Staff were friendly, always smiling and saying hello. Rooms were very clean on arrival, when we arrived we only had 2 bath towels, a lovely member of housekeeping quickly got us another even though I interrupted her while she was sorting another room which I was very grateful for.

There was a lot of noise from other guests moving around at all hours of the night and often heard shouting outside late at night. I know the staff cannot monitor this. Family swim times were also not great, I think most families would agree that they would be out all day and would like a swim time later in the evening maybe from 6pm to 8pm.

The hotel was lovely clean, staff were welcoming. Rooms were spacious, lovely bathrooms with bath and shower. Tv with sky Lovely comfortable room. Lots of parking Harvester 5 mins down the road, Sainsbury's on the entrance

We called ahead to check pool opening times, planned our day at the theme park allowing time to get back for the kids to have an hour in the pool. On arrival, we were told it was adults only. Much to the kids disappointment. The bar and restaurant is very over priced.

The room was very nice, comfortable and big. The bathroom also was big and very clean. Also, it is a few minutes away from Coral Reef, close to Windsor and Legoland,

There were no handles on the windows, although we did had air-conditioning in the room, which was ok. 2 nights in a row, our key card wouldn't work, had to go back to the reception on a couple of occasions to sort the keys out. Although, there is wending machines on the hallway, after a certain time would not work (I guess) as went down to buy some snack and drink from it and kept receiving the message "Sold out", althougj the machine was stocked. Staff were not able to help at all. The restaurant was closed at this time.

Lovely decor, clean and tidy rooms. Excellent staff. Lovely food and atmosphere in restaurant and café Close to Bracknell woods.

Horrible view of air-conditioning units and roof and nothing else. For that reason, I would say the price and location of the room was poor. Patterned carpet made it look like the floor had stains, which was unfortunate. No main light in the bedroom, lovely mood lighting but needed a main light to get ready properly. Lobby toilet facilities were not tidy and clean. Chair and table heights in the restaurant were completely mismatched and therefore not comfortable to eat at, taller bar chairs not suitable for short people. Tables with chair and bench seating were too high to eat comfortably from, especially meals requiring a bowl.

Location was excellent for Legoland. Staff were extremely helpful with using the check in/out points and the restaurant was good with very helpful staff. Aline especially went out of her way to help with finding suitable food for my friends medical condition. Atmosphere in the pub was fun and lovely probably because Chelsea were winning! Rooms were a good size and clean. Iron and ironing board were good and the in room kettle and cups were a good size . I liked the vibrant colour scheme

There was a lot of mould around the shower base - this is not the kind of mould that could be addressed with day to day cleaning and would need an intensive treatment. As it was on the outside of the shower base this was less troubling and all other aspects of the cleaning were good. Parking was a little tight and there weren’t many spaces left when we arrived.

Plenty of space in the car park. Modern hotel. Room ideal. Very good aircon. Breakfast a good hotel breakfast. Large modern gym. Changing room good and clean. Nice evening meal, with a good selection. Would stay again.

If you're looking for a relaxing dip in the pool, and a lie down on a lounger, this is not the set up for you. The gym and pool are open to members of the public, so they do have the slight vibe of a leisure centre. At £5 a day per room though, it's fine for a phew hundred meters in the pool and a gym session.

The lunch and dinner menu was good, food was very tasty and good quality The team at the bar was friendly and supportive, staff member helped me save money via downloading the app worth doing! the layout of the hotel looked good we arrived late evening so we didn't get time to use the swimming pool or gym The room was cosy beds were comfortable, shower room was amazing

breakfast was not great and we were up early and down by 7.30am it just wasn't tasty for us compare to the dinner menu The price for the breakfast should be included in your hotel price for what we paid. in my opinion i thought £25 per person even fro a child a bit pricey for unlimited breakfast from a buffet style. this area part i would say needs an improvement

Good points: Clean hotel, good facilities, on sight Starbucks. free parking is most appreciated. The wedding fair event was lovely to look around, as a guest of the hotel this was a nice touch… and definitely gave us food for thought if we were to host an event there. The bar/ restaurant is lovely, helpful staff and nice food. The pool area is wonderful, great hot tub/sauna/ steam room. All in all we really enjoy this hotel & look forward to coming back.

Points of improvement…. When having a late checkout please make sure this is actually applied. I was locked out of our room at 11am, this also happened last time. A late checkout is great but not when you have to go to the desk to get the room unlocked. The entire 3rd floor absolutely stank of cannabis for the duration of our stay, there is no way staff could have missed this & they should have found the guests and evicted them from the hotel.

How welcoming and friendly the lady on check in was. She interacted with our 3 year amazingly whilst we checked in. She was also really helpful with timings of the pool with family swim times. Pool was a nice size and allowed the children to use the floats and noodles. Starbucks on site is a bonus!

Small minor things but not enough main lighting in the room. Lots of lamps but not a ceiling light. The shower was a little dirty from the previous occupant. Only serves coke products and we are a Pepsi max family but again this is personal preference. Having a little fridge in the rooms would be great especially for those with a young family when needing to keep milk cold but again not the end of the world.

The hotel was modern, clean and well ran. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, including a lady running across to the Starbucks for oat milk at breakfast as my little girl has a CMPA and they had ran out of oat milk - so lovely! The room was perfect and the hotel is in a great location for local shopping/restaurants and Legoland. The pool is the warmest pool we have ever been in - our baby girl was so happy swimming in there and has never been happy in a pool for long, elsewhere. Lovely facilities!

Our only points for a better stay would be to have provided a mattress for the travel cot which was provided and the price of the hotel didn't include breakfast and it isn't a 'high end' hotel so the price was quite high.
