The member of staff at the (24/7) reception was very friendly. Our room was spacious and well-designed (nothing got in the way , and the small but modern bathroom still gave you enough room to move.) The decoration was simple but tasteful. The bed was fine. Floor was nice and the furniture matched the floor. Everything was clean. There is no breakfast facility but there is a kettle and tea/coffee/biscuits in the room, and there is a large pub across the street serving good value breakfast (open 08:00n until late) along with cafés and restaurants

Everything was nice and met our expectations. You could argue that there should be breakfast, but the opportunities across the street made it unnecessary.

the time i arrived, was in the evening, but not sure they done breakfast anyway. I was in Room 11, on the top floor, but there wasn't as many step as i thought. the room itself felt quite small, but was very comfortable. once settled in, it felt more like being in my bedroom. it was enough for one person, but having two person in there would of been very crapped. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was to die for, with no problem get hot water. Overall it was great value, and the room look well maintained.

at night time, with the rooms so close together, it could get a bit loud, with open, and closing doors, and people talking loudly, and the traffic outside the window. also the bedside cupboard's bottom draw would not stay closed, something they need to look at, cause someone injured themselves on it , during the night

Very noisy from 7.30 from the cleaners. From someone who never needed to leave the room until 11.00am, I felt pressured to leave the room to be cleaned. In fact just returning from collecting something from my car found a cleaner in my room starting to clean. Felt the hotel leant more to business travelers who are out of the rooms early. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it certainly affected my stay. Also found the location quite noisy from traffic and local neighbours shouting in the early hours of the morning.

The property itself is lovely, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. When I arrived booking.com had not forwarded my payment to the hotel. I was close to being sent home as this issue wasn’t getting resolved by booking com. The ladies on reception, one of them a supervisor who had stayed over her shift time to try and sort this for me were fantastic. They could see I’d paid and that I was just as stressed as them, booked me in and told me to enjoy my stay as it wasn’t my fault or mistake and they could see I’d paid. I also rang the company and was sent round in circles. Fortunately by the morning the payment had been forwarded to the hotel and the issue was resolved. I cannot express the kindness and professionalism that the ladies displayed. They were simply amazing from my arrival. This was just a local weekend get away for myself and I will definitely be back….i will book directly with them next time though!

Very clean and comfortable room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location.

Although it was a convenient location, there was a lot of traffic noise as it is at the junction of 2 roads and on a bus route which is useful but noisy. Double glazing helped but because the sun shone in for most of the day it was necessary to open the window in the morning. A fan is provided. There are no public rooms and no catering although there are plenty of eateries very near.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed and the facilities in the ensuite, and also the easy-to-use television and tea and coffee making facilities.

No breakfast was provided (even Travelodge supply it in a box for a small extra fee), and no hooks on which to hang towels, coat, etc. Also, as there was no table or desk surface on which to put things, a shelf or two would have been useful, particularly in the ensuite. A lift of some sort would have been useful, as I am mobility impaired.

Lovely little hotel with a lovely garden area, staff were absolutely amazing and really hospitable, attentive & friendly. Even brought our takeaway up to our room on the second night & brought our cases up for us on the first. Amazing shower! Nice touch having the plugs next to the bed (which seems like the bare minimum but actually when it comes to hotels it’s surprisingly rare!) Smart TV, although intermittent was a nice touch. Cute decor. Great area for cafes and restaurants! Loved the paintings on the staircases, I’m a bit of a history and art nerd! The care and consideration shown before, during and after our stay has been second to none & I’d definitely stay again :)

No lifts :( but the lovely girl on reception helped us with our cases so that’s not a big gripe! On the first night there was a group of people in the room next door, I notified the reception staff however and they were removed from the hotel. TV a tad intermittent but not a major issue because we were too knackered to watch anything.

Secure/barrier Car parking to the side/rear of the Hotel which is clearly signposted. The hotel is being refurbished and the rooms are very modern and nicely decorated with good facilities. Cleanliness was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location great plenty of restaurants and bars plus many choices for takeout. 10 mins stroll from Enfield Market Square with lovely pubs along a riverside, The Crown and Horseshoe and The Cricketers bar. Cut through Gentlemans Row which is complimented with a lovely green area with benches and the New River running through it xx

Only had blinds up to the window which let a lot of light in early hours, curtains would be good but we put this down to the refurb. Maybe they will be added later. A couple of pictures in the room would be nice but this did not obviously affect our stay. xx

Pretty standard for a hotel. Bathroom was really modern and nice. Enjoyed how the window could open to allow in fresh air. Good lighting in the room.

Lots of wasted space which made the room feel a bit cramped. Wished there was a full body length mirror in the room. Also quite annoying how there were no plugs next to the bed and only USB. As me and my partner both use USB-C cables. Blinds in the room were also broken and fiddly.

The room was comfortable and perfect for my requirements. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The hotel in general was extremely well kept and at all times looked immaculate. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I could fault nothing.

There was nothing I didn't like. I was totally satisfied with my stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again during my next trip to Enfield.
