The lady on reception was very helpful telling us of the back access road to be able to get there by bicycle. The man on the desk when we arrived allowed us to keep the bikes us the room for safety. The access road was beautiful, full of Rhododendrons. It was a good, well-kept service station hotel, beautifully secluded behind the main service area, yet close enough to be able to benefit from the shops and restaurants. There a microwave in the reception too if you need it. Excellent price for what you get.

We didn't see a microwave mentioned on the Booking.com listing, so we had bought food to eat cold.

The holiday in Surrey: Actually I did my night shifts and the hospital accommodations were fully booked. Therefore, I finally ended up my night shift break in this lovely in surrounded by greenery. But all the amenities eg Waitrose, Starbucks, WHSmith and even Grilled Chicken is available at least 12 hours during day time. The local taxi drivers are very caring and friendly despite slightly double price for Christmas and Boxing day shifts. However, this is Christmas and what more can I say? The staff are so kind and kept my home made food for night shifts in the hotel refrigerator. I am not sure, they know I am experienced reviewer but the room was upgraded to bigger family room as soon as the staff knows that I am working 4 nightshifts in busy hospital during Christmas. Thank you so much and it is very effective and very comfortable for my well-being during shift changes. Much much appreciated

I noticed some rubbish bags were left in the middle of corridors by tenants/travellers during evening time. I think the rules need to be enhanced to those living long term/ visit the inn.

Great location for Heathrow airport which is where we were headed awaiting a late night pick up. Car parking right outside, free if you book direct, we went through booking Com paid the same as if direct and had to pay a reasonable £5 but we could have saved that. The room was very comfortable, large clean and warm, no noise even though it's in a motorway service station and we also had the advantage of the motorway shops which are not as over priced as most. Beds are excellent, very comfortable for such a bargain price. Would gladly use again.

Absolutely nothing to not dislike, if you get the munchies after hours there are drinks and confectionery available at reception.

The room was very clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed and there was a smaller bed in the room.There was a kettle and plenty of tea,coffee,sugar,sweetners and uht milk. Lovely quiet room i had number 115. I loved the 'Roots' Handwash and shampoo/body wash which was lovely.Bathroom very clean and a lovely shower. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Blue badge parking very close to the entrance and my stay included the car parking. Small shop selling drinks and snacks at reception.Breakfast was 7.99 and you got a voucher to spend at the Good Breakfast restaurant in the services which was delicious. A lovely stay for me in a lovely comfortable bed.Will definitely stay again.

What a bargain! Not the newest of accommodation but the cleaning team work really hard to keep it spotless. Bed very comfy & such a joy to find a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar & milk with 2 clean mugs. That's so rare in budget hotels. Fan & adjustable radiator meant the room temp was in my control. First time I stayed I was on the other side of the building to the motorway & couldn't hear it at all with the window closed. This time I was on the same side as the motorway & could just hear a background hum. Not loud enough to keep me awake. Smiley helpful reception staff. Brilliant!

Annoying to have to drive down to Hook junction & then back to get to Frimley Park exit, but only adds 10 mins to the journey.

The breakfast was nice ..however ..it was very bizarre why U had to pay extra for toast and black pudding ..... Location was good...... Samantha the general manager was nice...n even gave me some great directions to Farnborough ...but cudnt fins on the way back......

The bath was a bit slippy...I know it had signs up ..but I nearly slipped getting out on one of the mornings .... There needs too be plugs by side of bed so as to plug phone charger in.....overnight ..the plug sockets were across the room.....

Everything about the Days Inn was perfect and met my expectations. When I come to that area next, I will lodge at the Days Inn. Even my wife loved it. Our two-day stay at the hotel was awesome! Thank you!

Hmmmmn.......there's nothing I didn't like about Days Inn! Everything to me seems to be alright. Is it the location you want to talk about, or the car park, or their meal, or the environment? Everything is excellent!

Friendly, helpful reception staff, room was bigger than expected and on ground floor as I requested. I liked that the reception desk is manned 24 hrs, as a woman travelling alone this is very reassuring as is the fact that the main door is locked from late evening onwards and you have to be buzzed in. The snacks area is also a great idea. I wish I'd known there was a microwave, I would've bought a ready meal with me.

My bathroom bin lid was rusty and reluctant to open. There was used chewing gum spat out in my room bin. The breakfast voucher did not include toast which had to be purchased separately. None of this detracted at all from the stay as I felt it was excellent value for money and I would recommend you to anyone.

Good standards in keeping with the Days Inn group. Excellent staff. Nice firm mattress.

Driving 4 miles west in order to join the east bound carriage way … but I already knew this so it’s not really a criticism of the property itself. There is a rat problem at the moment outside the hotel and we saw a few whilst pick nicking. I noticed rat traps are out.

Facilities nearby were handy. General location was good. My room was quiet and clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. I stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable.

The sat nav location takes you to the wrong side of the motorway. If they could give you a more accurate location to get there it would be helpful and avoid driving the wrong way on the motorway for no reason.
