The property is easy to find, 7 minutes walking distance to underground tube. Easy to find halal food, like 4-5 shops sell halal food nearby. And near tesco, sainsbury & Aldi. The place is clean, we booked for 3 nights and everyday they clean our room and provide new clean towels, not sure why the previous customers always give negative comments 🤪 the host is very friendly, when i arrived, he already waited in front of the door of reception 😂 very helpful too

Nothing. Really, very nice place to stay.

A decent sized room for our family, consisting of a king sized and a single bed, with a good sized bathroom. The room was air-conditioned, which was welcomed during the heatwave! The room also had a TV, microwave, fridge, a sink for washing dishes, and a wardrobe. New towels were provided daily, as well as bins being emptied daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival, we were able to leave our bags in reception until check in time. After checking in, the staff on duty helped us take our luggage to our rooms. Hotel is very close to tube, train and bus links, with a huge variety of small supermarkets and cafés nearby.

It looked like there had been a leak of some sort, which has damaged some of the flooring in the main room, and the tiles in the bathroom. They could do with being replaced or repaired professionally. The wardrobe door opened onto the front door fire door hinge, which meant it didn't open fully and the wardrobe door kept hitting it. By around 9am, there was no hot water in the shower. Lovely and hot and powerful at other times though!

The room was spacious and very clean with good amenities including a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils, large bathroom / walk in shower. The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location - just a short walk to Archway tube station and in an area with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and there was only 1 pillow each, but that's our own fault for not asking at reception if there was more pillows available. Also there wasnt much lighting in the upstairs room and the air con was difficult to work. Apart from that we couldnt fault it.

Location was great for the underground but also for local shops. We purchased some breakfast stuff from Sainsburys 50 yds away. Had bowls plates & cutlery with microwave kettle toaster and fridge. Tube was a 10 min walk. Room was quiet considering for London. 24 hour reception was nice and Staff were helpful.

Only niggle would be the state of the Air-con which both units had been bashed about and were unsightly. One had all the electronics on view. Had to get reception to turn them off because I wasn't confident to fiddle with them. Attention to the curtain could improve overall appearance (adding a working draw string to start with). But honestly these wouldn't stop me from rebooking

The staff were all very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was nice enough and bed was comfy. A good place to stay if all you need is a bed and shower and are out and about the rest of the time. It's cheap and cheerful so you get what you pay for really. Location is easy to get to as it's close to the tubes and there are plenty of shops and restaurants surrounding. Was my first time in London and if I come back I wouldn't mind staying here again :)

No major complaints to be honest. Just needs a bit of a refreshing. New carpet, coat of paint and furniture as there were obvious stains on both the carpets and walls. Some bulbs were out. Also some visible wiring from the heater and in the bathroom.

Far enough away from Finsbury park, but close enough to walk 30 mins approx. Room although we weren't in there very long was nice and big enough. Bed comfortable and some self catering facilities included a fridge, microwave and toaster with some tea/coffee sachets. Shower was decent with a fair pressure and hot. We turned up early and were given an early check-in which was nice as it meant we could get to our event sooner. Parking although £20, it was very secure and spacious.

Nothing really ticked all the boxes.

As a group of girls coming to London for a concert, we felt extremely safe! Perfect location, with a tesco conveniently across the road. The staff were lovely, including the very smiley and helpful gentleman on reception. Cleaners were also polite and made sure we had fresh towels, toilet roll, coffee/tea & milk each day. The rooms were beautiful with big arch way windows allowing a lot of natural light in. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely be returning :)

This is 4th time I have stayed this year and each time , I ask for a chair in my room and they immediately bring a chair which is in poor condition. Also it needs a bedside light light as you can only turn all the others. I always ask about a chair and a bedside light but makes no difference. Never a chair the room 🥺

Really pleasant location behind a church, very close to the tube. It was quiet (during our 1 night stay) bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom was the best part of the room, very new, modern, clean. It seemed safe. I liked the mini kitchen facilities, basic but for the price I’d say this was good enough. Small attention to detail in a few places that I noted and was pleased about like tea.

The tv was very small. There were some eyesores on the wall in the room - looks like they had been damaged but still not painted over with paint, it didn’t look good.

The hotel was located near a tube station, which took us around 15 minutes to get to the centre. The staff was really friendly and polite. Also, the room was not too small, that bathroom was quite big as well. We also had fresh towels every day. The single bed was really comfortable! Think and nice mattress. All in all a very nice experience: Not too expensive, near centre, nice staff and very cute hotel!

The only thing that could've been better was the floor. It was quite sticky - I reckon from the dirt that's been there for over the years and is hard to clean now. Had to wash my socks twice in order to get them clean again, so definitely bring some slippers if you choose to stay here! Also, the double bed was a bit too soft (you really sank in) and the mattress was really thin.
