Such a lovely place to stay! We stayed there for 3 nights, room was amazing, breakfasts delicious! I love this British vibe of a pub and hotel in 1 place. It got noisy but that’s the price you pay for this great atmosphere. Location is great, just 4 minutes to the tube and 30 to the city center. Another 30-40 minutes to Heathrow airport, also accessible by the tube. Everything you need is in the room - shower essentials, an iron, a hairdryer. You can store your luggage before check in of after check out.

The location is perfect - a minute walk to the dictrict line tube station. Bus stop towards Hammersmith across the road. The place is close to high street where you can get your quick coffee or small grocery shopping you might need during your stay. You don´t get bothered by any noises which might be in the pub downstairs. Plus you´ll get a 10% off the pub bill as a guest of the hotel. The room itself is basic and tiny but has all necessary equipment according to description. We found 8 bottles of water, coffee and tea for free prepared for us. The shower is working perfectly which might be normal for you but as a travel I get an impression is quite rare to understand for hotel owners that guests might appreciate properly running water. Friendly guys at the bar let us to leave our luggage on the last day in the tiny manager office for the whole day although that Saturday was extremely busy with some party and the office was the only staff place for change clothes etc.
The cleanning service didn´t show up for the entire stay which was 3 nights and 4 days (Room Lambeth bridge). The only rubish bin is of the size of a tea pot and by the time we were leaving all the garbage was falling on the floor (we didn´t have much trash, a couple of small bottles from water and a empty sandwich packing). We didn´t examine the state of the cleanning much but the dump on bathroom windows looks like it has been there forever and the bed-lamp shades were full of dust. Anyway we would come back as the good things dominate.

The house is adorable and has a lot of charm. Our room was way bigger than we had expected and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Check-in and out were straightforward and fast. All members of staff were very kind and helpful. The pub downstairs serves delicious breakfast. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants in Hammersmith to choose from and two metro stations (Ravenscourt Park & Hammersmith) within walking distance.
The mattress wasn't the most comfortable for me (I sleep on my back), but ok-ish for my friend, who's a side sleeper. It's very soft and you can feel every spring. While the shower was lovely and clean, the temperature knob of the tab posed quite a challenge to adjust. We needed a ridiculously firm grip to coax it from boiling to normal temperatures. Knowing that there's a pub downstairs, we expected some noise, which wasn't a problem three out of four nights. Only during our last night we were woken up multiple times until about 3:30 in the morning. The noise level was much higher than during the previous nights. We assume that was due to the Superbowl (?), so we just got unlucky.

The host/pub owner (I'm really sorry I don't remember his name🙈🙁) was so welcoming and kind upon my arrival and my leaving! I felt really "at home". The pub was beautiful, from both the outside and inside it really gives you the vibes of a British/Scottish/Irish Pub. My room was spacious and clean, with a large bed, a wardrobe, a good view on the street and everything you need for your short stay. The rooms are located upstairs. Rooms sometimes are not so soundproofs if someone is in the corridor for other rooms but, as concerns the pub, it's not "noisy" at all and anyway it doesn't close late in the night. And that's really a good point! I unfortunately stayed just for one night but I will consider to go back there for a future trip to London. It is in the Hammersmith area, in a really nice zone, around 30 min by underground to Westminster/Big Ben to give you an idea. I would recommend it for sure!

Great location, lovely building. Room is pretty good for the price and well equipped. Very clean. Good bathroom with a nice hot shower. Hair drier, iron, tea making set available. Helpful and friendly staff. The pub downstairs is great, I'd recommend it on its own too.
Heavily stained carpet and armchair. While everything was cleaned well, these stains really ruined the impression. Wifi connection in the room was poor, I assume the router was just too far. Double bed with 2 separate matresses - the gap/sag in the middle was annoying.

The property is full of character and charm and is in a fantastic location. Close to the tube, close to the main high street leading to Hammersmith and beautiful Chiswick. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed is so comfortable. Plus you get a lovely warm welcome from Klyde who instantly makes you feel right at home. They also offer discounts to guests on food, too.
The only reason I’ve not given 10/10 was due to the old windows allowing some noise from the road (likely single glazed). I stayed in the Westminster Bridge room. The windows are absolutely beautiful and the room was still lovely and warm so it’s very easily solved with ear plugs. It’s well worth the tiny sacrifice because you still get a lovely stay for your money.

Having a pub downstairs is great. Friendly beer garden (smoking area). Clyde was a ball of energy and positivity. We experienced some issues, but after discussing with him, he made most of them disappear, or at least noted for action. Food is great (except for the hamburgers). Discounts on all food and drinks as a resident
It's an old building, so be ready for steep stairs. The room facilities need to be improved and updated to higher standards

Made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good meal before going to a concert at the Apollo which was a 7 minute cab ride away. The room was as you'd want in a building with this much character - comfortable and a reasonable size. No breakfast available on the morning of our stay but had a very good breakfast in a cafe across the road. A special mention should be made of Klyde and his staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Picky but would have liked a shower cubicle in preference to the over bath shower.

We had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable place in London, hosted by the most amazing and friendly host we've ever met From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Though breakfast isn't served from Monday to Thursday, the host recommended some fantastic spots nearby for a morning bite, making sure we started our days right. The hospitality extended far beyond recommendations. Our host genuinely cared about his guests, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay in London. We also enjoyed a couple of dinners at their charming pub. The food was exceptional, with generous portions that were not only delicious but also reasonably priced—especially with the special discounts for hotel guests, a delightful bonus! The atmosphere throughout the hotel and bar is steeped in an authentic English charm that we both absolutely loved. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials like hair dryers and irons, making our stay comfortable and convenient. It's the perfect spot to stay with friends while exploring London. And the location? Ideal! Just a short 5-minute walk to the underground, providing easy access to the heart of the city. We couldn't have asked for a better base to experience London.
Everything was amazing.

Great little find. Traditional pub with the most amazing food and upstairs with a separate key coded entrance is the accommodation. Slept like a log on crisp white sheets despite being above a pub and surrounded by housing. Couldn’t hear anything. Special mention for the staff, very friendly and accommodating. Day one Ozzie guy sorry didn’t get your name and last day Clyde the manager a lovely man. Had a lovely brekkie in the beer garden with a little chat with Clyde. Lovely. Thank you for a great stay. P.s. Although I was here for a Wembley concert I soon discovered central London was a short tube ride away so this location would be perfect for trip to see the London sites.
