station. We even walked to Alexandra Palace and back. Very good value for money, highly recommend.
