The location of the accommodation is quite good, close to the metro line, shops, and restaurants. It was nice that the staff put a fan in the room that was already going by the time I had arrived as the weather was quite humid. Staff overall was lovely, gave all the information needed, and was so polite. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was so soft. Although I have a preference for a harder mattress, I did sleep well on that soft one. The room was clean, the water was clean, and the hot water was plenty. For the bare minimum of sleeping and washing up was perfectly fine. I was practically just coming and going as I just came to London for a concert only.

Although the room was clean, it was showing signs of wear and decay as parts of the floor were coming up and left rusty stains on my luggage. The wardrobe was falling apart, so I did not use it. The towels were stained. There was a light outside that didn't get turned off until early morning and shone through the blinds. I needed to put a towel up to block the light. The door lock was not the epitome of safety as it locked with a key from the outside, but a bathroom turn lock from the inside that can be unlocked with a coin. It was a little weird that the room was outside of the main house in the backyard. Maybe it's an extension, but it didn't give 3 star accommodation.

The hotel was situated round the corner from the Bus Station and Tube station on the Northern Line which made it extremely easy to get into Central London. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants, stores and bars if you fancy staying close by. The room we had was adequately large, had a small shower and toilet and had the basic amenities such as towels, kettle and free tea/coffee.

If you're looking for a romantic getaway or to be waited on this isn't the place for you, it's literally a place to sleep for the night. There's minimal staff and pretty much nothing other than a staircase and corridor to your room. There's no Lift, dining room or any of that jazz but for the price it's exactly what you would expect.

good value for money, great location, very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't help enough. My room was for single occupancy and was a little small and basic but it was adequate for what i needed it for. I was only there to sleep and didn't need anything fancy. For the price and how close it was to central London, I cannot complain. Its also 2 min walk from Golders green high street which has many shops and restaurants etc and 5 min walk from Golders green tube station and got to the west end in around 20 mins from the tube station. There was a also a bus that went directly from Luton airport directly to Golders green. ( National Express coach)

Location is very nice. 3 minutes walking distance from Golders Green station. Regular bus connection with Lurton and Stanstead airports. Straight connection with the Northern line to the city. The quarter is full with places to eat, shop and go for a walk. The Golders Green Hill park is an absolute jewel! Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. Highly recommend if available.

We were travelling with two children, and the room was small for us, but we knew that in advance and this is part of the London experience. The value for money made it absolutely worth it.

The personnel is very kind, I arrived a little bit sick and they helped me. The room was excellent, sunny, with prívate bathroom, it has a kettle, hairdryer, TV, etc. the beds are comfortable. The location is great, you can get there by underground or by the national express bus from Victoria coach station and the acomodación is around the corner. There is a beautiful park to explore, but most important of all it is the team who will make everything for you to feel at home. Thank you for your kindness.

Perfect location. Super close to tube. Straight off the M1. Free parking. Had everything we needed. Kettle. Fridge. Hair dryer. Even had our own little terrace to sit outside as we had a downstairs room at the back, this time. Have stayed two times previously. Will come again. Basic, but clean and welcoming. Helpful friendly staff x

Bathroom a little bit of a fusty smell, but it was super clean and it doesn’t put me off coming here as everything else was great, including the price.

The location is great, situated in a quiet neighborhood full of houses, very close to the Golder's Green tube station. The host was very welcoming. The room had one extra bed, a small fridge and a very big tv. For the price it was excellent! I can totally recommend this to friends visiting. We were also staying very close to the Golder's Hill park which was amazing. The heating was spot on.

The bathroom is using some sort of pumping system which is quite noisy while running. We were close to a back alley which rarely has cars passing by but each time it happens, they run over a sewer lid which makes some noise. There is an led light on the hallway outside which still lights up the room a bit even with the blinds on. Hot water takes a bit of time to arrive. The WiFi was not so reliable, sometimes it cut off completely.

My best budget accomodation so far in London. Super nice crew, the room was perfectly clean and far more comfortable than I expected for the price paid. Soft, good quality bed linen and towels. Room was equipped with a fridge. Tea and coffee were also provided. The whole property was really quiet, also due to location in a calm and prestigious neighbourhood. The Golders Green station is 3 minutes away, the same with Sainsbury’s supermarket and tons of food options. Direct buses from Stansted airport stop 5 minutes from the hotel. Beautiful park with a mini-zoo (including huge owl) is 10 minutes away. Overall almost perfect budget experience in definitely not budget surroundings.

- The cost of the accommodation was reasonable, given the high cost of accommodation in London. :) - The hotel was conveniently located near the subway station and bus stop for Luton Airport. - The room was also equipped with electrical outlets compatible with European electronics. - The staff were friendly and helpful.

- It was communicated to us that the Wi-Fi connection would be slow that day, however, upon arrival, we discovered that there was no Wi-Fi available. - The glass shower doors were slightly damaged, resulting in water leakage onto the floor.

Room was private and located just a few minutes walk from the station and excellent restaurants of all types of foods. Came with a kettle, small fridge, electric heaters, TV, private shower, and a large comfy bed. Isolated from the rest of the rooms, so it was an added bonus. For the price, it was an excellent find.

A few spooders in parts of the room, mostly due to the gaping 3cm gap at the bottom of the door. If they could use draft blockers, that'd sort out that issue. No extension cords, so making tea or coffee with a short lead was slightly odd.
