Room was clean and tidy. Had fridge, microwave and kettle. Tea and coffee were provided along with some milk and sugar. Bed comfortable and warm enough. Perfectly adequate for the 2 nights we were there. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Would book again if they had en-suite.

Difficult filling kettle in shared bathroom but used a clean cup as sink was small but nowhere to wash anything had we used the microwave to cook a meal.

I didn't stay the night but the room was very clean and perfect for my needs. The lady who checked me in was really helpful and made me feel very welcome. The location was within easy walking distance of Tottenham Football ground.

When I booked the room, I didn't realise that I was booking a room in a house that was renting out rooms, but considering what I had paid, I was in no way disappointed as the room had everything that I needed.

There was no breakfast or maybe I missed it entirely.

Last nite, a group of very loud teenagers made a very annoying raucous on the other side of the street. Someone (whom i didn't see) hushed them discreetly and the group disappeared almost immediately without any problems. But by then, it was almost 4 am !!! I suppose they lived with their parents who didn't supervised them properly.

Clean and tidy. very close to the spurs stadium which as perfect for us. the owners/managers were polite and friendly, almost everything was done over WhatsApp (which i loved)

Ideal location for the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, just what’s needed if you travel long distances

Roadworks were awkward, not the property,s fault, we were lucky with the parking

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful in making sure we found the place by calling to check and make sure we found the place ok. And the place was very clean and welcoming also the lady and young man who showed us our room were lovely people

There wasn't anything

I think the room was lovely, the instructions to get in were clear and made arriving easy. The value for money is what you expected and was a super needed break.

I think it was all straight forward enough, I think the bathroom being shared isn’t what I’m use to but maybe I’m just quite fancy haha it was a lovely stay

No breakfast although a microwave and fridge were provided in case I wanted to buy a microwave breakfast

The contact with the property owner is hit and miss. This is an airbnb not a guesthouse with a reception

Host went above and beyond with personal touches to the room for a birthday surprise (banner balloons etc…) was extremely accommodating, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, house was clean and had great facilities (microwave kettle coffee etc)

Not too many transport links nearby however parking is useful.

The location is nice and quiet and really liked the room. Very clean, cousy and nice. A perfect sleep after a whole day in busy London. I was surprised how good it was actually, a very easy late check in, no issues, parking infront, such bad reviews for such a nice place.
