Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are quiet, the living room is spacious and very bright. The furniture is practical, adequate, but given how nice the place is, more confortable and refined table and sofas may be appropriate. The kitchen is very big, it is possible to cook dinner. One large bathroom, the bathroom en suite is much smaller, but fine.

The floors were not very clean at the moment of our arrival. But the staff reacted really rapidly after I wrote them, so I wouldn't consider it a major issue.

The unit was very conveniently located and generally very well equipped for practical purposes. The beds were a little large for the room space so it felt cramped whereas there was more room in the bathrooms than needed.

The only real complaint was the inefficiency of the washer / drier which washed but didn't dry. That may have been user error but in that case the instructions were lacking. The absence of a host is a definite drawback as written instructions cannot cover everything no matter how comprehensive.

The location is just super and really well connected by bus and tube stations. Considering that the apartment is in the heart of London, we couldn't believe how quiet it was. A Tesco is just 5 min away. The apartment has all basic cooking appliances. Overall an absolutely great experience!

As with any apartment, it did have minor inconveniences, like not a lot of supplies to clean after ourselves. However, we let the staff know and they said everything would be sorted after we pointed our attention to the few drawbacks we found.

We hit a few snags trying to arrange things but urban stays staff really helped fix the problems. The apartment & location were great for us.

The instructions for opening the door with the code could have been a little clearer: turn knob anti-clockwise, not clockwise!

Great Location large rooms quiet location. Fast response to questions , Cristian was awesome.

The apartment we had no oven tray or oven mitts a cloth to wipe up with and few other bits and pieces. If you are staying for a few days its not big deal.

Excellent location within walking distance to the high street , restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming .

The bed in the second bedroom was rather small for my 2 teenagers BUT we could have made up the sofa bed in the living room if needed.

It seems like the floor wasn’t mopped with water for long, I have kids and when they were crawling their pants were full of dust. It’s all over the apartment including the rooms, but overall the apartment is very good.

We loved the quiet location in Fitzrovia, close to all the cool spots. This is a generous one bedroom apartment, with a big kitchen and spacious bathroom, bedroom and living room. All the appliances seemed new. Great location to explore london.

I prefer to add a storage to keep the luggage’s before the check in or after the check out.
