Location is perfect for Wembley Stadium and only about half hour to Euston Station which is what I needed. Kenton Station is across the road. I felt safe as a solo traveller and the staff were so lovely always checking if everything was okay. Shops are across the road, Costa coffee and Subway plus more. If you are in a car there is a large car park to the rear. Security cameras are everywhere. Absolute bonus was that I got upgraded to a larger room as my room I had booked wasnt ready. No extra cost, so that was a nice surprise. Shared bathroom is no problem as there a lot so the one opposite my room was basically mine.

The mattresses are a little bit too hard but that is because I have had back surgery and hard mattresses are not for me.

Location - opposite Kenton tube station which was excellent for going to Wembley Stadium (to Wembley Central) and a very short walk to Northwick Park Station when heading home via Kings Cross. Price - A weekend stay for an excellent price.

Not a complaint at all but tea/coffee in the room would have been nice. There were times when it was noisy outside of my room and it sounded like a number of children who would be in and out of the shared bathroom alot... However they didn't disturb my sleep so I could put up with it.

Plenty of space in the rooms, definitely good for groups! Staff were lovely also :) Perfect for crashing at after a concert or a good place to stop at while travelling through. Close to local amenities such as food shop and the train station.

The beds are a little on the firmer side however you get what you pay for and with London prices, this hotel was a steal. There was also lots and lots of police and ambulance throughout the night blaring sirens past our room so keep that in mind if you are wanting more of a peaceful night away.

The staff in the reception was really helpful. I forgot to ask his name but he helped us carrying our belongings (which was a lot) to the second floor. He also helped us find a temporary storage for our luggages while we’re waiting for our car before we moved out. Wanted to say thank you and good bye when we left, but he was not there when our transport arrived. Very decent hotel, very helpful staff, and good value for money.

Located near a London Underground station, near shops, grand and cheap for London. Had kitchen facilities, which I did not need to use. A local place was recommended for breakfast.

Guests in room next door were leaving the tap run in their bedroom sink for way too long on 2 occasions during my 1 night stay. I could hear the "humming" of running water in the pipes at the sink in my bedroom which was noisy! Whatever were they doing?

A very reasonably priced hotel with car parking and right next to the tube station to get into Central London. There are cooking facilities and you can get your food from Sainsbury’s very close by. Next time I will bring my own saucepans, toaster and throwaway plates/utensils to cook and eat with in the available kitchens, this helps by not paying high prices for cooked foods. Room had a sink,kettle and fridge and bathrooms had hot water. I have stayed before and it is starting to feel like home now, staff are friendly and helpful, will stay again.

The night manager, Luis, changed my whole impression of the hotel. He put a "shine" on the whole experience. Please allow me to commend him for his welcoming, guidance, and accommodating talent. The following day, I was pleasantly greeted again by a staff member at the desk. I had a few questions that were quickly answered. The "welcome" feeling is commendable.

clean staff friendly, very good value for money

it needs a modern re vamp, rooms have no decoration and have bad cupboards and old carpet. the reception area and hallways could have a revamp as first impressions are that it's old and not inviting. I think it's the shop window look in reception which needs to change as it doesn't give you a hotel feeling. the stay itself is great, clean and tidy,just needs a modern touch.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was just right—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The budget was very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant stay!

Very affordable option for London hotel. Staff were lovely and the room was nice and big. Lots of extra amenities that I didn’t expect for our room was a fridge and kitchen.

The bed was not the most comfortable, especially the pillows. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow or asking for an extra one. Property was a little run down in places like the windows. But for the price it’s expected.
