I liked the location amount other things.

The entered my room to clean despite that i put the DND card outside. Also i took 2 rooms they said i have to pay deposit for both rooms separately, I was charged for every day 100 pound, I thought it will be like other hotels a fixed amount. This was not fair , 2 rooms for 2 days it was 400 pound. Beside this they told me if book for longer it will be the same so for example 10 days will 1000 pound this is not hotel this is stock market.

I was very pleased with both rooms. The Executive Lounge food and service were good.

Last year I requested a cot and was not charged - this year the cost was 65 pounds. It was not possible for my niece and I to sleep in a queen bed - the bed was not big enough for two adults. I had to sleep on the sofa in the adjoining living room. I thought the housekeeping staff were not as thorough as they were last year.

First the complementary milk is in the fridge whenever I use it they don’t put new I called many times and they bring me one the rest of the days I didn’t call so they didn’t put any …. I payed through apple the deposit took around a month to be refunded to the account after several calls and correspondences

The only thing is the hotel reserve around 700 which is refundable if u don't use the mini bar ,but it takes too long more than 3 weeks and nothing is credited

The reception staff need training! Having already paid the full amount with booking.com the reception staff charged my card further £677. I thought my card was being kept for room service charges etc like a security. But the reception actually charged the card £677. Which is ridiculous. I understand can be a mistake but we it’s such large sums of money and a 5star hotel you don’t expect mistakes like this . Being a regular customer for many years it leave a bad taste.

worst chick out I sow in my life , i paid for all in chick in when I’m checking out the receptionist told me you have to pay now again , after long discussions more than 40 mins they said we got the problem, it the system of marriot was changed second problem they gave me the deposit with old notes witch is NOT ACCEPTABLE ANY MORE IN ALL UK deposit 500 £ all currency offices didn’t accept it

Jw Marriott Grosvenor House London is not just a hotel stay to us . They have become a family ! We would never imagine going to London not staying to this Hotel ! The team have crossed all limits to ensure our stay is perfect ! The individual treatment for their guests is spectacular! The perfect food and lounge access , availability of Halal food in the hotel , the location near by Marble Arch , the shops , Hyde park , the hotel amenities ! Totally recommending the hotel to everyone I know. Thanking Victoria , Berkay, orla , Tugce , Abdul Latif & Sulaiman for making this an everlasting memory for my family.

I love this hotel. It is by far the best hotel. I had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent. The staff were professional, very nice and friendly. The cleaners were excellent and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food at the steakhouse was delicious, tasty and quality. I loved the breakfast and the variety of choices. One of the best things about the hotel is their careful attention to details and small things. Overall, I had a wonderful and excellent experience. Thank you for everything!

I enjoyed many coffees at in-house Starbucks where i invariably received excellent service. Concierge Sullyman was ever so welcoming every day - he is such a great guy. Reception staff were warm, friendly and caring during any interactions with them. It was great to meet a fellow Irish lady, Megan, as I checked out - she was so professional and helpful as well as being lovely to deal with. The pianist is amazing - he played the most divine music. I encountered many members of the Team just randomly in the hotel and each and every one was courteous and always so pleasant.

Everything was superb.
