We were a group of 6 (2 kids) and what was great about the location of the apartments is tucked in nicely behind Oxford Street, which is close to the main attractions, but the area is very quiet. In addition, it is only a few minutes walk from the new Elizabeth Line underground metro, which is amazing and very useful for people that require accessible stations. Finally, there is also a fantastic coffee shop (District) right next to the apartment, serving wonderful coffee!

As much as the apartment is great in terms of size and the availability of all necessary amenities, the beds were horrible, I must say, it was uncomfortable, both beds in both bedrooms! I think my only advice is that the beds are changed; otherwise, everything else was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely outdoor private terrace with table and chairs, great location near many restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and Tube stations. Wonderful pub, french restaurant, coffee cafe, and convenience store on same street of apartment. Very walkable area to nearby Marylebone and Soho. Queen sized bed is very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. We picked up the keys at one location and then we were provided with a paid Uber ride to the apartment. An air conditioner unit was provided in the bedroom.

Sofa bed in living room was a little hard. When sofa bed is open, there is no room to sit in living room at the dining table or to watch TV. Was trying to avoid stairs thus wanted that elevator, yet we found we had to walk up one flight from the 5th to 6th floor.

The location is ideally suited to my requirements, given its proximity to both my professional commitments and personal contacts. I particularly appreciated the balcony. Overall, I had a positive experience during my stay.

The apartment is smaller than anticipated. However, the balcony is spacious and accommodates a large dining table that can seat up to six individuals.

Location is amazing. Bedrooms at rear of property where there are no roads (just the backs of other buildings) so it was very quiet at night. Check in and out was welcoming, effective and smooth. Separate bathroom for each bedroom. Perfect place to lay your head between sightseeing. Thank you.

The bedding reminded me of school camps; clean but well used and not plush, an upgrade would be a welcome addition.

Adding airconditioners were an after thought. Noisy indoor portable units which keep you awake in the night coz of their fan and machine noicve. One room has no outlet duct for the AC. It was left in the room itself so we had hot and cold air both breathing down our feet. Surely needs looking into

proximity to bond street, Oxford street , regent street and many more . The host Jeremiah was very helpful throughout our stay he was always available and positive to our requests. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in London . Jeremiah was always eager to help with things we wanted at any time . Both bedrooms were comfortable with a large double bed , the kitchen had all appliances needed to satisfy a travelers needs . Before this trip we had many questions and doubts regarding the apartment due to the relevant negative reviews we had seen although once we came her all the negative reviews were proven utterly false .

The spacious apartment, the good heating, the cleanliness, the safe neighborhood, the responsive and helpful landlord, the quiet night sleep, and the great location. When I checked in at the evening, I could not find the safe box, and there was a problem with the water kettle. Upon contacting the landlord, a safe box was installed and a brand new kettle was provided the next morning. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Oxford Street and from the Bond street station.

Housekeeping not included, however, keep it tidy, keep your towels clean, and take out your own trash and you'll be fine. When leaving, checkout time is 11am, but if your flight is in the evening, you've got some time on your hands. They can keep your luggage but at a different building that needs about 10 mins walk according to Google maps, which is not easy if you have lots of luggage.
