Location was good, close to tube station and easy to find with large car park. As soon as I booked the hotel and queried an early check in, it was so nice to receive a phone call letting me know that this would be fine at no extra cost. Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (we were very early) we were given the option to wait or could leave our belongings in the car and given the room key for later. Very helpful gentleman on reception and great communication with the staff in order to assist us. The rooms were very clean and the three single beds comfortable for three adults. Would definitely stay here again when we visit London.

The keys were noisy to turn in locks and woken by neighbours coming in but that’s it.

Super early access to room, great large parking area at back, very friendly welcome, spotless and perfect for Wembley (as is opposite direction to where most people are headed so tube empty and easy). We requested early use of room and were blown away that they had one for us to use from 11am for no extra charge. Meant we could get ready for Taylor Swift with no hassle, was perfect. It’s basic accommodation but comfortable beds with several pillows , light blocking curtains and good size bathroom.

The shower thermostat had a fault but I flagged it with George - I think general manager and I think he will be on it to fix super quickly. Didn’t stay to try breakfast as wanted to get back early- easy access to m40 and altho’ ULEZ we didn’t have to pay and not congestion charge either

The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and it was quiet and peaceful - just what I wanted. I arrived feeling tired and out of sorts, and I left feeling well rested and refreshed.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like. Although perhaps a list of instructions and rules would have been useful, and the option for breakfast. I was given a list of passwords for the wi fi but other information might have been helpful too.

Excellent location near public transport (Metropolitan Line to London), shops and restaurants - Indian as well as British. Spotlessly clean, large, spacious room with small but adequate bathroom adjoining. No breakfast service, but facilities for making tea and coffee in the room; Tesco (just across the road, opens at 6 a.m. weekdays) has coffee shop as well as bakery.

Fixtures (door handles, windows, shower cubicle) in need of maintenance. Window curtains let in a good deal of light.

Staff were lovely, loads of free parking. Very quiet, clean rooms, comfy beds, good size shower room/toilet. Fluffy towels, plenty of tea coffee and milk, and were offered more if needed. Small fridge in the room. A fan in the room. Travel to Wembley really easy., Which was the reason for the stay.

It was a bit dated, but it’s an old building but for the price it was ideal really can’t fault it.

Very nice, friendly manager. Room was basic but large, clean and comfortable. Had a fridge was which a huge bonus. Free parking and wifi. Good location, short walking distance to shops and tube (metropolitan line). Approx 20 minutes to Baker Street London via tube.

Nothing really to dislike except for very noisy neighbour in room 11! Not hotel’s fault just inconsiderate guest.

It was very clean! In the Center of everything for public transport to going out to eat and shop! Complimentary tea and coffee facilities in our room and a tv, also had a mini fridge. When we arrived at the hotel and a king day of trying to get to Harrow from Heathrow, we were greeted by a very happy welcoming man called George! He was ever so kind and helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming aswell!

They allowed us to arrive early into our room. Parking. Close to station to access wembley for event. Good price for area.Would stay again if going to Wembley.

No breakfast option. No hot water for shower in the morning. But on the whole really good for price and location.

I’ve never stayed here before and as with most London hotels you get abit sceptical about going somewhere new but the moment we all walked in we were greeted by the loveliest man who gave us the warmest welcome I have never had such an amazing greeting when staying at a hotel and he instantly made us feel like we were at home the room was clean and a pleasure to stay in deffinatly will be staying here again !

Location was perfect, for getting to Wembley Park. On site parking and easy to find.

Room was to warm, and couldn't find away to turn the radiators down, so had to have the window open, which meant we could hear the traffic.
