If you are looking for an escape from the rigours of everyday life and a taste of peace and tranquillity, where you are literally waited on hand and foot ,and you wake up to breakfast in bed and the sound of the birds singing in the garden, on the most comfortable bed, and you look out of the window to watch the squirrels feeding in the trees as the local parakeet joins in then this is the place for you. This was such a wonderful experience for us and left us overwhelmed as we were treated so well by Richard and his wonderful family and their pet dog pearl. This is an Oasis of joy if you are ever visiting London, then this is an experience you need try. Muswell Hill Broadway is a vibrant high street with plenty of places to eat and drink, and Alexandra Park is only a short walk away. What a great place to stay just outside the City. The facilities are excellent, and the owners have gone to great lengths to ensure guests are fully catered for with a high degree of comfort and that very real 'Home From Home' feeling. The Proprietors are extremely friendly and helpful and the 'continental' breakfast is excellent quality! Furthermore, if you want to explore the City without taking your car, you can leave your car parked in the area and catch Bounds Green Tube Station (approx 1 mile away)

Great, friendly, warm welcome from the B&B owners from arrival. A lovely Continental breakfast with multiple choices on offer from cereal to Yoghurt and fresh mix berries/fruit. Beds in the rooms are super comfortable, and rooms are well furnished. B&B is within a short walking distance to Alexander Palace, about 10 minutes.

If there is one thing that I would say that could be improved, it would be a small sign outside the front of the B&B to state that it is a B&B as if it's your first visit to the B&B it is very difficult to find on the street that it's located on especially if your arriving before the 4pm check Inn time.

Wow, what a fantastic B&B. Instructions on arrival and check in were clear and easy to follow, we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Richard who was an exceptional host. The building is very homely and the facilities were immaculate. The room was spacious enough for two beds, one double and another single, and was neatly presented with various amenities like a small fridge and kettle. There were three breakfast times and we were served promptly to our room, with plenty of continental options. The beds were extremely comfortable and wifi was good, I honestly don't have anything negative to say. Richard has helpfully compiled a collection of menus and recommendations for local restaurants as well as a map to accompany. This B&B is very impressive and absolutely fantastic for any tips to Alexandra Palace, you can't beat here for the price!

Very nice place ! Richard is very welcoming, his family & dog too ! Everything in this BnB is nice : beds, bathrooms, superb breakfast... So much more typical than an international hôtel ir AirBnB room ! The neighbour is calm & pleasant, all commodities are less than 10 minutes of walk away (nice restaurants, shops...) & the closest bus stop is less than 5 minutes away !

The room was a bit small for the 3 of us... but it was part of its charm too !

Location is brilliant! Less than a 10 minute walk to Alexandra Palace if you are visiting/concert. 10 minutes to the high street for food, coffee, bus service. Bed was really comfy. Breakfast was huge continental breakfast that you could choose from a good list. Host was accommodating and very polite. Really clean, towels were soft and super white. Beautiful little basket with toiletries in when we arrived. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again. Parking on the road outside is plentiful. Very safe and pretty area to stay. I went with my 15 year old daughter and felt safe walking back after the concert had finished.

Rooms don’t have en-suite but our room was right next to the toilet and bathroom which were separate. I’m not fussed on a TV in the room but I know some guests may want this… and there is also no TV. But they do not advertise this as so either just to be mindful of this if it is something you would like for your stay. It is not a criticism at all and we had a wonderful stay. Traditional, welcoming and friendly bnb. Family run home with shared bathroom facilities but don’t be put off as both shower /bath and toilet were immaculate. Bed so comfy I didn’t want to get out of it, from our bedroom window saw parrots and a squirrel in the garden eating nuts from the tree. Breakfast was a choice of cereal, toast, pastries, yoghurt and fruit with Tea/coffee. Would recommend this quiet relaxing establishment.

Lovely BnB, Richard the host is very friendly and welcoming, he put our names in the window so it was easy to find the house. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, great facilities provided, a mini fridge, charging tower with USB, coffee machine, towels and mini shampoo and soap. The continental breakfast served to your room was fabulous, very generous portions and the freshest nicest fruit I have had for a while! Brilliantly located for Ally Pally, about a 5 minute walk.

Great location. Free parking.Great breakfast. . Muswell Hill is a lovely area of London and it was a lovely walk to and from the Tube station with plenty of nice cafes and independent shops. We received a warm welcome on arrival with a very helpful sign in the window identifying the b&b. We enjoyed a large and tasty continental breakfast which kept all three of us going for the rest of the day.

Richard and his family were very welcoming and informative. The bed was so comfortable and the location is very close to Ally Pally so this B & B is perfect for attending events nearby. The breakfast was exceptional and you can chose what you'd like upon check in. Everything was very clean and the room looked out to a lovely garden where we Watched the squirrels while eating breakfast in the morning. Very peaceful.
