Staff was so friendly! I had been a pain and needed to change the check-in time twice, due to changes in circumstances. They were so nice and patient with us. We were running around, 4 of us having to check in, prepare for a concert, and leave, all in 30 minutes, and they made the checkin smooth and quick. We stayed here on our last night in london, to say we were stressed is an understatement, adding the fact that we arrived in the pouring rain, haha. But they were so friendly and helpful, really helped me to relax. Great price also. Check-in and check-out are easy too. Thank you!!!

We left it until last minute to book a hotel for concert at tottenham stadium. We were lucky to get a room here and it was a lovely stay. We had the family room which had plenty of space. Staff were lovely, guy on reception, Andrew, helped us out with advice on getting in and out of London for the concert. All the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. It's like a 10 minute walk to the overground station or a quick Uber. It was good to get the overground back to the hotel after, as going South Bound back into London centre was rammed to we avoided that.

There was free parking around the back that was easy to get into. Staff were super friendly and checking in and out was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable and were cleaned with fresh towels when we were out. Across the road was a small shop and a lovely Indian which was super convenient. They didn’t have a bar but there was a Wetherspoons 2 min walk away Overall it was a really lovely stay especially for the cost as it is London area

The only thing which is super minimal. They had a blind in the window which let a lot of light in around the sides so if it is a bright morning and you want a lie it is very bright in the room.

I honestly cannot fault this hotel, the place is spotless! And the location is brilliant if travelling into London or Tottenham Hotspur as I was. The main highlight of the trip was the reception team member, I cannot remember his name but he was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I work in customer service and the standard this man provided was something you would get in a five star hotel. Please Management if you read this review, praise this man. I cannot remember his name but he checked us in on the 7th of June afternoon time. Thank you so much for making us feel so comfortable and providing a warm welcome, you are fantastic

From the minute I arrived I was treated so well. The young man on reception was superb, so welcoming, so efficient and had a sense of humour and personality...really, HE was brilliant, and the best 'welcome' I have had across the 100 hotels I have stayed in the UK this year alone. I checked in on WED 14TH, at around 1530ish hrs...please reward him - HE was excellent. Room was small( as I'd expected), but spotless and everything was working, and bed was comfy...all very very acceptable. On Exit ( quickly the next morning)...the lady receptionist thanked me for staying, used my name and had a cheery smile....well well done to her also. and...whilst I remember, the chap hosing down outside was lovely, also had a sense of humour ( with a hosepipe too), and even offered to spray my car....top top chap !

Nothing springs to mind. I would rebook to stay here.

The member of staff at the (24/7) reception was very friendly. Our room was spacious and well-designed (nothing got in the way , and the small but modern bathroom still gave you enough room to move.) The decoration was simple but tasteful. The bed was fine. Floor was nice and the furniture matched the floor. Everything was clean. There is no breakfast facility but there is a kettle and tea/coffee/biscuits in the room, and there is a large pub across the street serving good value breakfast (open 08:00n until late) along with cafés and restaurants

Everything was nice and met our expectations. You could argue that there should be breakfast, but the opportunities across the street made it unnecessary.

Reception staff were welcoming (always a key issue), and very helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well decorated. We had the 'cosy room', which indeed it was and would have liked more space, but it was a late booking and no others were available. However room was well appointed, clean and with fresh decor, couldn't fault. There is limited carparking, very useful in a busy area.

Nothing really, the biggest issue was a 'fake' American website that cloned the Hotel's own, but that was resolved easily enough, and Management were warned.

the time i arrived, was in the evening, but not sure they done breakfast anyway. I was in Room 11, on the top floor, but there wasn't as many step as i thought. the room itself felt quite small, but was very comfortable. once settled in, it felt more like being in my bedroom. it was enough for one person, but having two person in there would of been very crapped. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was to die for, with no problem get hot water. Overall it was great value, and the room look well maintained.

at night time, with the rooms so close together, it could get a bit loud, with open, and closing doors, and people talking loudly, and the traffic outside the window. also the bedside cupboard's bottom draw would not stay closed, something they need to look at, cause someone injured themselves on it , during the night

Very noisy from 7.30 from the cleaners. From someone who never needed to leave the room until 11.00am, I felt pressured to leave the room to be cleaned. In fact just returning from collecting something from my car found a cleaner in my room starting to clean. Felt the hotel leant more to business travelers who are out of the rooms early. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it certainly affected my stay. Also found the location quite noisy from traffic and local neighbours shouting in the early hours of the morning.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location.

Although it was a convenient location, there was a lot of traffic noise as it is at the junction of 2 roads and on a bus route which is useful but noisy. Double glazing helped but because the sun shone in for most of the day it was necessary to open the window in the morning. A fan is provided. There are no public rooms and no catering although there are plenty of eateries very near.
