The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast in the lounge was ok. The bacon wasn’t cooked well and the eggs were too soft. Overall, it was ok.

The in room dining states you could pay with cash or credit when the meal arrives. The restaurant refused to honor this and wanted me to either come down and pay or charge to my room. Neither was a good child or me. Nicholas at the front desk was very helpful in resolving this issue as the restaurant would not budge. I did have to come down to the front desk which defeated the purpose of room service.

The staff were amazing. When they realised that it was my husband's birthday on the day that we checked-in, they upgraded us to a premium room and gave us a complimentary premium breakfast. They also followed this by having a birthday card and lovely passion fruit desert sent up to the room. Everyone, was polite, approachable and friendly during our stay. The room is spacious and clean with all required amenities within. They lighting was quite dim, but when we requested a lamp, this was provided with a 'no trouble' attitude. As was the same when we felt that the room was a little cold. A heater was brought up, which made all the difference. It was a particularly cold weekend, so I don't think the temperature of the room when we stayed was a normal issue.

My only disappointment was that the room is a little dated, in particular the bathroom.

The staff were very nice and cooperative, and the rooms were very clean as well.

I was staying in the 4th floor and the hallways including the room that I was staying in, smelt like the kitchen from the restaurants down below. The ventilation system was terrible to say the least.

The location of the property is great. A 5 min short walk to Oxford Street, Selfridges and Marks & Spencer’s as well as many other places. All the staff were wonderful. We were hesitant to book because of some other reviews but happy we did! The a/c in the room wasn’t cooling when we were first got to the room. We immediately told the front desk and they took care of it right away. It ended up being cold in the room which was perfect in August. Breakfast was included and was very good. We enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the front street of the hotel.

The place looks and feels luxurious. Everything is clean and very well maintained (the shower ceiling had a fresh coat of paint for instance and the bathtub was spotless white). The toilet has a bidet! With multiple user memory settings :D We even had our luggage carried to our room. Made us feel like VIPs... Breakfast was delicious. Each day served the same variety of food, ranging from bacon and sausages to cereals and pastries and machine capuchino) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for was addressed quickly and professionally. Room service has excellent food! It uses the Gordon Ramsay restaurant kitchen and you can order anything of the menu. Did it twice, got it fast, hot and delicious. We opted for the all day lounge access with cocktails - had some beers and even worked as dinner one of the nights. Located practically on Oxford street - great for shopping. The room was quiet and very comfortable.

There are no light fixtures on the ceiling. All the light comes from standing lamps or the windows. It makes the room dark in the morning and at night. Also going around the room clicking half hidden switches wasn't particularly fun.

at the executive lounge breakfast was generous and service was really good, too much people inside

we had dinner at chef Ramsey restaurant and the service was terrible not to say a real nightmare. will never eat or recommend it to anyone.

food is a major major problem they have very limited option in the breakfast menu ! “did not like at Gordon Ramsay style” and breakfast in the lounge is very limited no in house kitchen to order food this is the only factor may effect my choice next time

one issue I had was with the room door. It seemed to be blocking and required a bit of force to open and close properly
