The hotel was very clean, staff super friendly. Such a great location.

It was a bit noisy, but to be expected in London. Perhaps earplugs could be offered for a nice touch? (I had my own so I didn’t ask for any, maybe they do have some)

I had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse Hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the unique and whimsical decor—playful, modern, and full of thoughtful touches that really give the place character. It felt warm and inviting without being overdone. The room itself was spotless, and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority here. Everything—from the bathroom to the bedding—was immaculate and fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall vibe of the room made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home while still delivering a boutique experience. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish escape.

Would love to see the addition of ice machines in the hotel.

Location was amazing ( walking distance from Oxford st and soho )loved the atmosphere the restaurant the cozy beautiful rooms and the best part was the amazing service we got specially from Janush at the front desk who was so helpful in recommending the best restaurants and places to go and also booking for us an amazing spa for Christmas Day ( which was not an easy task …).

The idea of filling your own water in a tap on the corridor is a beautiful considerate the environment but when you get back late at night to the room, going to bed feeling thirsty and than realizing your bottle is empty… room service should fill the bottle every morning and place it next to the bed.

It’s my first time in the Hotel, and will never be the last. The location is perfect and safe, is just 3 minutes walk to Oxford Circus station. Plenty of dinning options in the hotel or around it. Maddera/Nest are a must try places whether you stay in the hotel or not Special shout out to the entire staff working there, they have been super helpful, my bad that I don’t remember their names, even at midnight when I got sick they helped me a lot to get some urgent medical help and were extremely kind throughout that nightmare I was going through and even after that 🙏🏼 Not having a gym might be a negative point but there are plenty of drop-in gym options nearby, so not an issue for me at all and will definitely come back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wish there was a gym but plenty of options nearby

The location is unbeatable. Close to everything yet far enough from the busy streets. The large windows are great. The rooms are bigger than most London hotel rooms. Plenty of options for breakfast and room service. Staff are very welcoming. Overall it was perfect for a 7 night stay.

The upper floors are noisy. Avoid them as much as you can. On the lower floors you can hear a train pass by, but its not loud enough to be bothersome.

Stunning hotel beautifully decorated. Smells beautiful wherever you go! The staff were so lovely and go the extra mile! We had special cup cakes on arrival due to it being my mums birthday. They lent us a wheelchair, they got us taxis, the list could go on and on!! We will be back and highly recommend !! Bed comfortable, toiletries lovely. Coffee in room lovely. The view from both our rooms fantastic. The location…. Couldn’t get better! Would not have one fault. Thank you for making a special occasion even more special!!

You could not say anything bad about this hotel!

Very cute and aesthetic. My room had an amazing view. The hotel is in a very convenient location - super close to Oxford street, regent st, regents park and Hyde park.

During my stay, there were a fair few noises coming from the room above mine (it sounded like someone was moving furniture - but it was all day and night). I don’t think this is a regular thing though. Also, there is a roof top bar (I didn’t know this when booking - but maybe I just missed it), so over the weekend the music was quite loud, especially as I was on one of the higher floors. Last thing, it sort of felt like a heap of staff were just standing behind reception, doing nothing? On my last day, only one of the girls offered to help me with my stuff (I had a heap of stuff), and the rest of them (maybe 6-7 of them) just stood behind the desk watching and didn’t offer to help. I’m not actually sure why they all had to be there too - it’s a small reception.

Loved the location. And the beautiful rooms with all of there character and the window benches. Truly wonderful place that was one of our favs of our 18 day trip!

One down side was the little lobby cafe wasn’t open for very long … only until 11am and you couldn’t purchase anything outside of those hours. We wanted to purchase some boxes of tea as we were checking out however as it was after 11am the hotel reception staff were not able to process this, so they are on display for purchase, though you can’t purchase. Room services was good however mushy peas were left off the dinner dish and chips, and an OJ and a spoon to eat cereal were left on breakfast tray.. so just some minor oversights.

It’s worth noting, due to a failure in the electric system in the building, we have been booked in a different hotel by management of Treehouse Hotel, so this rating is directed to Botree Hotel. I appreciate the upgrade of the new booking, and the fact Treehouse management have arranged all the necessary for us to be shifted there. So Thanks goes to Treehouse hotel. The Botree hotel was excellent, we enjoyed our stay. We loved the modern design of the room, and the say was great. Comfortable beds, decent room sizes, and very friendly staff. Great noise cancellation, and literally a few steps to get into Bond street underground, or the shopping street of Oxford.

Because our booking was shifted from one property to another, the included free breakfast in our original booking needed to be rectified every day, but that’s a minor thing.
