the property was charming! great facilities with the beauty salon & the bar! the girls that were on while we stayed who i unfortunately can’t remember the names of were INCREDIBLE!! i will definitely stay here again!! felt like we got to build a connection with all staff & they all were so helpful with moving luggage, directions & activities to do! food was great we had breakfast each morning & ate there for dinner most nights of our stay and we have no complaints.

not too bad of an issue but no lift (which is listed when looking at the hotel) only an issue because we were 3 girls with major shopping addiction & overweight luggage but the staff helped us bring them up and down! sorry if we broke your backs!!

I absolutely loved the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly — every one of them, but especially Maria. She always had a smile on her face and truly pampered us during breakfast each morning. The breakfasts were fantastic — we tried several options from the menu and each one was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and the hamburgers were excellent. Overall, the service was fast, attentive, and very good. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this gorgeous and welcoming hotel. If we have the chance, we’ll gladly return!

Nothing to add here — even the 20+ minute walk to the underground was enjoyable, as it took us through Barnet’s lovely neighborhood.

Delay on arrival. Looking at other reviews looks like the triple room we had booked was given to someone else. This probably was a blessing though as we ended up in a brand new room. Beds really comfortable and it was a really lovely room. Tom was amazing and really looked after us from arrival despite the delays. Great breakfast and lady who was looking after everyone was amazing. Sorry I didn’t get your name. You were fab too!

Rush to get us in the room, no toiletries provided and only 1 towel each which we had to ask for. No bath mat provided. Arguments between some staff whilst we were trying to settle in. We did get an apology for this but not from those creating the noise. Thanks Tom, you’re an asset to this hotel!

The hotel itself is lovely. Staff are also lovely, Unique especially. Our room was in the middle of a small reno (privacy screens being added) and we didn't have time to wait for it to be finished due to a concert we were going to..however they had another room available to use (triple single bedroom) they said we can push the beds together to create a double which we did. Breakfast was nice too, we could have anything on the menu and a drink. Not massively far from the nearest sub station, about 20 mins walk, 6 mins in a uber.

The car park is very small (maybe two/three cars maximum) We're from up north, I had no idea that you can get a parking ticket for parking slightly on the path ( did this to not cause an obstruction on the road, but 100% was enough room on the path for pedestrians and prams etc) bit shocked, but technically my own fault. Just be aware for non-london residents! The staff did try to stop the traffic warden but after telling us he'd give us a couple of mins to move the car, he did it anyway.

The location is great! It is outside the congestion toll area, and the neighborhood feels very safe and walkable. It is a 20 minute walk to the underground and very close to restaurants. The hotel has its own pub restaurant, which we only used for breakfast. The breakfast was very tasty! The rooms are simple and clean. The best part of staying here was that the staff are so very sweet, friendly and helpful.

This is not really a complaint, more of an observation for other travelers. The hotel is a listed building, so therefore it has the issues of an older building. We had a small problem with the shower not draining properly because of that. So, if you like old buildings with a little bit of character then this hotel is for you…if you want elevators, AC and new plumbing, maybe not.

Cleanliness, style inside hotel, no noise, friendly family run staff ,Booked this hotel luckily for a last minute trip to see Beyoncé. The price was amazing for what we got!! The hotel was designed beautifully, very modern and boutique style, very classy. On arrival there was a young lady who seen to us and she was very try professional and helpful giving advice regarding transport to a busy event. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, had a very good nights sleep, not noisy at all. A family run hotel and all staff were friendly. There were refreshments inside our room ( tea/coffee), and we had included breakfast which I chose the full English, beautiful food. Would 100% stay again

Absolutely everything about this hotel was exceptional, staff were amazing went above and beyond to help us in anyway possible and super friendly, my friend and I travelled from Scotland to attend a Beyoncé concert and was blown away by the full trip if I ever come back to London I would 100% be back at the Hadley, breakfast was delicious, had lunch on our last day while hanging about the hotel after check out before going to the airport!

There were lots of things to like but one thing we all especially loved was the excellent staff member who greeted us, her name was Unique! She was so friendly and multi tasking with the biggest smile, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made us so welcome! A massive credit to the hotel and she was so friendly! The property was so nice! Really quirky interior in a lovely area.. felt safe! Spacious and comfortable and breakfast was amazing!

I always leave an honest review but I genuinely can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.. a definite hidden gem!

Loved the neighborhood, it was peaceful. On- street parking was available when the small hotel car park was full. The 20 minute walk (uphill, mind!) to the High Barnet Tube Station was very straightforward. Shampoo and body wash were in the shower room and smelled lovely! Very, very nice.

The only thing in our room was the travel kettle located on the bedside table. Maybe I did it wrong hut I had to boil it, then unplug it and carry the kettle and the cable to the cups because I failed to make room for the cups on the bedside table with the lamp, the kettle and stuff I needed on the side. That being my only gripe (which isn't a gripe because I'm not a gripey person!) I would very happily revisit and recommend.

We really liked our stay at this hotel. The staff member was really friendly and helpful. The area was nice and felt safe. The room layout was nice and the bed was super comfy. The restaurant was lovely and the food and drinks were delicious! it was easy to get an Uber to the station and the tube was around 30-40mins to Camden Market.

Unfortunately there was hair on the floor in the room. It didn't look like it has been hoovered very well. There was also mould/damp on the ceiling above the bed. The bathroom window didn't open.
