Lovely hotel. Staff super friendly and the fish tanks were great

Waiting almost 2 hours to receive our dinner on the 2nd day. Someone slamming doors throughout the friday night, til around 4am and despite numerous compliments it still continued. As someone who went through DV, this didnt go for a safe and to sleep a full night

The hotel was clean and the staff were very good. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and good selection. Location was perfect, close to Legoland and Bracknell train station. This meant we could easily travel to London. The fish on all the floors through the middle of the hotel is a wonderful touch.

The size of the suite was amazing. The room was clean and we had a wonderful balcony. Unfortunately the furniture really needs updating. Old and tired. The kids said the sofa beds were a little uncomfortable, but they both slept ok. Really needs more plug sockets!! Only two in the whole suite and none of them are near the bed.

Incredibly unique , clean and comfortable and super glad we discovered this secret because we will certainly be returning annually , We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff , Reception, and the housekeeping team are just incredible, As a Head housekeeper myself at Penally Abbey in Pembrokeshire I can understand the work that goes into maintaining a house, but one of this size , just outstanding!! The staff work from dawn til dusk quite literally & nothing is too much trouble , super clean and attentive the owners must be incredibly proud of all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes they really do go above and beyond for the guests , Thank you all, My daughter really enjoyed the pool and I loved being able to sit in the Jacuzzi and watch her while she swam, facilities are great, we only had breakfast on one morning in the Aspen lounge due to our plans changing everyday but that was awesome and really lovely staff fab again, I’m sorry we didn’t get to have dinner during our stay the Keller bar looked fabulous too. Massive gratitude to everyone for a peaceful and wonderful stay!! Xxx Fishtank is awesome btw :-)

Nothing Loved it all

This was my 3rd time staying at Coppid Beech and hopefully won't be my last! Every time I visit i am again impressed with the aesthetics of the hotel, the layout, the facilities , the staff and the food! Although prices have increased since my initial visit, it is still very good value for what you get! We stayed in a King with balcony and extra sofa beds and it is a huge room with a dining area, comfortable seating area, huge bathroom and comfy beds with lots of space to move around too! It also has tea and coffee making facilities and free toiletries!

Very little to moan about! If there was anything, I just noticed some dust on the pull out sofa beds but the rest of the room was spotless! The hotel also happened to be very busy on the night we stayed. Ascot racecourse is relatively close to the hotel and there were a lot of people attending the next day staying there on the Friday night which made the lounge, bar and restaurant very busy and loud but not the hotels fault at all!

The reception area was light and airy with friendly staff. The quirky fish tanks made for an unusual feature. The bedroom was generously sized for a basic room. Power points in the bedroom were plentiful and charging points for phones etc were unto date.

The toilet seat was unstable due to a dislodged hinge. Reported to reception who were most apologetic but explained a remedy was not possible over the weekend. Offered to move us to another room but decided to make do. The bed was a generous size but the mattress had seen better days as was evidenced by a "hollowing out" on one side. It was quite noticeable, even to a slight/light person. A floor plan of the hotel in the room showing restaurants etc would have been useful albeit it was fun 'sniffing' them out.

Lovely bedroom with plenty of sockets and even Euro sockets, for overseas travellers. Quirky tower of aquaria that rises through the hotel and other interesting design features. Great to have the pool and spa, too! Plenty of parking and EV charging too!

The breakfast was standard, good, but nothing amazing. I travel a lot and most hotels have a wider variety and more gluten free options which I need. I would like to see some gluten free breakfast pastries, cheeses, maybe some smoked salmon. Something a little more creative. But it was still a good and satisfying start to the day.

The hotel has been updated since my last stay. Im very impressed with the revamp. The restaurant staff were very nice there customer service was exceptional. The food was nice, and the portion size was ok for cost.I was also told the fire safety evacuation is more organised

I found the blond female reception manager quite stand offish, not welcoming and borderline rude. Myself and the person I arrived with was not greeted with a friendly welcome, which made us feel uncomfortable. The manager does not make a good impression, and she let the hotel down I also found stale food under the bed with empty plastic bottles..

Great king size room for us, 2 adults 3 teenagers. Lovely staff, very welcoming, and greeted with a smile! Hotel was very clean, and had everything we needed. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, bar, restaurant and even a night club if that's your jam, unfortunately not ours anymore, as we are done in by 9pm after entertaining 3 teenagers! Not far from legoland, Windsor castle, so location was perfect for us! Breakfast was lovely, good selection, and waited on with a smile again! Would definitely go back again! Great hotel.

Nothing we disliked about the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location - Situated around 10-15 minutes from Legoland, which was our main reason for booking so we could stay over. We were a family of 4 with a 2 and 5 year old, the room was decently sized, with a large double bed for us and 2 single beds in a joint room for the kids. The bathroom looked brand new and the waterfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day at Legoland. The room had a kettle, hair dryer, some biscuits, 2 TV's in each room and great range of toiletries. We didn't get to use it due to the time, but the hotel had a large pool, jacuzzi and steam room (Potentially keeping it open for longer would be great). The staff we're all really friendly and happy to help, especially when having to get heated milk for the little one. The breakfast was tasty, there is a limited selection, but overall was good.

The rooms were quite dusty, there were still bits of large dust and other bits of fabric on the carpet and the skirting board - The bathroom had what looked like "settling down" dust from works all over the silverware. Amenities could remain open for longer

Our room was huge, with a comfortable king size bed and a separate space for our teens to have their beds. Great size bathroom and a fabulous jacuzzi bath. Plenty of towels in the room. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was really good and not too expensive. The breakfast was good with the options of cooked breakfast, toast, pancakes, cereal and fruit. The fish tanks are quirky. The location was great for us to break up a long journey. The building, from the outside, looks like it belongs in the alps.

The room was dated decor wise. The pillows weren’t great. The beds for our tens were not at all comfy. Express check in made the whole experience impersonal.
