Staff at concierge is very helpful, nice. & responsive. Room is very clean. Mattress is good, firm . Janitors did a great job, very clean. Water pressure is good. contemporary interior the kitchenette is really basic, only expect you to do micro wave food. Sometime internet is not stable, but IT support is very good, he came up and fix the wifi, and resolve the problem. Shower & bath gel & lotion is good, quite moisturize

no washer and dryer. hair blow dryer need to hold the button to keep it on ( but strong enough to dry your hair. I thought deluxe studio is the largest, somehow , slightly smaller that I expected. But good enough for one person. acoustic can do a better job.... lighting can be brighter and can increase the lux level. air con outlet blow directly to the work station can make me headache. anyway, will come back and is a nice place to stay

The staff were friendly, The location was a bit far from London, took 30 to 40 minutes to get into London.That said the location felt like a nice country town with great coffee shops, many restaurants & a few supermarkets near by. You can use your Oyster card, Southgate is in zone 4, so oyster max out at GBP 12.85. The hotel room was a bit crammed for 2 people & the airconditioning was annoying as it ran quite cold & was hard to adjust. The window was locked, but I got reception to open it, this made a huge difference. The room and bathroom were very clean, the water pressure was very good. We did not have breakfast at hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Room was a bit tight for 2 people & airconditioning was a bit cold & hard to get temperature right. Hotel is a fair way out of London.

I booked the suite number 242 and it was a lovely room. Very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved the little kitchen area. I really enjoyed the room. As it was my birthday the hotel left a birthday card and a couple of balloons of the bed as I requested something special to add to the experience. If you are travelling for the weekend, there is plenty of street parking although the hotel has a car park.

The breakfast was disappointing, the sausages tasted old, there was not much variety, no bacon, no gluten free bread. The pastry didnt taste fresh either. Because of the rating of the hotel and how it presented i was expecting to have a lovely breakfast. I found the bathroom and the shower in the suite to be small.

Hotel is modern in a quiet area north of london , directly behind southgate metro (tube) & bus stations. Very good value for money specially in expensive city like london. Check-in & check-out very quick. Metro station is on picadilly line which ends in heathrow airport, but the trip takes 1:40 hour, so calculate your time probably to reach the airport in proper time. Alot of restaurants, cafés and other shops in the nieghbourhood some of them offers halal food. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room beside the kettle. Bed is comfortable. Smart TV in the room, so you can log on youtube or netflex to watch whatever suits you, plus regular british channels like bbc ... are available with some arabic speaking channels. Size of the room is good 👍 regarding averge room sizebin london .

Far from city center , about 40 minutes to reach picadilly circus station. Although the room is clean, but house keeping team should pay more attention to daily cleaning. No wardrobe in the room, only a Clothes hanger

Great location, shops/cafe’s/ underground/ bus station nearby making getting around other areas of London easy. Property was clean and the staff were lovely and accommodating. I didn’t try any of the food at the hotel however noticed that there was a pizza deal available 24/7 on site which is useful if coming back to the hotel late at night and feeling peckish. Felt safe in the area as a female travelling back to the hotel alone late at night.

Although the room and facilities were really clean, the shower could do with a deep clean as there were some spotty areas of buildup on the shower head.

We had a few days getaway from work to go a concert in Tottenham and I have to tell that we slept so good! The bed was sooo comfy we had a hard time to get up and get ready! Very modern lighting in the room, huge TV, great pressure in the shower, nice bathroom. It was really clean and the reception/lounge area looks amazing, the staff were polite, well-dressed and helpful. We also felt safe in the hotel. It is just a few steps away from the metro/bus station, so it was very convenient for us. The first thing we noticed when we arrived in the hotel is how good it smells everywhere.

My friend forgot to bring her toothbrush and the hotel didn't have one, so we had to pop in the shop to get one. Also, there wasn't an iron and ironing board in the room, but you could ask one from reception. Breakfast is okay, but not a great selection, I would expect more options, like more veggies, veggie sausage, bacon, boiled egg, alternative milk choices, cold cuts.

This is such a lovely hotel, really conveniently located for Tottenham Hotspur stadium, the rooms are beautiful with a small kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery etc) which we didn’t realise when booking. The staff were extremely accommodating, our coffee machine didn’t work in the morning and we let reception know just so they were aware before we left, and they offered for us to get a drink from the breakfast machine for our journey home. Parking was really simple too, there were plenty of spaces when we arrived just before check in, and you just pay and give your reg details at reception, Couldn’t have gone any smoother and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is brand new and has been built and finished to a very high standard. The location is great for a suburb and you have all the amenities you need nearby. The Tube and busses are literally 2 minutes walking from the exit. The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay.

There’s no phone to the reception to ask for things. In our case we were missing a pillow a pillow on one of the beds and a towel. As we were on the fourth floor it was kind of annoying to have to go down to reception in person for this. We did call the reception with our mobiles but were told we needed to go down. This was the same when ordering food and borrowing an iron. But this is more constructive criticism than something that really bothered us.

New fresh hotel with a modern vibe. Friendly staff. In the heart of Southgate where we were visiting a friend. We have tried the chain hotels nearby, and this was much nicer. Our room had a mini fridge plus an actual opening bedroom window, so able to keep cold drinks and non-air conditioned during some very humid days and nights. Bedroom was comfortable with pleasant decor and toiletries. The staff were good to allow my daughter to check in on behalf of me as I had become ill on journey down to London.

There was a lot of dust on bedside tables, and floor was gritty in bathroom. I didn’t complain as I was actually ill the whole time I was there, and didn’t have the energy and didn’t want cleaner in disturbing me. Also, the control panels for lights and communication etc. were quite difficult to see and use for anyone over 50 or with poor tech skills. I ended up switching every light on fully in middle of night when I just needed bedside lamp on. Some written instructions might help!

I was greeted warmly when I checked in and was made to feel welcome and the lady ensured my car registration was recorded immediately so I wouldn't get a penalty charge. She was very friendly and helpful, explained everything and then directed me to my room. The room itself was spacious, very clean and modern and the facilities were excellent in it as well. I ate in the Hotel that night, had the Pepperoni Pizza and 2 drinks and again the food was tasty, served piping hot and the restaurant is comfy and spacious too. I had a good night's sleep and the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast offered a good choice and although I didn't try the hot breakfast it looked tasty and was popular among other guests. I would definitely stay here again.
