I have stayed here several times recently and it did not disappoint. I had a superior room with a view of the BT Telecom tower which always gives me a lot of pleasure. The room was comfy and well appointed - the hotel has recently been extensively refurbished. What I like is the attention to detail - the bathroom has underfloor heating and a light automatically comes on when the door is opened. The full length mirror has a socket right beside it, perfect for drying your hair, and there is a convenient pouffe to sit on while you do this. The refrigerator has complementary water, soft drinks and milk. What I like most though are the lovely members of staff who seem genuinely concerned about the comfort of their guests. The hotel is on a quiet street but centrally located and conveniently close to both the Wigmore Hall and the Wallace collection. Shopping too - if you like that kind of thing.

I've stayed here before. The room had recently been redecorated and was excellent. The hotel location is really convenient for Marylebone and Oxford Street (the Bond Street station for Tube and Elizabeth Line is quite close). Very helpful and friendly staff. I would come again - once they have completed their renovation project.

The hotel redecoration seemed to be part of a major on-going renovation project which meant that food, bar and lounge facilities were all unavailable - I wasn't aware of this at booking. I would probably have come anyway - but the lack of expected facilities did alter my view of the price ! Fortunately, the location is blessed with innumerable excellent restaurants and coffee bars very close by - so the loss if catering wasn't as great a problem as it might have been elsewhere. The hair dryer in the room didn't work (although in the heat wave this was not so much of a problem !). There was a false alarm on the fire alarm system during the night. The hotel is normally outstanding - this time it was "merely" good. I would still recommend it though.

Special mention of DAMIA on Saturday morning . She allowed me entry and made me a coffee and allowed me to have a self service breakfast as I had an early appointment . I found 7: 30 am start time for breakfast on the weekend - late. 7 am would be preferable if you need to get going for any sightseeing activities .

The smell of the guest toilets in the basement unpleasant . Sewerage / urine - off putting and not to standard with the rest of the services in the hotel .

The hotel has newly been refurbished and I had a superior room with a view of the street and what we used to call the Post Office Tower. It was spacious, comfy and warm and felt really quite luxurious. There was a small fridge with complementary water and orange juice. At the time of year I stayed (early February) it seemed good value for money. As I was going to a concert at the Wigmore Hall it was ideally placed just round the corner. Also close to the Wallace Collection which is fantastic.

Loved the decor, staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. Bar manager and bar staff were fantastic. Room extremely clean and welcoming. Location was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

We had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast and when it arrived it was cold. So disappointed as everything was amazing. Would not recommend breakfast, maybe eat out.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. We got to the hotel a bit early and were very greatful that they had a room ready for us. The staff was an excellent team who all seemed to respect each other and were very pleasant and engaging with us. Breakfast was fresh and good with an attentive staff.

The room was very small and the A/C did not initially work. Being on the ground floor the room looked out onto the ally full of trash with a construction crew working just below the window. As many of the workers were smoking having the windows open for ventilation became unpleasant. The A/C issue was addressed as soon as we brought it to their attention.

For me it was the staff. the reception staff were delightful and what made me smile was the one in charge of the breakfast room the next morning. Bright and bubbly! Very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Great facilities in the room, a fridge stocked with real milk for tea/coffee, sparkling flavoured water and still water nicely chilled as well as small bottles of orange juice.

I have no complaints

All of the staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and the daily cleaning of the room was brilliant. The hotel was a bit more expensive but it is in central London so you save on transport costs. Breakfast was excellent buffet style and the staff are so great and helpful. There was nothing that was to much trouble. We had an evening train home, the concierge stored the suitcases and arranged a taxi. Overall, brilliant stay would highly recommend. Will never stay anywhere else in London.

The lunch and evening menu is quite restricted, especially for vegetarian but the food was cooked really well. Wardrobe space was quite restricted in room, as we stayed for five nights we had quite a lot of clothes. This was not a major problem.

I loved the design of the hotel and the decor. I loved the Photo booth and bar area. My room was so clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. I was worried about the noise levels but did not hear a thing from the other rooms.

I could not use the coffee machine as the instructions were a little confusing. I think I may have had the incorrect pods. However, the breakfast tea made up for it.

We had to find emergency accommodation on 30 September 2023 and Holiday Inn was a second attempt. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation and for that we are forever grateful. This was the final stay at the end of a 7 week holiday and the first thing that went wrong. Like I said the staff went above and beyond.

The carpets were stained and dated. The towels were thin and thread bare. The cost was outrageous, and on top of that we had to pay additional for breakfast. The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire time that we were there and the staff gave out vouchers for the bar.
