Lovely hotel. Staff super friendly and the fish tanks were great

Waiting almost 2 hours to receive our dinner on the 2nd day. Someone slamming doors throughout the friday night, til around 4am and despite numerous compliments it still continued. As someone who went through DV, this didnt go for a safe and to sleep a full night

The hotel is in a great location - Situated around 10-15 minutes from Legoland, which was our main reason for booking so we could stay over. We were a family of 4 with a 2 and 5 year old, the room was decently sized, with a large double bed for us and 2 single beds in a joint room for the kids. The bathroom looked brand new and the waterfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day at Legoland. The room had a kettle, hair dryer, some biscuits, 2 TV's in each room and great range of toiletries. We didn't get to use it due to the time, but the hotel had a large pool, jacuzzi and steam room (Potentially keeping it open for longer would be great). The staff we're all really friendly and happy to help, especially when having to get heated milk for the little one. The breakfast was tasty, there is a limited selection, but overall was good.

The rooms were quite dusty, there were still bits of large dust and other bits of fabric on the carpet and the skirting board - The bathroom had what looked like "settling down" dust from works all over the silverware. Amenities could remain open for longer

Our room was huge, with a comfortable king size bed and a separate space for our teens to have their beds. Great size bathroom and a fabulous jacuzzi bath. Plenty of towels in the room. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was really good and not too expensive. The breakfast was good with the options of cooked breakfast, toast, pancakes, cereal and fruit. The fish tanks are quirky. The location was great for us to break up a long journey. The building, from the outside, looks like it belongs in the alps.

The room was dated decor wise. The pillows weren’t great. The beds for our tens were not at all comfy. Express check in made the whole experience impersonal.

From entering the staff were very friendly. The hotel looked superb and all areas excellent. The fitness suite was very good and clean.

The breakfast staff were friendly, but I think the staff may need to increase to clear tables and create a less cluttered dining room with dirty plates. Also we were given a table and while the staff were clearing the table and we were getting our food a family sat down and we lost our table and had to wait with food in our hands while they were clearing another table. It's not a major issue, but maybe clarification between staff who the table is to be given to.

From the moment I arrived the service and staff were excellent, Special mention to the the Reception staff who were outstanding in there greeting and manners a special mention to Qudsiya who during my stay was both helpful and friendly, with a regular greeting and checks make sure everything was okay, and made me feel as if I was the only customer there even though she was extremely busy. thank you. Room was clean and well presented bed very comfortable Breakfast was of a very good standard. in the evenings the meal was of a high standard and the staff very attentive, and helpful.

I would suggest that even though the room service is very good that people who look after the cleaning and service of the rooms should daily check the Tea Coffee biscuits etc even if the Make up my room label is not displayed

The room was comfortable. Basic amenities in the room itself but everything you would expect. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Air conditioning was a lovely bonus in the summer heat. The pool is nice. Warm and clean. 1m in the shallow end and 1.5m in the deeper end. Suitable for children too, though no lifeguard. Jacuzzi was closed for cleaning when we visited the pool early on a Sunday morning. The room service food was delicious for dinner (we ordered a margarita pizza, a goats cheese pizza and an egg sandwich for our family of 5 and it fed us all well for a light meal. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided in the room. The room service continental breakfast is quite stingy for the price. They only gave us one mug full of milk between 3 bowls of cereal and 2 coffees. If you are likely to be very hungry in the morning, use the buffet downstairs or specify that you would like more. Tray charge is £5 for dinner and £10 for breakfast room service. (We didn’t eat in the restaurant due to our sleepy children). Food was good quality though, and we all ate.

Hotel was lovely. Nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff. Child friendly.

the place looked so nice when we arrived, i would have ;liked a bit better access with the 2non-stairs2 part as when we we walked with our cases (and child in arms) the ramp kind of finishes and then its curb and grass area - so was a little difficult to maneuver. The entrance was lovely and open and the staff friendly and welcoming. the room was so nice ands big and I will ask for that room again when we stay. we used the pool and the girls forgot their goggles, so the lovely girl behind the counter let us borrow some! she was so nice.

the only issue was the bed... the pull out bed was quite creaky and i was scared to turn in case i woke anyone. - the breakfast was nice, i would have liked to have seen more vegetarian options as we are veggie. I would have liked to have seen the pool side to have more chairs or seating areas and the jacuzzi was just switching off every 3 minutes.

Loved the desk in the room. V tasteful and useful. Aircon, great food and generally a v pleasant space to be in, both in room and in the public spaces too. Definitely will return.

Just one little irk. The room service info card says room service operates to 10pm but when I asked for room service at 940pm, I was told the kitchen was closed at 930pm. I went downstairs to the main bar restaurant area and was told the kitchen WAS open. Had a lovely meal but heresa tip to staff and management: if the info card in the rooms say room service operates to 10pm, guest expect to place orders up to and until 10pm

Breakfast was nice but very slow to be refilled and found ourselves standing around waiting for longer than we should. Restaurant food was amazing we really enjoyed it. We considered room service but £12 for a sandwich was far too expensive and with the additional tray fee was more than we was willing to spend.

We all struggled to fall asleep before 2am when the club closed which left us tired during the day on our activities. We couldn't visit beirkeller as our son was 17 and wasnt allowed in even for a coke so we didnt want to just leave him in the room so decided not to attend at all.

There were one extremely good receptionist who was really helpful. When booking in I got another receptionist who gave me my key and that was it 🤣did not say what time breakfast was or anything else about where to eat in the evening ? What time check out ?so I didn’t have clue where to go which I thought was a bit unprofessional . On another occasion I asked if I needed to book a table at the restaurant and the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy haha and tried to get logged on the computer and couldn’t do it and then said I needed to speak to bar staff
