The place was easy to get to, easy to find and easy to get in with clear instructions. The room was quite spacious. The wardrobe was big, although we didn't actually use it. The kitchenette was very handy and cute. Loved that we had a variety of breakfast items left for us, including bread, juice, water, (in the fridge) cereals and pain au chocolats. We were very grateful for the amazing fan. It worked so well for how hot the days were, it wasn't just a cheap, bad fan. The room was great value for everything we got. We'd definitely stay again if we were in that area. And just to add, we saw one staff member (the owner maybe?) and she was very lovely and polite and offered to top up the stuff in our fridge for us.

The room could be a bit cleaner. The floor didn't look properly hoovered. Also the curtains were a bit broken at the top and the TV was temperamental. It would turn off randomly while we were watching it and froze at one point. But those last two weren't a bother to us, just a couple things we noticed.

This was my second stay at the property, and I was so comfy. The staff at kathleen House Plus are very welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the room I stayed in had some very useful features such as a microwave, toaster, and cutlery as well as a decent sized fridge. I must say I was very impressed by these touches. The self-serve breakfast provided within my room was generous for the price paid. I will definitely be returning, and I would recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent. Enfield is Enfield, but Kathleen Hose is well positioned and easy to find. Also the Wi-Fi was excellent. I travel a lot and hotel wi-fi - even when I paid for superior wi-fi - it wasnt. Also there were a couple of small problems earlier on, but both times polite and professional staff rapidly sorted them out, and that's what counts.

Nets for additional privacy would have been good, and while the bed was very comfy, the pillows were less so.

I wasn't expecting breakfast , but cereals, bread, butter and jam, milk and juices, plus a pain-au-chocolat and hot drinks were provided for the first morning. The staff asked me the next day if I wanted anything. The remote check-in with key box and instructions by e-mail (on day of arrival) was well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's about 15 minute walk from Enfield Town station and there were buses just across the street. My room had an en-suite shower and toilet.

The chair in the room could have been cleaner, and there wasn't a desk, but apart from that it was good.

Well priced accommodation in Enfield, which was easy to access, parking available, and great communication with owners. It is a normal mid terraced house with converted rooms on the ground and second floor. Both rooms we booked had a small ensuite shower. Rooms well equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle, Tv, iron and fan. Nice touch of water, juice, bread, butter, jam, and milk in the fridge with breakfast tray of cereal, pan chocolate, tea, and coffee. Better than you would get in a budget priced hotel. Recommend as value for money.

Small improvement needed to take it up to 5 star. Bathroom walls and skirting, not the cleanest, rusting fittings, very noisy and dirty extraction fan, tiny sink in bathroom which you cod do little with but second sink in kitchenette, moth holes in curtains. Pillows were not the best, lumpy and thin but that's purely preference. As the front room had no natural air circulation, it was stiflingly hot, even with the fan on and unable to leave windows open due to road noise.

Really comfortable bed and well equipped room (with kitchenette inc microwave, toaster, kettle, sink) and an ensuite bathroom. Super hot shower which was lovely in the mornings! There were also little extras like you would expect of a hotel - proper milk, tea, coffee, hot choc, and even juice and water in the fridge. Parking in a little driveway next to the property very convenient. Great contact from the staff via email prior to visiting and an emergency phone number if any problems, although I didn't see anyone actually on site to comment on that.

Although clean, could do with a lick of paint in some places as some marks on the walls of both bedroom and bathroom. Easy to hear noise from other rooms unfortunately.

I liked that it was easy to get to. Close to the train station and town ( 8 minutes from the train station, 12 minutes from town). There was a bus stop just a few yards from the b&b in case you didn't want to walk to town. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room so you could make yourself something to eat. They provided cereals, milk, bread, tea & coffee. It was good. There's a great coffee shop down the road from the b&b, open 7 days a week. It's worth checking out. The staff kept in touch, letting me know how to access the property, checking what time I was likely to arrive, and checking I had checked in OK and how to access the Internet. I was worried it would be noisy, being on a busy road, but once inside the property, it was quiet, I didn't hear anything outside.

Great location, 5/10 mins walk to train station. Along with tea and coffee, breakfast was provided in the form of cereal or bread for toast with butter and jam, which was a great surprise. Parking was also available. Room was very clean, excellent value for money and would stay again.

Sink in the bathroom on the small side and you can't bend over the sink to wash your face due to a shelf.

Room had everything I needed for my stay away for work The Kitchenette was very useful Breakfast was replenished daily and bin emptied which was very good Bed was comfortable I was lucky as I was the only person with a car that week and there is a large but narrow parking area but could be a problem if there were more than 2 cars

Bathroom extractor was broken I struggled with The microwave setting the timer The seat of the only chair in the room was in need of repair or recovering I was at the front of the house that was near the road and it quite noisy until late in the evening, I would ask for a rear facing room the next time

Great location, off street parking, clean room with everything we needed (& more) for our 1 night stay. Lovely touch of fresh milk in the fridge and a breakfast tray with cereal, bread, butter, jam and pain au chocolates. Host responded very quickly to an issue we had with the fire alarm. Found 2 nice pubs with food a few minutes walk away (on the river walk).

Nothing really. Bathroom a little tired but clean and functional.
