The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the tube station, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The room was a very good size with a neatly concealed kitchenette. There was a sink, double hob, microwave and fridge with a small freezer section. Enough pans, crockery and cutlery. Most importantly, everything was clean. Two other cupboards contained a safe, plenty of hanging space for clothing, a hairdryer and a coffee machine. I don’t drink coffee so I didn’t try it. The bed was very comfortable and had tables each side with plug and USB sockets for charging devices. There was also a decent TV and a pull down shelf below which could be used as a desk. There was also a luggage stand. In the bathroom there was a good sized shower with a rainfall shower head, plus a traditional shower head if preferred. Towels, and toiletries are provided. I had a problem with my door not locking when I first checked in, and this was resolved quickly by the friendly reception staff who gave me a manual key for the door. The next morning, the maintenance person replaced the electronic lock. The WiFi is also very good. There is a lift up to the rooms. The housekeeping lady was also very nice when I asked for extra teabags. I only had the room cleaned once, by my own choice, and was offered or given clean towels.

I liked that the water pressure in the shower was very good, but my only small criticism is that the water temperature range is between “slightly hotter than I prefer”, and “melting off the skin”. It didn’t help that I was staying during a heatwave, but I would have liked a cooler shower.

Easy & quick check-in. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Modern room with kitchenette and nice shower. 10 minutes walk from Golders Green tube station, 25-30 minutes walk from beautiful Hampstead Heath.

Located in a nice area but on a busy road, although it does get quieter at night. It might take a while to reach the main tourist areas by tube (for some guests less familiar with London transport). Some extra kitchenware (tea towels, chopping board, wooden spoon, tablecloth) would be great. Room doors tend to be quite noisy when closing, maybe they could be prevented from slamming by adjusting the automatic closers?

The location is good, a lot of shops in the area and the Metro/bus station is within 5 minutes of walking distance.

Furniture a bit damaged and a bit of dust here and there ( nothing out of the ordinary)

The location is the biggest plus, we liked the neighborhood, proximity of market and many restaurants, tube, bus station to the airports. The staff was nice (even arranged earlier check-in which is highly appreciated) The room was spacious enough, the kitchen well equipped, bathroom also spacious and clean. Comfortable bed.

Even though there is a kitchen, there is no table or chairs to sit so we had to eat in bed. The room had some unused space that could fit a small table with chairs and even a sofa, so that is our only complaint.

The room was rather small but nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. I find a kitchenette in the room very practical, especially if a cup of coffee is the first thing you need in the morning. The room was cleaned daily and provided with clean towels and toiletries. The view from my room was nothing special but because there was a side street, there were quit nights with no disturbing noise. 24 h reception is really helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly without any problem. Location is amazing, very close to the bus and tube station (7 min). It is an area with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and beautiful Golders Hill Park.

I do not like quite strong smelling air fresheners in the hotel.

Great location within easy bus and tube links, and lots of supermarkets and cafes nearby. A well designed studio, and I loved the well-equipped mini kitchen - it made my stay in London a lot more affordable, as I could prepare breakfast and dinner easily, as well as clean up afterwards (washing up liquid etc is provided).

Only a small criticism, but the bathroom was outdated and showing its age, with some of the fixtures being quite corroded. There was a weird smell from the floor beneath the shower cubicle - it looked like it needed a deep clean.

Perfect location, felt safe and was very quiet in the evening despite being on a high street. Room was very big in comparison to others we have stayed in, in the city. Relatively short walk to the underground in either direction. Very convenient for shops, including late night take aways and off licenses. Comfortable beds, good facilities in the room. Brita filtered drinking water tap and free biscuits - what more can you ask for. Highly recommended.

Very picky criticism is that the bathroom was tired in places so could do with a lick of paint, but that is being very picky. It was genuinely a steal for the price and we have already recommended to others planning on a London stay and we would stay again without hesitation.

The size is pretty decent and the apartment office, a little kitchenette and fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso pods coffee, maker, plates, and silverware. It’s also has air conditioner. Golders green seems like too far from the city center but the underground and bus connections are pretty good and quick.

I don’t know when we normalized that is acceptable check-in at 3 or 4 o’clock in the afternoon, but this hotel didn’t admit guests until this time. They offered to deposit our luggage but they left it unattended in the reception without a minimum security measure. Leaving our bags there was like plain Russian roulette: there was a possibility to the bags get stolen.

Took a wild chance on this hotel only to be extremely surprised! Heart of Golders Green which is very safe, 4 min walk from the tube, modern room, amazing air con, very good water pressure and (almost) spotless!

Unfortunately there was absolutely no soundproofing and you can hear everything and everyone all the time which can make it impossible to sleep, especially with people slamming doors. There were a lot of little bugs that were smushed on the doors and walls - it would have been nice if they were cleaned. No window :(

- great location! Short walk from Golders green tube station (like 5 minutes), that gets you everywhere really quick. Plus buses from stansted/luton also stops at Golders Green, so you can be in Luton airport in less than 40 minutes, - comfy bed! Slept really well throughout my stay, - kitchenette in the room. Clever and well thought, you have the fridge, nespresso coffee machine, stove, microwave, everything you need to prepare yourself nice breakfast, - safe and clean neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, shops nearby.

- missing some cutlery - only one spoon, no forks but three knives ;)
